Dead marathon suspect tied to 2011 killings


Slain Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was named as a participant in an earlier triple homicide by a man who was subsequently shot to death while being questioned by authorities, according to a filing made by federal prosecutors in the case against his brother, surviving bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
According to the filing made Monday, Ibragim Todashev told investigators Tamerlan Tsarnaev participated in a triple slaying in Waltham on Sept. 11, 2011.
In that case, three men were found in an apartment with their necks slit and their bodies reportedly covered with marijuana. One of the victims was a boxer and friend of Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
Todashev, a 27-year-old mixed martial arts fighter, was fatally shot at his Orlando home during a meeting with an FBI agent and two Massachusetts state troopers in May, authorities said. He had turned violent while being question, according to authorities.

CAIR which was designated as a Co-Conspirator in the largest successfully prosecuted terrorism finance trial in U.S. history continues their campaign to protect suspected terrorist and thwart efforts of the FBI with wild accusation by Hassan Shibly who has quite a dubious past and has himself been detained by DHS after returning from events where known terrorist where present at events in Canada.

CAIR was actually designated as a Member of the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as the Palestine Committee.  These committee's were set up world wide to be a support system for HAMAS and as wings of HAMAS in their host counties.  CAIR Founder are members of HAMAS and recorded by the FBI in 1983 at a secret HAMAS meeting discussing their work in America to include the creation of CAIR.

A few of us in the know have been briefing elected officials and others about Manal Fakoury and her influence inside Florida Politics with mixed results.

A fundraiser at her Ocala, Florida home for Senator Bill Nelson which brought unwanted publicity to his last Senate race, was one such opportunity to expose Manal Fakhoury's tireless efforts and her deep support for the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Controversy erupted from a donation to Senator Nelsons Campaign by Ahmed Bedier, who is a former leader of the federally designated Muslim Brotherhood front group know as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) aka HAMAS (the Palestine Committee in official court documents).  Senator Nelson returned the funds after backlash due to CAIR's designation as a Co-Conspirator in the largest successfully prosecuted terrorism finance trial in U.S. history (US vs HLF 2008)

Steve Emerson of the Investigative project on Terrorism (IPT) reported that one week before the Nelson fundraiser, Bedier served as master of ceremonies at CAIR's national banquet in Washington, D.C. "I am at the CAIR National Banquet," he wrote in an Oct. 15 Twitter post. "[C]an you make a donation?"

The stated goal of the Muslim Brotherhood in America is to "subvert and destroy America from within" just as they did in Egypt by getting themselves elected into office and/or positions of influence until these Islamist have the numbers to agitate for eventual violent overthrow.

This photo was taken during the overthrow of Egypt and posted on his facebook page with the caption "I was proud to be part of the Revolution". It is now universally agreed that the Muslim Brotherhood was behind the overthrow of Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and other current unrest in the Middle East.

In addition to gaining access to those responsible for effecting change at the local, state, and federal level via these private fundraisers, (UVA) board members Manal Fakoury and founder Ahmed Bedier, continue their influence operations against elected officials during their annual "Muslim Capitol Days".

United Voices of America (UVA) has lobbied against "American Laws for American Courts", E-Verify, Border Security and Strong Immigration Bills.  This is quite Interesting, when you consider over 86,000 OTMs (Other than Mexicans) cross the border annually to include Islamic terrorists and over 50 cases of Sharia Law trumping U.S. law in American courts have been documented in a report by Frank Gaffney of the Center of Security Policy.

Fakoury, is also a board member of Bediers "Capitol Leadership Academy" and has been intimately involved with training their brand of "Minorities" for political office. According to “student(s)” placed in two of these CLA classes, Bedier was reported as stating "I want clean Muslims in office in the next two years"... implying Muslims with no direct ties to the Brotherhood.

The first CLA was in Tallahassee, in 2009, with a 2nd CLA in Washington D.C., in 2010, and 3rd in Missouri in 2011, with similar academies mushrooming across the nation.

Photos taken from Fakoury’s facebook page show a woman who has deep hatred and contempt for Israelis or “Zionist Murderers” as the poster for the rally she promotes on her page stated.

You see a woman with great admiration for terrorist leader Yasser Arafat, as well Mamoud Abbas president of the terrorist group Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and elected head of the elected government of Palestinian Authority, as she proudly posted many photos with their pictures in the background.Then there are her pictures of the security fences with the Palestinian revolutionary slogan “To Exist is to Resist”.

In 2009, Manal failed to silence protesters and have them removed by officers, when they showed up with signs to peacefully protest the showing of “Inside Islam: what a Billion Muslim Really Think” hosted by the UVA on Tampa’s USF tax funded campus.

This propaganda film was funded in part by CAIR, MSA, and ISNA all designated Muslim Brotherhood Front groups as well as Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal of Saudi Arabia.

The authors of the book/now film are Islamic apologist Dalia Mogahed and John Esposito who have the following views about Islamic terrorism;

“Many have claimed that terrorists have 'hijacked Islam.' I disagree. What the terrorists have been allowed to take control over are Muslim grievances”. Dalia Mogahed

John Esposito has called former USF professor Sami al-Arian, a convicted terrorist with direct links to Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a “consummate professional,” and idolizes Yasser Arafat, a man who likened JIHAD to the cure for Aids.

Esposito also serves on the board of advisors for the Institute for Islamic Political Thought, a London-based foundation run by Azzam Tamimi, a Palestinian academic who has openly proclaimed his support for Hamas and the Taliban, praised the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, and said he "takes pride in being a terrorist," expressed his wish to be a "martyr" and stated that "Israel must come to an end."  Noteworthy is the fact Tamimi considers Esposito his “ustadh," or teacher.

When one considers the mindset of the authors, producers, and sponsors of this film...it should be enough in itself to question the motives of Manal Fakhoury and Ahmed Bedier, but taken as a whole... any rational person would begin to question the motives and begin to connect the dots.

A Bio of Manal Fakoury posted online is like that of a class valedictorian on steroids. In addition to being the Secretary/Treasurer of the Islamic Center of Ocala where her husband is the President, a Board member of the UVA and CLA, Manal currently serves as the President of the Marion County Pharmacy Association and Secretary/Treasurer for the Islamic Center of Ocala. She is the division Vice-President for the Total Resource Campaign and Chairman of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce. Manal serves as Chairperson of Women of Worth, Taste of Ocala and Dinner Theatre, the Discovery Science and Outdoor Center. She is on the Boards for the CFCC Foundation, United Way and the Royal Dames for Cancer Research. Manal is also a member of the Tocqueville Society, Superintendent’s Community Council,Women for Ocala,Women’s Club, SAC for several schools, and Success by 6. She is the past-president of LOMA (alumni association for Leadership Ocala).

As recently as 2012 Manal Fakhoury was honored by Marion County as the Best Motivator and Busiest Woman....something I would agree with.

The numerous charities, organizations, political and civic groups she is involved with paints a picture of a driven woman with an agenda, but what or whose agenda?

Then a few documents immediately came to mind, one a book by an American born Muslim Shamim Sidiqqi titled “Methodology of Daw’ah”. Methodology of Dawah is a short manual on how the Islamic Movement of America must infiltrate and subvert America to Islam by first building goodwill and influence through service oriented programs, infiltration of churches, schools, media and the political system, Immigration (Hijra or Migration), and then the “Final Struggle” or eventual Jihad/Violence.

Another document “The Strategic Goals for the Group in North America” entered into evidence in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism funding trial states the following:

Understanding the role and the nature of work of "The Islamic Center" in every city with what achieves the goal of the process of settlement: [Rember Manal & Husband are Tres/Pres of the Islamic Ctr of Ocala] 

The center we seek is the one which constitutes the "axis" of our Movement, the "perimeter" of the circle of our work, our "balance center", the "base" for our rise and our "Dar al-Arqam" to educate us, prepare us and supply our battalions in addition to being the "niche" of our prayers. 

We would like for the Islamic center to become "The House of Dawa'h"' [Invitation to Islam, also a declaration of war if the invitation is refused] and "the general center" in deeds first before name. As much as we own and direct these centers at the continent level, we can say we are marching successfully towards the settlement of Dawa'h in this country [America]. 

Meaning that the "center's" role should be the same as the "mosque's" role during the time of God's prophet, when he marched [Militarily] to "settle" the Dawa' in its first generation in Medina.

Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:  
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means.

The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands [non-Muslims, wittingly or not] and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet.

The third, a previously SECRET captured enemy document known as "The Project" in intelligence circles, which lays out the Muslim Brotherhoods plan and tactics on how to destroy the west.

The following tactics and techniques are a few among many recommendations made in The Project:

• Networking and coordinating actions between like-minded Islamist organizations;
• Avoiding open alliances with known terrorist organizations and individuals to maintain the appearance of “moderation”; 
•  Infiltrating and taking over existing Muslim organizations to realign them towards the Muslim Brotherhood’s collective goals; 
• Using deception to mask the intended goals of Islamist actions, as long as it doesn’t conflict with shari’a law; 
• Establishing financial networks to fund the work of conversion of the West, including the support of full-time administrators and workers; 
• Avoiding social conflicts with Westerners locally, nationally or globally, that might damage the long-term ability to expand the Islamist power-base in the West or provoke a lash back against Muslims;
• Conducting surveillance, obtaining data, and establishing collection and data storage capabilities; 
• Building extensive social networks of schools, hospitals and charitable organizations dedicated to Islamist ideals so that contact with the movement for Muslims in the West is constant;
• Putting into place a watchdog system for monitoring Western media to warn Muslims of “international plots fomented against them”; 
• Instituting alliances with Western “progressive” organizations that share similar goals;
• Balancing international objectives with local flexibility;
• Involving ideologically committed Muslims in democratically-elected institutions on all levels in the West, including government, NGOs, private organizations and labor unions;
• Developing a comprehensive 100-year plan to advance Islamist ideology throughout the world;
• Instrumentally using existing Western institutions until they can be converted and put into service of Islam;
• Avoiding conflict within the Islamist movements on all levels, including the development of processes for conflict resolution;
• Cultivating an Islamist intellectual community, including the establishment of think-tanks and advocacy groups, and publishing “academic” studies, to legitimize Islamist positions and to chronicle the history of Islamist movements;
• Creating autonomous “security forces” to protect Muslims in the West;
• Drafting Islamic constitutions, laws and policies for eventual implementation;
• Inflaming violence and keeping Muslims living in the West “in a jihad frame of mind”;
• Supporting jihad movements across the Muslim world through preaching, propaganda, personnel, funding, and technical and operational support;
• Making the Palestinian cause a global wedge issue for Muslims;
• Adopting the total liberation of Palestine from Israel and the creation of an Islamic state as a keystone in the plan for global Islamic domination; 
• Actively creating jihad terror cells within Palestine;
• Instigating a constant campaign to incite hatred by Muslims against Jews and rejecting any discussions of conciliation or coexistence with them;
• Collecting sufficient funds to indefinitely perpetuate and support jihad around the world;

 After comparing the objectives in these enemy documents to Manal Fakoury’s activities some serious questions begin to emerge.  Should any elected official attend any events or accept donations from questionable individuals like Ahmed Bedier or Manal Fakoury?

Most folks in America are just learning about the Muslim Brotherhood and have no real scope of who or what drives them, I am sure the same can be said about these public servants.

However, as Public Servants....these men and women have taken an Oath which charged them with the duty to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.  If they fail to execute this duty.... are they not guilty of "professional negligence" at the very least?

Just as any professional holds themselves out to have above average abilities and skills, and therefore have a Professional obligation to know or should know in any tort case in a court of law... which means they can not simply claim ignorance and get a pass legally...Then some interesting questions are raised in regard to these elected officials;

Don't these elected officials have a duty know or should have know who they were meeting with, lending credibility to, or worse....being influence by? 

If so...shouldn't elected officials be held to as high as standard of "Professional Negligence" as those in the medical, legal, and construction industries, eliminating their ability to claim ignorance?

All things being equal and based on the information at hand...aren't these officials at the very least guilty of "professional negligence" or "Malfeasance"?

Part of our duties as citizen with knowledge is to do our part and help educate and protect our elected officials so they can continue to uphold their oaths to defend and protect the constitution from all enemies foreign or domestic.

That being said, these officials must be held accountable in the electoral process and/or by current laws regarding material support of terrorism.

Tampa Bus Ads: CAIR to offer Legal Aid....Despite Being Implicated in 2 Fraud Cases!

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) had attempted for weeks get approval to run controversial #MyJihad Ads on Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) buses  which was met with strong opposition from members of the Tampa community and most HART Board members.

On Monday August 8, 2013, Creative Loafing reported on the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Agency (HART) rejecting an ad that would run on HART buses, saying that even though it was modified from an earlier request, it still violated the agency's ban on commercials that prohibits promoting a religious faith or organization.  

HART staff said the message, with its use of "jihad" and its more commonly understood meaning, violated its policy, and an attempt at a compromise that avoided use of the word, but used "Muslim" failed to win staff support as well.

It is not yet clear whether the highly successful counter campaign launched in several cities by Pamella Gellar of the AFDI/SIOA in response to #MyJihad and other Ads by Muslim Brotherhood fronts like CAIR played any role in HART's reluctance to place the Ads or not.

According to sources, the Issue of CAIR advertising on HART buses was pretty much dead, until it was resurrected by County Commissioner and HART Board Member Kevin Beckner, who appears to be shilling for CAIR.

This position seems to be supported in a statement by CAIR Tampa Exec. Dir. Hassan Shibly "CAIR-FL is appreciative of the commitment to diversity and inclusion shown by Commissioner Beckner, and we will regrettably be exhausting the internal appeal process before legal remedy is sought.”

A legal letter from CAIR Tampa's Communication Director Samantha Bowden, dated 21 August, 2013 cited the fact that St. Leo College had run ads to recruit students on buses in the past, then CAIR went on to assert this was grounds for discrimination and possible legal action.  The letter came after CAIR's subsequent denial by HART after changing their #MyJihad Ads to one of diversity at work and legal services for civil rights violations.

HART  is currently considering policy changes which would only allow companies offering products to advertise on their buses, thereby eliminating similar complications in the future.  This fact, coupled with CAIR's threat to litigate may have played a part in HART allowing the Ads to run.

While on the surface the new Ads by CAIR may appear to be less controversial than the #MyJihad Ads originally submitted to HART, this may not prove to be the case once the community learns that CAIR has been embroiled in two (2) separate Civil suits by the very people this "Civil Rights" group claims to protect.

The case(s) Iftikhar Saiyed vs CAIR (Civil No:  1:10-cv-00022-PLF-AK) and Rene Arturo Lopez vs CAIR (Civil No: 1:10-cv-00023-PLF-AK) are a result of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.  CAIR has seen significant setbacks in both cases in the past year.

While it was Morris Days out of the CAIR Virginia office, who originally perpetrated acts of fraud on almost (200) clients, it was CAIR National while under the leadership of  Chairman Parvez Ahmed, which compelled these disenfranchised minorities to sign agreements under duress.  An agreement which stipulated if they accepted a refund of monies rendered for service never rendered, these victims of fraud could not go to the media or authorities at the risk of subject themselves to legal action to include a $25,000.00 penalty imposed against them.

As my friend and 20+ year veteran of the CIA (ret), Clare Lopez stated in her most recent article "DOJ Slams FBI for ties with CAIR" ...It's been a tough week for the Muslim Brotherhood in America. First came the plaintive wail of "Legislating Fear: Islamophobia and Its Impact in the United States," a 162-page hit list from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) documenting groups and individuals it really wishes wouldn't be quite so effective at pointing out how the doctrine and sacred texts of Islam form the legal basis for Islamic terrorism.

The report's introductory letter from CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad leads off with a dismayed acknowledgement of the dramatic success of the American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) initiative, which has seen six state legislatures (now Seven w/N.C.)  – Arizona, Kansas, South Dakota, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Louisiana – pass bills designed to "protect American citizens' constitutional rights against the infiltration and incursion of foreign laws and foreign legal doctrines, especially Islamic Shariah Law."
Then the next shoe dropped. On September 19, the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General released its "Review of FBI Interactions with the Council on American-Islamic Relations." The report is sharply critical of the way the FBI implemented and managed its 2008 policy on curtailing contact with CAIR in the wake of overwhelming evidence about CAIR's ties with HAMAS.

The same day as the DOJ report was released, Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), the influential Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee's Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies (responsible for the FBI's budget) fired off a sharply-worded letter to FBI Director James Comey, citing both conflicting guidance coming from the FBI's Office of Public Affairs (with its emphasis on Muslim "outreach") as well as "outright violations from several field offices."

Moreover, as Wolf notes, given that the DoJ report focuses on only five incidents of continuing FBI field office contact with CAIR, there is no way to know whether, in fact, this is but the tip of an iceberg of policy violations inside the FBI. Wolf's letter to Director Comey concludes with his expectation that people be fired.

According to Hassan Shibly, he has worked with the Tampa FBI Field Office on various occasions....wonder if any heads will roll down there?

Parvez Ahmed is once again given a mega phone by the Huffington HO... oops POST...in his diatribe putting down Fox News and pumping up Public Television who will soon show a documentary titled, "Islamic Art: Mirror of the Invisible World" narrated by Susan Sarandon.

Its the same old mantra by this Jacksonville "Human Rights" Commissioner and UNF Professor who paints Muslims as oppressed victims (a claim that is in fact not supported by DOJ/FBI hate crime statistics) and diminishes legitimate concerns by non-Muslims regarding Jihadist activities which are almost always in accordance with authoritative scripture and Sharia Law.  Instead he paints these Jihadist as Muslims are off the reservation, when in fact they are almost always sharia compliant. 

Parvez seems to be fulfilling some of his former duties as a National Hamas leader, because his writings are consistent with the objectives and talking points of  the Muslim Brotherhood.

In fact, one of Parvez Ahmed's disinformation campaigns was exposed by ACT for America's Jacksonville Chapter last year.  Parvez Ahmed lied (see Video)  during a lecture  at the Fleming Island Library in Orange Park Florida stating to the audience that  "Sharia was literally a path to a watering hole and NOT LAW", however a few months later he wrote a memo to Osama Bin Laden (Post Humanous) in which he stated Bin Laudens killing was justified in accordance with International Law, American Law, and SHARIA Law... you know the one that does not exist.   It seems that Parvez continues to follow the edicts of Holy Deception (Taqiyya) and/or lying by Omission (kitman) which is obligatory if the action is obligatory in accordance with quranic scripture and law to paint Islam in the best possible light.

According to Parvez, The documentary is a timely reminder about the many contributions made by Muslims to art and culture. he said "As an educator, I am looking forward to this documentary as it adds to a growing collection of well-made documentaries that provide a semblance of balance to the general propensity in the media to stereotype Muslims."

The fact is there are numerous historical flaws, and some outright embellishments with his historical dissertation, the most egregious being that in regard to 10 minutes of flight by a Muslim 1,000 years before the wright brothers.
The word stereotype is a favorite of this former CAIR/HAMAS leade, who goes on to talk about how FOX NEWS Viewers in America "perceive" that Muslims want Islamic (Sharia Law)...as if this were some right wing conspiracy theory with no validity.

The Fact is CAIR was founded by Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad to quote "hide their secret work" being conducted to support HAMAS in Palestine, and the furtherance of Sharia Law in America.  One year after this clandestine meeting among Sr. Hamas Leaders in the U.S. at a hotel in Philadelphia (which the FBI was secretly wire tapping) CAIR was formed.

Several National CAIR/HAMAS Leaders have openly stated they want Sharia to be the Law of the Land in America.  This is a clearl violation of Article VI of the Constitution...which says it shall be the supreme law of the land... and NOT SHARIA.

Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant, he said. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth, he said." On May 1, 2006, Al-Arian was sentenced to 57 months in prison for conspiring to provide material support to PIJ. (Joe Kaufman, FrontPage Magazine, 'CAIR and Islamic Jihad,' May 23, 2006)

Parvez Ahmed was a vocal activist to free Sami Al Arian and stated there were political prisoners in America, and Sami Al Arian was one of them. 

However, this is not the first time he has been on the wrong side of the legal spectrum when it comes to his fellow Jihadis:

Parvez also made a statement to the effect that the Holy Land Foundation trials where a which hunt against Muslim's and Muslim Organizations.  The Holy Land Foundation was the largest successfully prosecuted terror finance trial in US history and CAIR/HAMAS operatives were sentenced up to 65 years in prison as a result of funneling $12.4 Million to Hamas and more specifically the family of suicide bombers.

Of course as the former National Chairman of CAIR/HAMAS, Parvez would know where this money was going due to the fact CAIR accepts ZAKAT or Islamic form of giving in which one mandatory catagory to fund is those fighting in the cause of Allah (JIHAD).  CAIR website says their Zakat is Fi Sabilillah... meaning all their zakat/charity goes to JIHAD, which is defined under Sharia Law as Islamic warfare against non-Muslims to establish the religion.

Omar Ahmad, his predecessor was to be prosecuted along with (9) other individuals and organizations in April of 2010, however Eric Holder quashed these prosecution over the objections of prosecutors and despite the fact that all previous defendants were successfully convicted on 108 seperate counts.

The controversy surrounding Parvez Ahmed is voluminous...yet the media and community leaders continue to engage these Islamist and lend them credibility, thus facilitating their work to subvert our nation from within and without.  Will America and the progressive left ever wake up?

On Friday, the controversial Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) made headlines in Oklahoma and Tampa with quite contrasting perspectives in regard to the danger CAIR poses.

Former CIA Director James Woolsey, spoke to the High Noon Club in Oklahoma addressing CAIR in relation to their threat to national security and the fact CAIR is working to undermine the United States, while in stark contrast the Tampa School Board held a “workshop” only after considerable pressure from a rapidly growing contingent of concerned parents and civic groups regarding guest speakers from CAIR in numerous public school classes over the past several years.

The Controversy erupted when emails between history teacher Kelly Miliziano and CAIR’s Hassan Shibly, as well as CAIR’s Facebook page posts which stated CAIR had been speaking regularly in the public school system surfaced in December 2011.

Director Woolsey, arguably one of the nation’s leading intelligence experts during an interview with Channel 9 news on Friday said "the group [CAIR] is an extremist Muslim group with tiest to terrorists" He also said "It [CAIR] was clearly in the business of helping send funds to a terrible, totalitarian terrorist organization: Hamas."

Hassan Shibly, Exec. Dir of CAIR Tampa has significant controversy surrounding him as well. He was kicked out of the university of Buffalo’s Student Body for his bias, has praised Hezbollah, and his family has close ties to President Assad, as well as the now deceased Grand Mufti Kuftaro of Syria who stood by Assad when he was committing atrocities and torture against his
own peoples.

CAIR leaders have stated they want sharia to be the LAW of the Land in America and education was the vehicle through which they would accomplish that mission.

Hassan Shibly supports Sharia Law, recently lobbying Tallahassee and misinforming the community about the nature of SB 1360, which did not make it to the floor for the final vote after passing overwhelmingly in the house and passing both Senate Subcommittees.

With the exception of School Board Member Dr. Stacy White, the School Board continues to express disdain and arrogance at having to deal with this issue.

"I resent having this conversation in the first place," School Board member April Griffin said. "I don't want to craft a policy based on bullying, based on people coming forward demanding we do something because they don't like the way we do things."

In contrast, The FBI has had a policy which formally severed all ties to CAIR since 2009 and President Obama signed a “Bill” in November, 2011 affiming the FBI Policy...formally making the policy of cutting ties to CAIR and other unindicted co-conspirators in regard to terrorism a matter of LAW.

However, the Tampa School Board is defiantly unwilling to craft a policy to protect our children and cut ties with CAIR, a Federally Designated HAMAS entity and a Co-Conspirator in the largest successfully prosecuted terrorism Funding Case in U.S. History.

The U.S. vs. HLF trial of 2008 resulted in CAIR members being sentence up to 65 years in federal prison and all defendants being found guilty. The additional 246 individuals and organizations were to be subsequently tried in future prosecutions to include one scheduled for April, 2010 listing defendant Omar Ahmad, Co-founder of CAIR, however Attorney General Eric Holder quashed this and future proceedings despite a mountain of evidence and guilty verdicts on
all 108 counts.

The FBI was able to draft a policy barring dealings with groups like CAIR, which was the basis for subsequent U.S. Law banning dealings with CAIR, and other Co-conspirators… then one, would surely think that those enlightened individuals tasked with education the future generation of American leaders would be capable of doing likewise?

Terry Kemple, the local leader of the Education Coalition submitted a policy draft to Tom Gonzalez, Attorney for the School Board.

This draft in regard to co-conspirators is similar to the law President Obama signed in November and reads as follows:

"In determining whether a speaker has the appropriate experience and/or credential necessary to promote a scholarly discussion of the topic being considered, the following may be considered:

1) Academic or profession credential of the potential speaker;

2) Whether the potential speaker has been convicted of, indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commission of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof;

3) Wheter the potential speaker represents, is an officer or employee of, is paid by, or is publicly associated with any organizaiton;

A. Whether such organization is primarily an advocacy, as opposed to an educational, organizaiton;

B. Whether the organization has a 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS;

C. Whether the organization has been convicted of indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commission of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof;

D. Whether any current or past officer of the organization has been convicted of, indicted for, or listed in an indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator involved in, the commision of a felony under the laws of the United States, or a State thereof.

Candy Olson and the majority of the Tampa School Board members staunchly defend the ability of the principals and teachers to be able to vet Islamic speakers, yet they have not even been able
to detect or vet textbooks which they have used for years regarding Islamic Indoctrination and have allowed a HAMAS entity to influence our children for at least three years.

In a two year study a report recently released by ACT! for America; of the leading textbooks used in History and Social Studies Classes across America, all (38) textbooks have disparaging biases,
omission, and counter factual narratives regarding Islam.

A summary of this report was sent via Certified Mail to over 70,000 Superintendents and School Board Members in the country earlier this month.

Some textbooks taught that Jesus was a Palestinian, that Muslims discovered America, and in one Florida approved English textbook not in the report, Professor Ihsan Bagby, misleads students and promotes the CAIR narrative of Muslim victimhood despite FBI hate crime statistics which crush this false claim.

Bagby, a National Board member of CAIR is on record for stating "Ultimately we [Muslims] can never be full citizens of this country...Because there is no way we can be fully committed to the institutions and ideologies of this country." (Political Activities of Muslims in America, Oxford university Press, 1991)

The fact is, many educators are barely familiar with the term Sharia Law or Islamic doctrine and do not possess any real knowledge in this regard…. Therefore how can these well meaning educators safeguard our children from something they do not understand?

County School Board
Dear
School Board Members:

I wish to thank you for taking a strong stand against bigotry and prejudice. Time
will certainly show that you were on the right side of history. Unlike those in
our nation's history who made the mistakes of taking anti-Black, anti-Irish,
anti-Catholic, ant-Jewish, or anti-Japanese positions only to later learn of
their mistaken ways.


For virtually everyone of those minorities, narrow minded and misinformed conspiracy
theorists claimed that those minorities had a secret agenda to take over and
undermine our nation. Many in our history, like those that allowed the interment
camps of the Japanese or the segregation of African Americans, were on the wrong
side of history, and today we clearly see how wrong they were in their prejudice ways.

Yet I am proud to say that when your great-grandchildren ask you, "how did you
respond to the witch-hunts against Muslims in the years post 9/11" You can
proudly say that you were not intimated by false conspiracy theories
and hateful rhetoric and did not give in to bigotry. For that I am sure you will
have a proud legacy. You will not be like those who today shamefully must tell
their grandchildren that they did nothing to fight against segregation,
anti-antisemitism, or other forms of bigotry that our nation faced throughout
the 20th century.

I have watched the footage of the school board meetings and am appalled by the
utter lies and fabrications those poor individuals have made against me and my
organization-they ascribed quotes to me that I never said, blamed my faith for
the crimes done by a few, and twisted facts to suit their clear anti-Muslim
agenda, amongst other ridiculous actions. The bigotry they have displayed has
clearly shown the importance of continuing to offer our children a world class
education. Thank you for bravely refusing to be intimidated by those who
use misinformation to divide our community. No one who listens to the comments
of the protests, reads their signs, or has a conversation with them can have any
doubt that their problem is with Islam and Muslims as a whole, not a particular
group or individual.

CAIR Tampa is funded exclusively by grassroots donations from the Muslim community. I am a leading imam in the Florida Muslim community, leading prayer services at most of the
major Tampa mosques. The community chose me and CAIR to represent them because
of the faith and respect they have for me as a Muslim leader and CAIR's
reputation for advocating for Muslim civil rights. Major Tampa area mosques
continuously call me to lead the Friday prayer services, give sermons and
spiritual talks, teach Islamic teachings, and represent them to the community.
CAIR Tampa has over a dozen staff and interns, most of whom are not even Muslim,
but believe in the cause of clearing misconceptions about Islam and defending
American civil liberties. The Tampa Muslim community has the right to choose its
own leaders and decide who speaks on their behalf. Mr. Kemple has no right to
make that decision for the community and dictate to us as Muslims who may
represent us, shame on him for attempting to do so!

Similar bigoted attacks happened against my good friend, Nezar Hamze, who is executive director of CAIR's Miami office, when he tried to join the Broward Republican Party Executive Committee last summer. The prejudice of those who opposed him because of his faith and his
position in America's largest Muslim civil liberties organization, was clearly

I want to commend you.... you are a great politician and obviously you and Mrs. Olson
subscribe to the same school of thought when addressing a topic which you
oppose... that is to respond or speak about WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE LIKED THE
CONTROVERSY to be about..... RATHER THAN WHAT THE CONTROVERSY REALLY IS
ABOUT.

In an attempt to make the group you are a leader of CAIR/HAMAS a
VICTIM.... using smoke and mirrors you attempt to give your position legitimacy
by tryig to tie the current controversy (CAIR/HAMAS in the School system) to
truly Bigoted periods in history.

This however is not about Racism or Bigotry... but about the fact your organization was founded by HAMAS leaders as recorded in FBI wire taps during a SECRET HAMAS meeting in Philadelphia in 1993, to discussions were about supporting the HAMAS terrorist group, and in fact CAIR has done exactly that since its inception.

Thankfully CAIR is NOT representative of the majority of the Muslim Community as you have suggested, and its membership numbers of approximately 5,000 NATION WIDE... do not support your exaggerated claim in any way.

HAMAS leader and CAIR founder Omar Ahmad, said Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith but to become Dominate, the Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only religion on earth.

Additionally, in Wiretaps, Omar Ahmad also stated "War was Deceit" and numerous other recorded statements how that an organization need to be formed (CAIR) that could work on BOTH SIDES (to further their SECRET WORK and influence/deceive the community).

Since under all authoritative Islamic Doctrine, a Non-Muslim CAN NOT hold any office of authority over a Muslim(s)under a sharia compliant goverment, Taken together CAIR’s founders
statement above is factually; INTOLERANT of ANY other Religion and therefore
BIGOTED and unconstitutional, Since a Non-Muslim in accordance with Sharia CAN
NOT Hold Office…it is BIGOTED and unconstitutional, and while not racist it
certainly PREDJUDICED.

Several CAIR/HAMAS leaders like Ghassan Ilashi, Musa Marzook, Randall Royer, Sami-Al Arian (supported by CAIR), Abdurahman Alimoudi, have are currently serving prison sentences for terrorism or support of terrorism.

CAIR/HAMAS Leaders have openly expressed seditious and treasonous statements similar to Omar’s in which they have expressed a desire to live under Sharia Law in America... which you as an "IMAM" (lay leader), Lawyer, and advocate of Sharia…know is factually incompatible with manmade law under all authoritative Islamic Law.

Mr. Shibly, you continually speak down to the Non-Muslims in the Tampa community and tell them how unintelligent they are.

You have made numerous statements like the ones above on how MISGUIDED,
MISINFORMED citizens are for disagreeing with CAIR and you twist it into a
blanket attack on Islam and Muslims, which it is not.

In this propaganda piece, you go as far rebuking the Education Coalition...in a HOW DARE they
suggest another Muslim group to REPRESENT Muslims in TAMPA... I AM THEIR CHOSEN
LEADER! (I can just picture you beating your chest in anger and defiance when
you said this...LOL)

While Mr. Kemple, may have offended you, Mr. Shibly, it also raises an interesting question and cast serious doubts on you claims of Racism and Bigotry, since you acknowledge that an alternative Islamic group was recommended by the Education Coalition.

What it really boils down to, is CAIR and not the Education Coalition is quite discriminatory with all who disagree with their position or more appropriately their propaganda campaign.

They are immediately labeled by CAIR as racist, bigots, Islamophobe, etc…thank you for the confirmation of our position regarding CAIR's discriminatory and narrow-mindedness.

In regard to Misconceptions about Islam and Civil Liberties work of CAIR/HAMAS....lets clear a few up:

Starting with Victimhood and HATE CRIMES by Religion: Fact hate crimes against Muslims every year since 911 have remained similar to those of crimes against CHRISTIAN’s, about 5-7% with a small spike directly after 911.

Hate crimes against Jews has remained between 66%-69%, which recently
spiked to 72%.

Hate Crimes against Muslims as a whole (all classes) drops to 1.2%. Muslims as a whole are not victimized in America; however the same cannot be said of Jews.

In regard to "CIVIL LIBERTIES” CAIR is/was entangled RICO case dropped on a technicality, is federally designated a Co-Conspriator in the largest terror funding case in US history,in which CAIR members were sentenced up to 65 years in prison and is involved in two civil lawsuits (Sayyid vs. CAIR and Lopez vs. CAIR) for fraud against the very minorities the claim to represent. CAIR's non-lawyer lawyer, who did not have license, took money from over 200 victims, then when CAIR National found out they covered it up and tried to COERCE these victims into silence with a threat of legal recourse if these victims went to the media or judicial system, all well documented FACTS.

No Mr. Shibly, I would say those who spoke understand you and your organization CAIR very well. We understand CAIR is a federally Designated HAMAS entity, specifically the Propaganda ARM of HAMAS in America according the Congresswoman Sue Myrick, Co-founder of the
Counterterrorism Caucus.

As such, you Mr. Shibly are in fact a HAMAS operative and have no business waging your cultural Jihad for the hearts and minds of our children or conducting influence operations to a captive audience (our children) in Hillsborough Public Schools.

High Noon Showdown for Tampa….. HAMAS vs. Al Qaida

Tampa Bay Times reported a Muslim from Kosovo Sami Osmakac, was arrested on attempted terrorism charges.  In addition to wanting to blow up key targets, Osmakac said he wanted to die for his religion.  More disturbing than the report, is watching American media and law enforcement continue to give legitimacy and submit to current and former members of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is a federally designated HAMAS entity in America.

In T.V. Westerns, we knew the Good Guys from the Bad Guys.  We knew when they met in the street and the gun smoke cleared, the Good Guy would stand victorious and the town was safe again.  Unfortunately in today’s world were not talking about men with character like Matt Dillon, were talking about men like HAMAS Operative Ahmed Bedier vs. Al Qaida Operative Osmakac (alleged).  It is now Bad Guy vs. Bad Guy and to the victor goes the spoil….that is unless Americans learn to understand the shared ideology of these competing forces and take action. 

Simply stated; the only major difference between Muslim Brotherhood entities like CAIR and Al Qaida is TACTICS and TIMING….nothing else.  The Islamic Jihadist has two key goals in common; the desire to make Islamic Sharia Law the law of the land and to establish the Global Islamic State (Caliphate), meaning world submits to Sharia law under Islamic rule… period.  Muslim Brotherhood Entities like CAIR/HAMAS want to win America via Cultural Jihad or by stealth means over time and Al Qaida wants to win NOW thru Violent means, different approach same end. 

So who is right or doctrinally sound?  Factually and legally Bedier and Osmakac are both simultaneous opposed and simultaneous correct in regard to Islamic doctrine due to the progressive nature in which the scripture was handed down and in which Islam became progressively militant as gained strength and spread.  Bedier and Osmakac believe they are at different stages in the Hijrah (Migration) to conquer enemy lands for Islam and therefore are in different stages of the Jihad.  Osmakac is simply in a later stage of Jihad in America than Ahmed Bedier.

Example:  Qur’an 2:256 “There is no compulsion in religion” is an early Meccan verse at time when Mohammad had to get along to go along, yet the final and authoritative verse on religion is Qur'an:8:39 "So fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief [non-Muslims]) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)." This verse came in a later stage of the Hijrah and later phase of Jihad, one which mandated violence.  Jihad is obligatory on all Muslims, but not all Jihad is violent.

Historically, CAIR has never helped bring the FBI any really viable information which resulted in an arrest of a terrorist, and in fact CAIR/HAMAS has a history of defending them.  This is a Bad Guy vs. Bad Guy scenario and both are working in accordance with Islamic Doctrine and Sharia Law.  Another thing to consider; why did “Moderate” Bedier run to the police and FBI after this “extremist” Osmakac was threatening him….to be a boy scout and help the FBI or save his hide?

Interestingly, In this Times article, CAIR gets to play the victim card, then condemn the FBI, while at the same time promoting the fact they are look highly upon by the very Law Enforcement they just condemned… talk about having your cake and eating it too.  Shibly had the audacity to ask "Would there have been any real plot without the support and assistance of the FBI?"  Suggesting entrapment, then subsequently boast how the FBI submitted to him, I mean briefed him (CAIR), prior to the arrest.  Curiously, when was the last time the FBI thought it was necessary brief a Christian organization prior to arresting a Christian?

Tampa FBI, did you forget about CAIR’s stance regarding assisting the FBI, or how about the FBI’s official policy regarding CAIR?

 

 

“In a Muslim community that is often wary of FBI tactics in terrorism cases, some viewed Osmakac with suspicion as he promoted his extremist views” said Ahmed Bedier, founder of United Voices for America, a nonprofit group promoting Muslim participation in the political process."For a while, we thought he was an FBI informant himself."  Continuing, "He hated democracy," Bedier said. "In his perverted thinking, he thought by Muslims taking part in the democratic process, they were giving up their faith."  

Hearing that statement by Bedier, is quite ironic considering that in just 84 years, Egypt fell to the Muslim Brotherhood thru demonstrations and democratic elections and not violence.  It is interesting to note the Egyptian government killed the father of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan Al Banna, and hung his contemporary Sayyid Qutb, because they understood the brotherhood was a religiously motivated revolutionary organization.  Currently the Muslim brotherhoods “Freedom and Justice” party which emerged victorious in the recent elections is doling out FREEDOM from manmade law for JUSTICE under Islamic Sharia Law in accordance the Brotherhood mission just as many CAIR national leader have advocated as the law of the land in America.  I wonder if this is the democracy of which Ahmed Bedier of the UVA speaks?

Ahmed Bedier, former CAIR/HAMAS leader and believer of democracy, freedom and justice, flew to Egypt to take part in the revolution.  Upon his return Bedier posted a picture of himself waiving the Egyptian flag in Tahrir Square.  He stated in the caption below the picture “I was proud to be part of the Revolution”.  It is very chilling to think this man now runs an organization dedicated to getting his brand of Muslim in political office via UVA and his Capitol Leadership Academy (CLA) which now operates in Florida, Washington D.C. and Missouri.

Interestingly, in another article later in the day, the Tampa Bay Times was quick to tie how the Muslim Community helped nab Osmakac, and the tried to tie this to CAIRs leader and HAMAS operative Hassan Shibly. 

In the article the times references a Press Release titled Education Groups In Florida OUTRAGED!HAMAS entity has regular speakers in Tampa Public Schools! the letter referenced was submitted by a coalition of Education and Patriotic groups protesting the fact this HAMAS operative had gained access Tampa area students. 

They depicted this well presented and factual information by civic groups as a "Distasteful Act".  I personally think the Times failure to protect these children and conduct unbiased reporting is Distasteful!
