On Friday, the controversial Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) made headlines in Oklahoma and Tampa with quite contrasting perspectives in regard to the danger CAIR poses.
Former CIA Director James Woolsey, spoke to the High Noon Club in Oklahoma addressing CAIR in relation to their threat to national security and the fact CAIR is working to undermine the United States, while in stark contrast the Tampa School Board held a “workshop” only after considerable pressure from a rapidly growing contingent of concerned parents and civic groups regarding guest speakers from CAIR in numerous public school classes over the past several years.

On Friday, the controversial Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) made headlines in Oklahoma and Tampa with quite contrasting perspectives in regard to the danger CAIR poses.
Former CIA Director James Woolsey, spoke to the High Noon Club in Oklahoma addressing CAIR in relation to their threat to national security and the fact CAIR is working to undermine the United States, while in stark contrast the Tampa School Board held a “workshop” only after considerable pressure from a rapidly growing contingent of concerned parents and civic groups regarding guest speakers from CAIR in numerous public school classes over the past several years.
The Controversy erupted when emails between history teacher Kelly Miliziano and CAIR’s Hassan Shibly, as well as CAIR’s Facebook page posts which stated CAIR had been speaking regularly in the public school system surfaced in December 2011.
Director Woolsey, arguably one of the nation’s leading intelligence experts during an interview with Channel 9 news on Friday said "the group [CAIR] is an extremist Muslim group with tiest to terrorists" He also said "It [CAIR] was clearly in the business of helping send funds to a terrible, totalitarian terrorist organization: Hamas."
Hassan Shibly, Exec. Dir of CAIR Tampa has significant controversy surrounding him as well. He was kicked out of the university of Buffalo’s Student Body for his bias, has praised Hezbollah, and his family has close ties to President Assad, as well as the now deceased Grand Mufti Kuftaro of Syria who stood by Assad when he was committing atrocities and torture against his
own peoples.
CAIR leaders have stated they want sharia to be the LAW of the Land in America and education was the vehicle through which they would accomplish that mission.
Hassan Shibly supports Sharia Law, recently lobbying Tallahassee and misinforming the community about the nature of SB 1360, which did not make it to the floor for the final vote after passing overwhelmingly in the house and passing both Senate Subcommittees.
With the exception of School Board Member Dr. Stacy White, the School Board continues to express disdain and arrogance at having to deal with this issue.
"I resent having this conversation in the first place," School Board member April Griffin said. "I don't want to craft a policy based on bullying, based on people coming forward demanding we do something because they don't like the way we do things."
In contrast, The FBI has had a policy which formally severed all ties to CAIR since 2009 and President Obama signed a “Bill” in November, 2011 affiming the FBI Policy...formally making the policy of cutting ties to CAIR and other unindicted co-conspirators in regard to terrorism a matter of LAW.

However, the Tampa School Board is defiantly unwilling to craft a policy to protect our children and cut ties with CAIR, a Federally Designated HAMAS entity and a Co-Conspirator in the largest successfully prosecuted terrorism Funding Case in U.S. History.
The U.S. vs. HLF trial of 2008 resulted in CAIR members being sentence up to 65 years in federal prison and all defendants being found guilty. The additional 246 individuals and organizations were to be subsequently tried in future prosecutions to include one scheduled for April, 2010 listing defendant Omar Ahmad, Co-founder of CAIR, however Attorney General Eric Holder quashed this and future proceedings despite a mountain of evidence and guilty verdicts on
all 108 counts.
The FBI was able to draft a policy barring dealings with groups like CAIR, which was the basis for subsequent U.S. Law banning dealings with CAIR, and other Co-conspirators… then one, would surely think that those enlightened individuals tasked with education the future generation of American leaders would be capable of doing likewise?

This draft in regard to co-conspirators is similar to the law President Obama signed in November and reads as follows:
"In determining whether a speaker has the appropriate experience and/or credential necessary to promote a scholarly discussion of the topic being considered, the following may be considered:
1) Academic or profession credential of the potential speaker;
2) Whether the potential speaker has been convicted of, indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commission of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof;
3) Wheter the potential speaker represents, is an officer or employee of, is paid by, or is publicly associated with any organizaiton;
A. Whether such organization is primarily an advocacy, as opposed to an educational, organizaiton;
B. Whether the organization has a 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS;
C. Whether the organization has been convicted of indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commission of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof;
D. Whether any current or past officer of the organization has been convicted of, indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commision of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof.
Candy Olson and the majority of the Tampa School Board members staunchly defend the ability of the principals and teachers to be able to vet Islamic speakers, yet they have not even been able
to detect or vet textbooks which they have used for years regarding Islamic Indoctrination and have allowed a HAMAS entity to influence our children for at least three years.
In a two year study a report recently released by ACT! for America; of the leading textbooks used in History and Social Studies Classes across America, all (38) textbooks have disparaging biases,
omission, and counter factual narratives regarding Islam.
A summary of this report was sent via Certified Mail to over 70,000 Superintendents and School Board Members in the country earlier this month.
Some textbooks taught that Jesus was a Palestinian, that Muslims discovered America, and in one Florida approved English textbook not in the report, Professor Ihsan Bagby, misleads students and promotes the CAIR narrative of Muslim victimhood despite FBI hate crime statistics which crush this false claim.
Bagby, a National Board member of CAIR is on record for stating "Ultimately we [Muslims] can never be full citizens of this country...Because there is no way we can be fully committed to the institutions and ideologies of this country." (Political Activities of Muslims in America, Oxford university Press, 1991)
The fact is, many educators are barely familiar with the term Sharia Law or Islamic doctrine and do not possess any real knowledge in this regard…. Therefore how can these well meaning educators safeguard our children from something they do not understand?

But I'm not going to do anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through education." (Statement by CAIR Ibrahim Hooper, Minneapolis Star Tribune, April 4, 1993)

Hassan Shibly's Letter to the Hillsborough
County School Board
Dear
School Board Members:
I wish to thank you for taking a strong stand against bigotry and prejudice. Time
will certainly show that you were on the right side of history. Unlike those in
our nation's history who made the mistakes of taking anti-Black, anti-Irish,
anti-Catholic, ant-Jewish, or anti-Japanese positions only to later learn of
their mistaken ways.
For virtually everyone of those minorities, narrow minded and misinformed conspiracy
theorists claimed that those minorities had a secret agenda to take over and
undermine our nation. Many in our history, like those that allowed the interment
camps of the Japanese or the segregation of African Americans, were on the wrong
side of history, and today we clearly see how wrong they were in their prejudice ways.
Yet I am proud to say that when your great-grandchildren ask you, "how did you
respond to the witch-hunts against Muslims in the years post 9/11" You can
proudly say that you were not intimated by false conspiracy theories
and hateful rhetoric and did not give in to bigotry. For that I am sure you will
have a proud legacy. You will not be like those who today shamefully must tell
their grandchildren that they did nothing to fight against segregation,
anti-antisemitism, or other forms of bigotry that our nation faced throughout
the 20th century.
I have watched the footage of the school board meetings and am appalled by the
utter lies and fabrications those poor individuals have made against me and my
organization-they ascribed quotes to me that I never said, blamed my faith for
the crimes done by a few, and twisted facts to suit their clear anti-Muslim
agenda, amongst other ridiculous actions. The bigotry they have displayed has
clearly shown the importance of continuing to offer our children a world class
education. Thank you for bravely refusing to be intimidated by those who
use misinformation to divide our community. No one who listens to the comments
of the protests, reads their signs, or has a conversation with them can have any
doubt that their problem is with Islam and Muslims as a whole, not a particular
group or individual.
CAIR Tampa is funded exclusively by grassroots donations from the Muslim community. I am a leading imam in the Florida Muslim community, leading prayer services at most of the
major Tampa mosques. The community chose me and CAIR to represent them because
of the faith and respect they have for me as a Muslim leader and CAIR's
reputation for advocating for Muslim civil rights. Major Tampa area mosques
continuously call me to lead the Friday prayer services, give sermons and
spiritual talks, teach Islamic teachings, and represent them to the community.
CAIR Tampa has over a dozen staff and interns, most of whom are not even Muslim,
but believe in the cause of clearing misconceptions about Islam and defending
American civil liberties. The Tampa Muslim community has the right to choose its
own leaders and decide who speaks on their behalf. Mr. Kemple has no right to
make that decision for the community and dictate to us as Muslims who may
represent us, shame on him for attempting to do so!
Similar bigoted attacks happened against my good friend, Nezar Hamze, who is executive director of CAIR's Miami office, when he tried to join the Broward Republican Party Executive Committee last summer. The prejudice of those who opposed him because of his faith and his
position in America's largest Muslim civil liberties organization, was clearly

subscribe to the same school of thought when addressing a topic which you
oppose... that is to respond or speak about WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE LIKED THE
CONTROVERSY to be about..... RATHER THAN WHAT THE CONTROVERSY REALLY IS
ABOUT.
In an attempt to make the group you are a leader of CAIR/HAMAS a
VICTIM.... using smoke and mirrors you attempt to give your position legitimacy
by tryig to tie the current controversy (CAIR/HAMAS in the School system) to
truly Bigoted periods in history.
This however is not about Racism or Bigotry... but about the fact your organization was founded by HAMAS leaders as recorded in FBI wire taps during a SECRET HAMAS meeting in Philadelphia in 1993, to discussions were about supporting the HAMAS terrorist group, and in fact CAIR has done exactly that since its inception.
Thankfully CAIR is NOT representative of the majority of the Muslim Community as you have suggested, and its membership numbers of approximately 5,000 NATION WIDE... do not support your exaggerated claim in any way.
HAMAS leader and CAIR founder Omar Ahmad, said Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith but to become Dominate, the Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only religion on earth.
Additionally, in Wiretaps, Omar Ahmad also stated "War was Deceit" and numerous other recorded statements how that an organization need to be formed (CAIR) that could work on BOTH SIDES (to further their SECRET WORK and influence/deceive the community).
Since under all authoritative Islamic Doctrine, a Non-Muslim CAN NOT hold any office of authority over a Muslim(s)under a sharia compliant goverment, Taken together CAIR’s founders
statement above is factually; INTOLERANT of ANY other Religion and therefore
BIGOTED and unconstitutional, Since a Non-Muslim in accordance with Sharia CAN
NOT Hold Office…it is BIGOTED and unconstitutional, and while not racist it
certainly PREDJUDICED.
Several CAIR/HAMAS leaders like Ghassan Ilashi, Musa Marzook, Randall Royer, Sami-Al Arian (supported by CAIR), Abdurahman Alimoudi, have are currently serving prison sentences for terrorism or support of terrorism.
CAIR/HAMAS Leaders have openly expressed seditious and treasonous statements similar to Omar’s in which they have expressed a desire to live under Sharia Law in America... which you as an "IMAM" (lay leader), Lawyer, and advocate of Sharia…know is factually incompatible with manmade law under all authoritative Islamic Law.
Mr. Shibly, you continually speak down to the Non-Muslims in the Tampa community and tell them how unintelligent they are.
You have made numerous statements like the ones above on how MISGUIDED,
MISINFORMED citizens are for disagreeing with CAIR and you twist it into a
blanket attack on Islam and Muslims, which it is not.
In this propaganda piece, you go as far rebuking the Education Coalition...in a HOW DARE they
suggest another Muslim group to REPRESENT Muslims in TAMPA... I AM THEIR CHOSEN
LEADER! (I can just picture you beating your chest in anger and defiance when
you said this...LOL)
While Mr. Kemple, may have offended you, Mr. Shibly, it also raises an interesting question and cast serious doubts on you claims of Racism and Bigotry, since you acknowledge that an alternative Islamic group was recommended by the Education Coalition.
What it really boils down to, is CAIR and not the Education Coalition is quite discriminatory with all who disagree with their position or more appropriately their propaganda campaign.
They are immediately labeled by CAIR as racist, bigots, Islamophobe, etc…thank you for the confirmation of our position regarding CAIR's discriminatory and narrow-mindedness.
In regard to Misconceptions about Islam and Civil Liberties work of CAIR/HAMAS....lets clear a few up:
Starting with Victimhood and HATE CRIMES by Religion: Fact hate crimes against Muslims every year since 911 have remained similar to those of crimes against CHRISTIAN’s, about 5-7% with a small spike directly after 911.
Hate crimes against Jews has remained between 66%-69%, which recently
spiked to 72%.
Hate Crimes against Muslims as a whole (all classes) drops to 1.2%. Muslims as a whole are not victimized in America; however the same cannot be said of Jews.
In regard to "CIVIL LIBERTIES” CAIR is/was entangled RICO case dropped on a technicality, is federally designated a Co-Conspriator in the largest terror funding case in US history,in which CAIR members were sentenced up to 65 years in prison and is involved in two civil lawsuits (Sayyid vs. CAIR and Lopez vs. CAIR) for fraud against the very minorities the claim to represent. CAIR's non-lawyer lawyer, who did not have license, took money from over 200 victims, then when CAIR National found out they covered it up and tried to COERCE these victims into silence with a threat of legal recourse if these victims went to the media or judicial system, all well documented FACTS.
No Mr. Shibly, I would say those who spoke understand you and your organization CAIR very well. We understand CAIR is a federally Designated HAMAS entity, specifically the Propaganda ARM of HAMAS in America according the Congresswoman Sue Myrick, Co-founder of the
Counterterrorism Caucus.
As such, you Mr. Shibly are in fact a HAMAS operative and have no business waging your cultural Jihad for the hearts and minds of our children or conducting influence operations to a captive audience (our children) in Hillsborough Public Schools.

While Mr. Kemple, may have offended you, Mr. Shibly, it also raises an interesting question and cast serious doubts on you claims of Racism and Bigotry, since you acknowledge that an alternative Islamic group was recommended by the Education Coalition.
What it really boils down to, is CAIR and not the Education Coalition is quite discriminatory with all who disagree with their position or more appropriately their propaganda campaign.
They are immediately labeled by CAIR as racist, bigots, Islamophobe, etc…thank you for the confirmation of our position regarding CAIR's discriminatory and narrow-mindedness.
In regard to Misconceptions about Islam and Civil Liberties work of CAIR/HAMAS....lets clear a few up:
Starting with Victimhood and HATE CRIMES by Religion: Fact hate crimes against Muslims every year since 911 have remained similar to those of crimes against CHRISTIAN’s, about 5-7% with a small spike directly after 911.
Hate crimes against Jews has remained between 66%-69%, which recently
spiked to 72%.
Hate Crimes against Muslims as a whole (all classes) drops to 1.2%. Muslims as a whole are not victimized in America; however the same cannot be said of Jews.
In regard to "CIVIL LIBERTIES” CAIR is/was entangled RICO case dropped on a technicality, is federally designated a Co-Conspriator in the largest terror funding case in US history,in which CAIR members were sentenced up to 65 years in prison and is involved in two civil lawsuits (Sayyid vs. CAIR and Lopez vs. CAIR) for fraud against the very minorities the claim to represent. CAIR's non-lawyer lawyer, who did not have license, took money from over 200 victims, then when CAIR National found out they covered it up and tried to COERCE these victims into silence with a threat of legal recourse if these victims went to the media or judicial system, all well documented FACTS.
No Mr. Shibly, I would say those who spoke understand you and your organization CAIR very well. We understand CAIR is a federally Designated HAMAS entity, specifically the Propaganda ARM of HAMAS in America according the Congresswoman Sue Myrick, Co-founder of the

Ishan Bagby was recently featured in a Red County article titled “CAIR/HAMAS spreads Islamic Propaganda in Florida Approved English Textbook”. This article details the subtle subversion of our Children, which appears to be consistent with the objectives laid out by the Muslim Brotherhood.
We are deeply concerned that HAMAS operative Hassan Shibly, of the CAIR Tampa Chapter has been a regular speaker in Tampa area schools. According to CAIR’s Facebook post on December 3rd, 2011, CAIR had conducted presentations to over a dozen different AP world history and world religions classes in Tampa Public Schools to include Steinbrenner High School.
Kelly Miliziano, a World History teacher at Steinbrenner, wrote in a November 14 email: "Every year I invite a representative from CAIR to speak to our AP World History Students.", and in another email wrote "Over the years I have had many speakers from CAIR come to my classes, and it has been such a good learning experience for the students." Adding, "I would prefer to have a speaker for each period of the day so that students can really interact with the speaker and ask questions."
HAMAS operative Hassan Shibly, has defended designated terrorist groups such as Hezbollah, characterizing it as a "resistance movement" that provides valued social services to the Lebanese people. "They're absolutely not a terrorist organization," Shibly said, and "any war against them is illegitimate.”
However, Just last month, Manhattan U.S. District Judge George B. Daniels, ruled in Havlish, et a.v. bin Ladin, et al., in open court on Thursday December 15, 2011, that Iran and Hezbollah materially and directly supported al Qaeda in the September 11, 2001 attacks and are legally responsible for damages to hundreds of family members of 9/11 victims who are plaintiffs in the case.
Consistent with CAIR’s desire to make Islamic Sharia Law the law of the land in America, Shibly said that Sharia law and not democracy should be implemented in countries where Muslims are the majority during a 2010 interview.
Like it or not, we have been participants in what the Muslim Brotherhood refers to as a “Civilization Jihadist Process” against ourselves, as laid out in the “Strategic Goals for the Group in North America”, a Muslim Brotherhood document captured by Law Enforcement in Annandale Virginia, in the basement of a Senior Muslim Brotherhood leader and subsequently entered into evidence in the HLF trial.
The Ikhwan (M.B.) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. This previously classified document details the strategy to destroy and subvert America from within, complete with a list of their groups and those of their friends who support this work. Three of the groups listed; Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP), Occupied Land Fund (OLF) later renamed HLF, and the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR) formed the Leading Muslim “Civil Rights” group in America today known as CAIR.
CAIR leaders and former leaders like Ahmed Bedier of the Tampa Human Rights Commission try to explain this designation away, so it is important to note that additional prosecutions were scheduled for April 2010, until quashed by attorney general Eric Holder despite successful conviction of all defendants on 108 separate counts, as well as the fact several petitions submitted by ISNA, CAIR, and NAIT requesting removal from the Co-Conspirators list in the HLF Trial were denied:
The appeals court upheld the lower courts unindicted co-conspirator designation of ISNA, NAIT, and CAIR ordering the list to be subsequently sealed.
· Following further petitions to the court by ISNA, a 2009 ruling by U.S. Federal Judge Solis, unsealed in July 2010, stated as follows:
“During the early years of OLF/HLF’s operation, OLF raised money and supported Hamas through a bank account that it held with ISNA and NAIT. Indeed, OLF operated from within ISNA in Plainfield, Indiana where Defendant Baker was employed. ISNA checks deposited into the ISNA/NAIT account for OLF were often made payable to ‘the Palestinian Mujahedeen (holy warriors),’ the original name for the Hamas military wing.”
· “The Government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA, and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP), and with Hamas.”
Judge Solis did not remove ISNA, NAIT, or CAIR from the list of unindicted co-conspirators. In the ruling, Judge Solis detailed key evidence demonstrating CAIR was created as a front for Hamas in the United States.
Islamic outreach in America has been primarily conducted by the Muslim Brotherhood and those sympathetic to their cause. Consider Shabbir Mansouri, Founder and Director of the Council on Islamic Education (CIE), which is virtually responsible for all textbook content regarding Islam, Mansouri stated “I am waging a Bloodless Revolution in America’s Public Schools” . The CIE recently changed its name to the Institute on Religion and Civic Values (IRCV) to help camouflage its true nature.
Islamic Indoctrination in our textbooks and public schools has reached epidemic proportions as detailed in reports by A California ACT for America Chapter, American Textbook Council, and most recently a report by Citizens For National Security (CFNS) which cites over 200 false or misleading excerpts in (27) twenty seven of Florida’s approved History and Social Studies textbooks.

We trust you agree that this organization should not have access to our children, furthermore, that we can no longer tolerate the political correctness or ignorance which has allowed this injustice to be perpetrated on our children.
There are in fact Islamic groups which would be a much better choice to speak to our children, one such group is American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD).
We request the following actions immediately be taken;
1. The School District sever all connections with CAIR/HAMAS and its membership to include HAMAS operative Hassan Shibly.
2. We request a vetting process be implemented to ensure Islamic groups have no connections or affiliations to Muslim Brotherhood entities listed in Attachment “A” of HLF court documents.
3. A list of all schools and classes which CAIR or other Islamic Groups have been allowed to speak to in the Hillsborough School District, be provided to this Coalition.
4. We request equal time with each of these classes to give a factual presentation by experts of our choice to speak on similar topics.
5. We request that all School Board Members to include the superintendant of Schools attend a briefing on “Islamic Indoctrination in America’s Public Schools” by our experts.
6. We request that a presentation on “Islamic Indoctrination in America’s Public Schools” be presented to faculty of each school in the district twice annually by our experts.
7. We request that factual supplements be prepared in conjunction with our experts and textbook teams, as well as their implementation as soon as possible.

In addition to our local leadership and law Enforcement watching and learning about this threat, every Church Pastor should take time to understand that most of the Islamic groups they are conducting Interfaith Outreach, charity efforts, and working with under the guise of civil liberties and Human Rights are likely connected to or in fact Muslim Brotherhood Front Organizations or Individual Operatives.

Parvez Ahmed’s “Memo to Osama Bin Laden”

Parvez Ahmed wrote a “Memo to Osama Bin Laden” after his death which of course appeared in the Florida Times Union, a “Rag” which appears to act as his personal champion, abandoning all journalistic integrity when reporting anything Ahmed. Simultaneously, the Times refuses to print any articles critical of Parvez. So much for “Fair and Balanced” reporting.
In this “Memo” Parvez, accuses Bin Laden of plotting evil and labeled him a terrorist threat whose elimination is a victory for peace and justice. He states Bin Laden, has caused untold misery to people who have no enmity with him and dragged the good name of Islam through the mud, that he is NOT a martyr, but a criminal who deserves to be punished by death, under American, international and Sharia laws.
Most who read this “Memo to Osama Bin Laden” as well as his other articles have virtually no knowledge of Islamic Doctrine or the duality in Islam which allows Parvez Ahmed to spew his propaganda and deceive out in the open. Unfortunately, to the untrained eye it appears his message is one of reason and not one which is in complete conformance with Sharia Law and the objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Fortunately, to be good at deception it is a necessary to have a good memory and sometimes you just plain slip up as Parvez did in this “Memo” referencing the fact that Osama Bin Laden should be punished by death under Sharia Law.
The problem is during a recent propaganda session, Parvez was caught on video saying Sharia was in fact NOT Law, but simply broad principles to live by, and then leads the audience to believe these principles have no authority, however, he emphatically states in this “Memo” Sharia Law not only has authority, but authority to exert capital punishment…. So which is it?
Sacred Islamic Law is derived from the Qur’an, Sunnah and once the law has Ijma (scholarly Consensus) it can never be amended or annulled. Since, the act of denouncing any verse of the Quran or anything which by scholarly consensus (Ijma) belongs to it, or add a verse that does not belong to it is an act of Apostasy Book of Justice O 8.7(7), which may explain Parvez Ahmed’s refusal to denounce the book or it’s barbaric laws which are diametrically opposed to our Constitution and in opposition to the Human Rights he is supposed to protect.
Parvez Ahmed was the National Chairman of the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) from 2005-2008, which was designated as a Muslim Brotherhood Front Group and the Palestine Committee aka HAMAS by the Federal Government in the largest terrorism trial in U.S. history. In addition, Congresswoman Sue Myrick of the Counter Terrorism Caucus has labeled CAIR as the “Propaganda Arm of HAMAS”.
As the leader of the Propaganda Arm of HAMAS in America, it would be reasonable to assume one would be well versed in Taqiyya or “Holy Deception”. In this “Memo”, as in many other articles, Parvez uses very specific and deceptive language. Often there are two messages, one for the non-Muslim and one for the Muslim buried in the same message. It is not hard to detect once you are trained to recognize it, so we will dissect this “Memo” and key in on some points of contention.

Although rejoicing death is not part of the religious traditions of Muslims, Christians or Jews, I cannot help but feel a sense of joyful relief now that you are no longer capable of plotting your evil. The evil I believe Parvez refers to are actions which have caused harm to Muslim’s, Islam, and caused the enemy to occupy Muslim lands. This enormity (crime/sin) is commonly referred to in the Tafsir and Quran as creating “Mischief in the Land”.
If the actions of Muslim(s) are JUST they will have the blessing of Allah. If not, and they bring what is perceived be “Mischief in the Land”, as such, these Muslims are not fighting a just or holy war but have committed a crime/sin. “Mischief in the land” as described here is an act of apostasy and is a capital offense and deserving of death.
U.S. forces are using “Mischief in the Land” to their benefit. The tactic of announcing the defeat of Taliban/Al Qaeda forces over loud speakers after each engagement has at times resulted in the locals turning on them.
Your elimination as a terrorist threat is a victory for peace and justice. Terrorism under Islamic doctrine is understood as the UNJUST killing of a Muslim ONLY. Some also consider the occupation of Islamic lands by non-Muslims a form of terrorism.
Peace can only be achieved when the Dar al Harb (house of war) comes under the Dar al Islam (House of Peace/submission), only then can Justice prevail, because then the whole world will be under Sharia law or perfect justice as understood in Islam.
September 11th and subsequent attacks by Islamist has raised awareness of the Cultural Jihad quietly being waged by the Muslim Brotherhood in America. Violence at this Stage in America is not desired according to the “Phases of the World Underground Movement Plan” and has been a significant setback in the Islamization of America. This may explain the phrase “a victory for peace and justice” when referring to Bin Laden’s death.
Abrogation or progressive revelation creates a “duality” in Islam, which we in the west have a hard time comprehending. It allows for two seemingly opposing views to simultaneously be correct under Islamic law.
If Sharia law covers every aspect of Islamic life, how can the Brotherhood in Libya legally wage Jihad alongside Al Qaeda, while condemning the tactics of Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in the west if Allah is perfect? This Poll of Muslims regarding Bin Laden further illustrates this duality. Both views are factually correct due to progressive revelation.
Thousands of people from different nationalities, ethnicities and religions around the world have reacted with understandable emotions. It is a small point, but Parvez uses the phrase understandable emotions. This gives an appearance of “understanding the elation of those in the west” without actually rejoicing at the death of a fellow Jihadist.
Capital markets have reacted by bidding oil prices down and stock prices up, indicating that they are hopeful of greater stability in the Middle East.

The Book of Enormities p2. (1-3) defines the “Killing a Human Being” as a believer or Muslim only. Quranic verses which have authority refer to “People of the Book as Apes and Pigs” or less than human 5:60.
You have dragged the good name of Islam through the mud by wrapping your heinous actions with the banner of Islam. Your views and your methods have long been discredited by credible and mainstream Muslim scholars. This is merely a personal “opinion”, which is not shared by the majority of the Muslim world according to mainstream media.

Instead of criminalizing a faith, our leaders will use sensible method to go after the criminals without stigmatizing the faith group they belong to. Cultural Jihad, when masterfully presented is very subtle and sounds very reasonable. The objectives Parvez presents (Islam is somehow not connected to terrorism, to think otherwise is irrational or just politics, leaders who think otherwise are not sensible, and these 16,000+ attacks in the name of Islam are merely crimes) are completely in alignment with the “Civilization Jihadist Process” of America as outlined in the “Strategic Goals for the Group in North America”.
It is important to understand “Jihad” takes many forms besides violent Jihad (Jihad Qital), which includes waging Jihad with the pen and mouth (writing & speaking as an Islamic apologist as this “Memo” illustrates), waging Jihad in the heart (enmity against infidels and man-made government until it comes under the Dar al Islam), and now Jihad with money (Sharia Compliant Finance (SCF) which has unsuspecting Americans actually funding Jihad).
As a professor of Finance at UNF, Parvez Ahmed frequently writes articles promoting SCF, referring to it as “Socially Responsible Investing” in the “caught on video” link above.
We are hopeful that your demise will bring some measure of comfort to all the families who have to contend daily with the loss of their loved ones. We are also hopeful that your departure provides renewed opportunities for building stronger bridges of understanding across faiths and cultures. Building Bridges or Daw’ah is code in the Islamic world for infiltration and subversion.
Interfaith outreach, dialogue, and diversity (cultural & sensitivity) training are types of Daw’ah, which is the primary means of conducting “Cultural Jihad” in America as detailed in “Methodology of Daw’ah” by Shamim Sadiqqi an American born Muslim.
Sadiqqi’s book makes “Milestones” by Sayyid Qut’b operational, and is nothing less than a declaration of war on the west. These two books should be required reading for every American leader.
As peace loving Muslims, we unequivocally reject terrorism and reiterate that no grievances can ever justify the taking of innocent human lives. The key word here is “innocent” and is carefully placed.
Unbelief (Kufr) is a sin which puts one beyond the pale of Islam c2.5(3) as discussed in o8.7 book of justice, which states to deny any verse of the qur’an or anything by scholarly consensus (ijma) belongs to it. Therefore all unbelievers are guilty and hence the reference is only to Muslims in good standing.
Note: It is permissible to make a statement of unbelief, but only when forced and so long as faith remains firm in the heart, see Book “C” the nature of legal rulings c6.2.
Islam strictly condemns religious extremism (exceeding the bounds and causing Mischief in the Land, which is in accordance with Sharia law) and the use of violence against innocent lives. Terrorism against Muslims. Any group that imitates your methods is just as guilty as you are of crimes against their faith and all of humanity. Humanity refers to a Muslim only, see Islamic law regarding “Killing a Human Being” above.
We are heartened by the fact that no Muslim country took the responsibility of your burial. It is permissible, in fact recommended in Islam to not afford terrorists full burial rites. Terrorists are considered deviants and thus denying them the opportunity for burial rites that seek mercy and forgiveness for the deceased are religiously accepted.
President Barack Obama has eloquently reminded the world that you were not a Muslim leader. This statement is deceptive in the fact Bin Laden certainly had a following and he is widely accepted in the Islamic world as evidenced in the poll above, but this statement is only possible if Parvez believes Bin Laden is an Apostate and no longer Muslim. Otherwise, it could be construed as “Slander” which is saying something which hurts the reputation of Islam or a Muslim, and does not matter if it is true or not, Book R “Holding one’s Tongue r2.6 (1-3). He (Obama) went on to say, "Indeed, al Qaeda has slaughtered scores of Muslims in many countries, including our own. So his demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity." “All who believe in peace” is a phrase commonly understood to mean those who have submitted to Islam and “human” refers only to a Muslim. It is interesting Obama chose to use this phrase.
In your death you have united us as Americans once more, the same way we were in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. Today, like that ill-fated day, people of conscience (refers to Muslims) are once again ready to rediscover the value of peaceful coexistence, (In the early stages of the Hijrah (migration) a part of conquest, peace to facilitate daw’ah is critical. Peace is temporary and only permissible when weaker then the enemy) so jaded (defined as exhausted through overwork – Islamist have had work feverishly to counter the growing pushback after 911) by your rhetoric of war. Even when lamenting or protesting unfair and unjust conditions (unfair and unjust conditions references Muslim oppression for living under man-made law and not under Dar al Islam) we do not want to forget our Prophet's teachings of seeking peace and forgiveness even in the midst of our harshest hardships. Hardships mean worship and obedience to Islam. Taken together “Harshest Hardship” means living in obedience under the Dar al Harb. Seeking peace and forgiveness (forgiveness is only between Muslims), is a plea to work together in peace despite differences of opinion in the midst of our (Muslim) “Hardships” for the common good.
Your fellow Arabs are increasingly rejecting your messianic worldview. In Egypt and Tunisia they have peacefully overthrown dictators. What your violence never achieved, their peace did. Tactics of violence are condemned here as not being as effective in achieving the desired objective. He alludes to the “Peaceful” overthrow; however we know these revolutions were orchestrated by the Muslim Brotherhood which is violent when necessary as in Libya.
It is my hope that your life and death serve as a lesson (what not to do) to all who ever contemplated using the shortcut of violence to satisfy their desires and needs. Reference a shortcut to establish the Global Islamic State or Caliphate, as stated by the brotherhood. In your death as in your life, you have failed. You have dishonored your family and the over one billion Muslims from whom you hijacked the good name of Islam. An apostate or criminal brings shame or dishonored to his family, community, and Islam.

Instead of criminalizing a faith, our leaders will use sensible method to go after the criminals without stigmatizing the faith group they belong to. Cultural Jihad, when masterfully presented is very subtle and sounds very reasonable. The objectives Parvez presents (Islam is somehow not connected to terrorism, to think otherwise is irrational or just politics, leaders who think otherwise are not sensible, and these 16,000+ attacks in the name of Islam are merely crimes) are completely in alignment with the “Civilization Jihadist Process” of America as outlined in the “Strategic Goals for the Group in North America”.
It is important to understand “Jihad” takes many forms besides violent Jihad (Jihad Qital), which includes waging Jihad with the pen and mouth (writing & speaking as an Islamic apologist as this “Memo” illustrates), waging Jihad in the heart (enmity against infidels and man-made government until it comes under the Dar al Islam), and now Jihad with money (Sharia Compliant Finance (SCF) which has unsuspecting Americans actually funding Jihad).
As a professor of Finance at UNF, Parvez Ahmed frequently writes articles promoting SCF, referring to it as “Socially Responsible Investing” in the “caught on video” link above.
We are hopeful that your demise will bring some measure of comfort to all the families who have to contend daily with the loss of their loved ones. We are also hopeful that your departure provides renewed opportunities for building stronger bridges of understanding across faiths and cultures. Building Bridges or Daw’ah is code in the Islamic world for infiltration and subversion.
Interfaith outreach, dialogue, and diversity (cultural & sensitivity) training are types of Daw’ah, which is the primary means of conducting “Cultural Jihad” in America as detailed in “Methodology of Daw’ah” by Shamim Sadiqqi an American born Muslim.
Sadiqqi’s book makes “Milestones” by Sayyid Qut’b operational, and is nothing less than a declaration of war on the west. These two books should be required reading for every American leader.
As peace loving Muslims, we unequivocally reject terrorism and reiterate that no grievances can ever justify the taking of innocent human lives. The key word here is “innocent” and is carefully placed.
Unbelief (Kufr) is a sin which puts one beyond the pale of Islam c2.5(3) as discussed in o8.7 book of justice, which states to deny any verse of the qur’an or anything by scholarly consensus (ijma) belongs to it. Therefore all unbelievers are guilty and hence the reference is only to Muslims in good standing.
Note: It is permissible to make a statement of unbelief, but only when forced and so long as faith remains firm in the heart, see Book “C” the nature of legal rulings c6.2.
Islam strictly condemns religious extremism (exceeding the bounds and causing Mischief in the Land, which is in accordance with Sharia law) and the use of violence against innocent lives. Terrorism against Muslims. Any group that imitates your methods is just as guilty as you are of crimes against their faith and all of humanity. Humanity refers to a Muslim only, see Islamic law regarding “Killing a Human Being” above.
We are heartened by the fact that no Muslim country took the responsibility of your burial. It is permissible, in fact recommended in Islam to not afford terrorists full burial rites. Terrorists are considered deviants and thus denying them the opportunity for burial rites that seek mercy and forgiveness for the deceased are religiously accepted.
President Barack Obama has eloquently reminded the world that you were not a Muslim leader. This statement is deceptive in the fact Bin Laden certainly had a following and he is widely accepted in the Islamic world as evidenced in the poll above, but this statement is only possible if Parvez believes Bin Laden is an Apostate and no longer Muslim. Otherwise, it could be construed as “Slander” which is saying something which hurts the reputation of Islam or a Muslim, and does not matter if it is true or not, Book R “Holding one’s Tongue r2.6 (1-3). He (Obama) went on to say, "Indeed, al Qaeda has slaughtered scores of Muslims in many countries, including our own. So his demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity." “All who believe in peace” is a phrase commonly understood to mean those who have submitted to Islam and “human” refers only to a Muslim. It is interesting Obama chose to use this phrase.
In your death you have united us as Americans once more, the same way we were in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. Today, like that ill-fated day, people of conscience (refers to Muslims) are once again ready to rediscover the value of peaceful coexistence, (In the early stages of the Hijrah (migration) a part of conquest, peace to facilitate daw’ah is critical. Peace is temporary and only permissible when weaker then the enemy) so jaded (defined as exhausted through overwork – Islamist have had work feverishly to counter the growing pushback after 911) by your rhetoric of war. Even when lamenting or protesting unfair and unjust conditions (unfair and unjust conditions references Muslim oppression for living under man-made law and not under Dar al Islam) we do not want to forget our Prophet's teachings of seeking peace and forgiveness even in the midst of our harshest hardships. Hardships mean worship and obedience to Islam. Taken together “Harshest Hardship” means living in obedience under the Dar al Harb. Seeking peace and forgiveness (forgiveness is only between Muslims), is a plea to work together in peace despite differences of opinion in the midst of our (Muslim) “Hardships” for the common good.
Your fellow Arabs are increasingly rejecting your messianic worldview. In Egypt and Tunisia they have peacefully overthrown dictators. What your violence never achieved, their peace did. Tactics of violence are condemned here as not being as effective in achieving the desired objective. He alludes to the “Peaceful” overthrow; however we know these revolutions were orchestrated by the Muslim Brotherhood which is violent when necessary as in Libya.
It is my hope that your life and death serve as a lesson (what not to do) to all who ever contemplated using the shortcut of violence to satisfy their desires and needs. Reference a shortcut to establish the Global Islamic State or Caliphate, as stated by the brotherhood. In your death as in your life, you have failed. You have dishonored your family and the over one billion Muslims from whom you hijacked the good name of Islam. An apostate or criminal brings shame or dishonored to his family, community, and Islam.
