Is a "BLOODLESS REVOLUTION" taking place in America's Public Schools?
Group Blog Entry in The ACT for America - JACKSONVILLE Blog
Shabbir Mansuri, Founder and Director of the Council on Islamic Education (CIE), has made it quite clear revolution through education is his goal when he made the statement “I am waging a "bloodless" revolution, promoting world cultures and faiths in America's classrooms”.
In the past he has also threatened scholars and public officials who do not sympathize with CIE requests, saying that they will be perceived as racists, reactionaries, and enemies of Islam as reported by journalist Jen Schroder.
As a parent and responsible citizen I was force to ask myself, who is Shabbir Mansuri, the CIE, and is Islamic Indoctrination of American children with the ultimate aim of revolution remotely possible?
After a cursory investigation, the findings are quite chilling, and the level of Islamic influence staggering.
According to Steve Emerson’s www.discoverthenetworks.com site the CIE is the:
Leading contributor and consultant to publishers of textbooks that include Islamic-related content
Promotes sanitized, inaccurate information about Islam in K-12 education
Has associations with the Islamic Saudi Academy, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, and the Islamic Circle of North America. (The latter are both designated Front Groups for the Muslim Brotherhood in America).
Virtually every major text book publisher is influenced by the CIE, which recently changed its name to the Institute on Religion and Civic Values (IRCV) to help camouflage its true nature.
A review of CIE/IRCV staff members, affiliations, and those they promote, provides a clear picture of their true motives and raises many red flags. Red flags, which seem to go un-noticed by publishers charged with providing the materials to “educate” or more accurately indoctrinate our children. Red flags which seem to go un-noticed by Lodi County Public School officials who virtually shared a building with the CIE.
The Lodi School district is not the only district allowing the indoctrination of students . Students are forced to assume Islamic names, wear Islamic clothing, recite the Islamic profession of faith, and participate in other Islamic rituals for 2-3 weeks. This analysis of Islam: a simulation of history and culture 610-1100 is quite disturbing. This program sparked a lawsuit in the liberal 9th Circuit Court which upheld this indoctrination despite a recent ruling in a similar case which it barred students from saying “Under God” during the Pledge of Allegiance.
Shabbir Mansuri, also founded soundvision.com, whose website www.soundvision.com gives several examples on how to incrementally introduce Islam and adherence to Sharia in America’s education system.
Soundvision.com’s site currently features two prominent Muslim Brotherhood operatives, Ibrahim Hooper, interviewed by soundvision’s own show (www.radioislam.com), as well as an article featured on their site by Jamal Badawi, on how to interact with non-Muslims.
This is quite ironic when you consider Jamal Badawi, is a sitting board member of the Fiqh (legal) Council of North America, which has its seal of approval in the official English translation of the Sacred Islamic Law Manual which calls for Muslims to wage Jihad or Islamic warfare against non-Muslim’s to establish the religion (Book O: 09.0), Killing of Apostates (Book O: 08.2), or that a Muslim man may beat his wife for refusing to have sex (Book M: 10:12).
I recently questioned Jamal Badawi at a UCF event regarding his organization’s seal approving the accurate translation of the sacred Islamic Law Manual also known as the Reliance of the Traveller. Jamal Badawi, refused to denounce this barbaric legal code and political system known as Sharia. The video capturing his response and the subsequent actions of the UCF faculty and police is quite shocking.
Ibrahim Hooper, the national mouthpiece for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was recently, designated a Muslim Brotherhood front group and the Palestine Committee (aka HAMAS) in the largest terrorism trial in U.S. history, apparently shares Shabbir Mansuri’s aspirations as he was quoted as saying:
"I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future. But I'm not going to do anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through education." (statement by Ibrahim Hooper, Minneapolis Star Tribune, April 4, 1993).
Susan L. Douglass, the principle researcher and writer for the CIE for many years is in my opinion, probably the most dangerous woman in the American education system.
Susan Douglas, has taught social studies at the controversial Islamic Saudi Academy (ISA), an academy which has been cited for using textbooks that condemn Jews and Christians as infidels and enemies of Islam. She has publicly praised Pakistan's schools which are known to fuel the Taliban and al-Qaida as "proud symbols of learning” among other accolades.
Despite her troubling resume, Susan Douglas has been responsible for editing numerous ma***cripts of world history textbooks used by middle and high school students across America, has advised state education boards on curriculum standards dealing with world religion, and has helped train thousands of public school teachers on Islamic instruction, thus effectively influencing millions of public school students.
The effects of successful Islamic Daw’ah by these special interest groups like the CIE/IRCV has been extensively documented in reports by ACT for America, American Textbook Council, and most recently a report by Citizen For National Security (CFNS) which cites over 200 false or misleading excerpts in twenty seven (27) State of Florida approved History and Social Studies textbooks.
To compound matters, the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice is urging a reduced sentence for convicted Al Qaida financier Adurahman Alimoudi. Why is this significant?
Because it appears that Islamic influence of our education system reaches the very highest offices of the U.S. government. Alimoudi not only established Muslim Brotherhood front groups, the Muslim Chaplain program for the Military, the Prison Chaplain program, which is a hotbed of Islamist recruitment, but this President Clinton appointee was tasked with writing the Public School Guidelines regarding Religion along with the ACLU. I find it rather disturbing that an Al Qaida operative could serve under two presidents, have unfettered access to the white house, and write educational guidelines.
My next article will expose for the first time to the American Public disinformation and Islamic indoctrination into a State of Florida approved English textbook. The article in this textbook has blatant fabrications, Islamic bias, supported by an Islamic professor who has openly stated Muslims could not be loyal citizens to America.
In the immortal words of Apollo 13 astronaut, Jim Lovell, “Houston, we have a problem”.
