HAMAS Minister Admits Palestinian Cause Fabricated by Muslim Arabs
In a temper tantrum Fathi
Hammad could not keep his mouth shut but had to blurt out the truth: that the
“Palestinian” people are a fabrication, an invention. There never existed a
displaced people called Palestinian. And there never existed an invasion of Palestinian
land over a territory that belonged to the jews over 1,000 years before
Mohammed was even born. The actual Palestinians are illegal immigrants from
surrounding Arab nations pushed to occupy the area to commit intifada
(resistance).
The Palestine-Israeli conflict
is not about loss of land. It’s about hate and racism. Jew hate. In fact, it’s
about 1,400 years of racism created by the Arabs based on the teachings of
prophet Mohammed.

Jihadist Arrest in Jacksonville should Renew Concers about the N.E. Florida Islamic Center & Parvez Ahmed - WatchdogWire - Florida
Radicalization is occurring all over America and enemy documents state that Mosques and Islamic Centers are the "AXIS of our Movement" and will "Supply our Battalions" This is just one more example of how Islamic Centers which sell books and materials by Islamic Revolutionaries like Sayyid Qutb or Mawdudi have the potential to produce Terrorist and yet the Mosque and Islam are somehow given a pass over and over.

Intelligence Brief on Parvez Ahmed
Intelligence Brief
on
Parvez Ahmed
Exposing his Direct Links to Supporting Stealth Jihad in America, Funding of Terrorism, Lobbying countries Hostile to U.S. Interest for funds and Acting as a Foreign Agent for countries hostile to U.S.

To: The City Council of Jacksonville, FL
The City Council of Jacksonville is about to consider Parvez Ahmed as 1 of 18 Human Rights Commissioners. This Council must weigh this decision extremely carefully due to the following reasons:
1. Professor Ahmed has direct ties and associations with known Islamic extremist groups, which have been designated as unindicted co-conspirators in funding terrorism. Groups such as CAIR (Council on America Relations) where he served as Chairman of the Board from 2005 – 2008. In this position, Dr. Ahmed was in direct personal contact with many listed unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The Holy Land Foundation was convicted on 108 counts of supporting and funding international terrorism during Mr. Ahmed’s tenure with CAIR. Detail of the HLF trail may be found at (www.txnd.uscourts.gov/judges/hlf2.html). For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination should be rejected.
2. Professor Ahmed’s continued support for convicted terrorist Sami Al-Arain. Al-Arian pleaded guilty to "Conspiracy to make or receive contributions of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), a Specially Designated Terrorist. At a rally, Al-Arian can be seen exhorting attendees, in English, to donate $500 so that a Palestinian terrorist could be financed to kill an Israeli Jew. In an article posted 4/16/2008 on the CAIR website Prof. Parvez Ahmed and Dr. Agha Saeed posted an OP-ED titled SAMI AL-ARIAN MUST BE FREED which never stated the above mentioned facts. For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination should be rejected.
3. Ahmed Parvez is currently under (2) Subpoena’s to appear in RICO and Fraud Case stemming from activity while he was CAIR Chairman. Saiyed v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00022 and Lopez v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00023. Moreover, if Mr. Ahmed’s is selected as human rights commissioner and is convicted of any wrongdoing in these clear cases of fraud and racketeering, the city of Jacksonville will also be labeled as completely incompetent for placing such an individual as a “Human rights Commissioner.” This could cause considerable embarrassment and potentially devastating for the political career of any member who voted in favor of this appointment.. For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination should be rejected.
For these reasons, and many more listed below, ACT for America, The Florida Security Council, Former Muslims United, members of the Tea Party and 9/12 groups in Jacksonville, scores of investigation security analyst and researchers, former FBI agents, noted authors, including Dave Gaubatz “Muslim Mafia” which details an undercover investigation into CAIR, and David Beamer (father of Todd Beamer “Let’s Roll” flight 93 9/11) resident of Jacksonville, are strongly recommending the rejection of Professor Parvez Ahmed’s nomination. To place Parvez Ahmed on the Human Rights Commission would be a monumentally bad decision for any elected official – a decision which one would repeatedly pay for in any consideration for higher office.
Parvez Ahmed
· Currently Professor at UNF
· Board member Florida ACLU
· Former Chairman of Muslim Brotherhood Front Group CAIR 2005-2008
· Acted as foreign agent against American interest and outside 501(c) 3 Status at CAIR soliciting $50 Million from UAE.
· Currently under (2) Subpoena’s to appear in RICO and Fraud Case stemming from activity while he was CAIR Chairman. Saiyed v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00022 and Lopez v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00023
· CAIR designated a co-conspirator largest Terrorism Funding Case in U.S. History ($12 million to HAMAS) while under his leadership. U.S. vs. HLF trial 2007.
· Parvez Ahmed sat on a panel on propaganda film “Inside Islam: What a Billion Muslim Really Think” to promote film by authors who have terrorist connections, made statements in support of terrorist, and are funded by Saudi Prince alwalid bin talal through various endowments to Georgetown University.
I. Statement to UAE Foreign Ministers in Dubai
Parvez Ahmed: After Dubai lost the Bid to control 6 major Ports to include JAX Port, as a CAIR Rep he went to Dubai and asked for $50 Million Dollars…. speaking to foreign finance ministers said quote: “Do not think about your contributions as donations. Think about it from the perspective of rate of return,” “The investment of $50 Million will give you billions of dollars in return for fifty years,” if a sufficiently Arab-friendly environment can be created in America to allow Sheiks to buy up key U.S. assets. Arab Press 2006
II. Lawsuits; RICO & Fraud under Parvez Ahmed’s leadership as Charmin of CAIR national
Five former clients of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) have filed two separate lawsuits in federal court alleging criminal fraud and breach of fiduciary duty against CAIR, a self-described Muslim public interest civil rights law firm. These two lawsuits follow an earlier lawsuit which had also alleged that CAIR’s fraudulent conduct amounted to racketeering, a federal RICO crime. In that case, the court dismissed the RICO counts concluding that CAIR’s conduct as alleged was fraudulent but not a technical violation of RICO. The plaintiffs in that case have appealed and are awaiting the Circuit Court’s briefing schedule. The two new federal civil complaints were filed in the federal district court for the District of Columbia on January 6, 2010, and served on January 13, 2010.
Both lawsuits arise out of the same facts. The lawsuits allege that Morris Days, the "Resident Attorney” and "Manager for Civil Rights” at the now defunct CAIR MD/VA chapter in Herndon, Virginia, was in fact not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who came to CAIR for legal representation. CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with Days to keep the CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being mishandled or not handled at all.
III. Film Panelist or Islamic Apologist “Inside Islam: What a Billion Muslims Really Think”
Parvez Ahmed, sat as a panelist at the film hosted by Amity Turkish Cultural Center recently at the Time Union Center. Ahmed, refused to answer or questions as to why the film should be taken seriously in light of the quotes and ties the authors have in support or terrorism and his own. When questioned by Several ACT for America members, he said we were entitled to our opinions. When reproached that these were documented facts entered into evidence in the HLF trials by the FBI, he became visibly upset and silent.
Dalia Mogahed: "...Many have claimed that terrorists have 'hijacked Islam'. I disagree. I think Islam is safe and thriving in the lives of Muslims around the world. What the terrorists have been allowed to take over are Muslim grievances.” Interview 28 April, 2009 on martyrdom/terror-supporter Yusef Qaradawi's Qatar-based Islamonline
John Esposito: regarding convicted USF terrorist “a very good friend of mine…and you know, God help Sami Al-Arian in terms of this administration (Bush) and many other who have to live through this,” and “one of the most impressive people I have met under fire is Sami Al-Arian” at CAIR Dallas banquet August 2007, over a year after Al-Arian pled guilty to supporting Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
And in 2006, Harvard International Review “most fundamental and important is the
Recognition that widespread anti-Americanism among mainstream Muslims and Islamists results from what the United States does- its policies and actions.”
IV. Defense of Hamas and Hezbollah
In a May 2008 at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., then CAIR national board chairman Parvez Ahmed encouraged cooperation with Hamas, painting the organization as a legitimate and benevolent entity:
“Our posture of diplomacy, our policies have to be significantly altered from where we are today so that we address all issues. If we look at the State Department’s list of terrorist organizations, it lists many groups that are part of political processes, like Hamas and Hezbollah. They’re part of the political processes in their societies, just like the IRA was part of political process in their society. And part of Al Qaeda’s rage come from the un-interest or the lack of progress towards peace in the Middle East.”[1]
V. On Suicide Bombings
At the National Press Club in Washington D.C. in May of 2008 Ahmed said:
“Suicide bombings are the product of modern political violence. Suicide bombings by Muslims are not the result of any Islamic ideology, but rather they are the result of social political conditions of occupations.”[2]
This wasn’t Ahmed’s first attempt at suicide bombing apologetics. At an event at the Islamic Center at NYU in October of 2007 Ahmed said:
“Our going to Iraq caused terrorism the same way terrorism by some Palestinians is not the reason Israel keeps Palestine occupied. But it is the occupation that breeds resentment and enables terrorism to fester.”[3]
VI. War on Terrorism is a War on Islam
“The new perception is that the United States has entered a war with Islam itself,” CAIR national board chairman Parvez Ahmed said July 17, 2007 at a National Press Club Forum.[4]
In July 2007, in an op-ed for the Dallas Morning News, Ahmed wrote, “As a nation, we can ill afford the perception that we are at war with a faith practiced by more than a billion people accounting for more than a fifth of humanity today,” [5] arguing that “Islamophobia” was on the rise in America.
In 2004, Parvez Ahmed wrote an article for the Seattle Times in which he wrote:
“Public silence confirms an uncomfortable truth that since 9-11, the civil rights of some Americans have been compromised while the majority remains oblivious to the dangers that lurk around the corner.”[6]
He added:
“The onus of a severe curb on civil liberties fell largely on Muslims and Arabs, many of whom were nonvoters. A voiceless and defenseless group of people was soon to become the collateral damage of the war on terror. Since 9-11, this group has been subjected to special interviews, registrations, automatic detentions and deportations. Many have been tried in secret, while others had no trials afforded to them. Some have been detained based on their political opinions, others for their political associations with disfavored groups. Some Muslim charities have been shut down and many have been intimidated into silence.”
In a 2004 article in the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed was quoted saying:
"Muslims in America have been made the scapegoats in the witch hunt that
ensued after 9-11. Our freedoms have been compromised by invoking fear and paranoia."[7]
In a special to the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed wrote in 2004 that:
“Sept. 11 not only brought out the best of America but also its worst. Racial
profiling and massive dragnets discriminated, harassed, intimidated and deported
thousand of Arabs and Muslims who had nothing to do with the condemnable crimes of terrorism.”[8]
VII. Criticism of Government Raids
In a 2002 letter to Congressman George Gekas Ahmed criticized government raid of the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) and the Muslim World League (MWL).
“Muslims nationwide are outraged over law enforcement raids on a number of Muslim offices and homes in Virginia and Georgia. Targets of the raids included some of the most respected leaders and organizations in the American Muslim community, including the International Institute of Islamic Thought, the Graduate School of Islamic Social Sciences, the Muslim World League and the Fiqh Council of North America.”[9]
The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is part of a complex web of companies, charities and not-for-profit corporations known as the SAAR Network or the Safa Group, which has been under investigation since 2002.[10] IIIT has been under grand jury investigation for suspected terrorist financing.[11] In addition to this, recently declassified FBI documents identify leaders of IIIT and the SAAR Foundation “as being members of the Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen (Muslim Brotherhood).”[12] The documents also note that “all the subsidiary and sponsoring Muslim organizations under the control of the IIIT and the SAAR Foundation are in fact Ikhwan organizations.”[13]
Founded in 1962 to “promote Islamic unity,” the Muslim World League (MWL) is one of the largest of the Saudi Islamic evangelical charities. According to a government trial proffer in 2003, Osama bin Laden identified MWL as one of three Muslim charities that provided the primary sources of Al Qaeda’s funds during conversations a decade earlier with former senior Al Qaeda lieutenant Jamal Ahmed Al-Fadl. MWL’s U.S. office was raided in 2002 as part of a massive terrorism financing probe.
VIII. Defense of the now Convicted Holy Land Foundation
Parvez Ahmed, at a 2007 CAIR Dallas banquet likened the HLF trial to the entire American Muslim community being “under fire,” citing the listing of many unindicted co-conspirators in the trial:
“It is not the Holy Land Foundation that is under fire, but it is the entire American Muslim community is under fire.”[14]
Ahmed expressed similar thoughts on the unindicted co-conspirators list during a 2007 program on American Public radio:
“They’re pretty much alleging that pretty much every Muslim organization is part of a conspiracy.”[15]
In an article entitled, “A Case ‘Strung Together with Macaroni Noodles,” Dr. Parvez Ahmed, former Chairman of the Council on American Islamic Relations, attacked the American trial of the HLF in an issue of The Message. He accused the US government of a witch-hunt and Islamophobia, for trying officials of the charity organization who were linked to Hamas terrorists responsible for killing American and Israeli civilians:
“The case against the HLF was more of a political witch-hunt than about America’s security. The closure of HLF appears to be an attempt to block humanitarian assistance to one of the most impoverished people in the world – Palestinians living under Israeli occupation and apartheid.”[16]
Ahmed also stated:
“Our faith of Islam teaches us to be compassionate and merciful. We act our faith when we send money to feed the least fortunate among us. Those who cast doubt about our intentions and our commitment to act our faith are guilty of promoting Islamophobia. They are the agents of hopelessness. We should continue to remain the agents of hope and possibilities.” [17]
IX. Defense of CAIR-linked Individuals
In 2004 Ahmed wrote-off the illegal actions of Bassem Khafagi and Randall Royer, saying that there was “no terrorist crime.” He added that, “certainly no organization can be held responsible for the personal activities of its employees or associates, especially after they leave or before they join an organization.”[18]
Randall Royer was in fact still employed with CAIR when he committed the criminal action to which he pled guilty. CAIR’s claim that Royer did not plead guilty to any charges of terrorism conceals allegations against Royer for his ties to Lashkar-e-Taiba, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization and charges against Royer for conspiracy to levy war against the U.S. and conspiracy to provide material support to Al Qaeda, another terrorist organization.
According to a biography posted on IslamOnline.net, Royer began working as a CAIR communication specialist in 1997. According to media reports, he continued to work for CAIR at least through the beginning of October 2001.[19]
Strictly speaking, CAIR is correct in saying Royer’s guilty plea to weapons charges did not mention terrorism. On the other hand, he never contested prosecution claims that he had an AK-47 style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition in his car during a September 2001 traffic stop, or that he engaged in propaganda work for Lashkar-e-Taiba and “fired at Indian positions in Kashmir.” Lashkar-e-Taiba was designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization on December 26, 2001.
CAIR claims that “Khafagi was never an ‘employee’ of CAIR, but Executive Director Nihad Awad acknowledges “[h]e was commissioned as an independent contractor for CAIR, effective November 2, 2001.”
Khafagi also served as president of the Islamic Assembly of North America, which the Washington Post reported in 2003 was suspected of being “a powerful engine for groups that promote teachings and religious fatwas -- orders that advocate violence against the United States -- issued by two radical Saudi clerics.”
Khafagi was arrested and indicted in January 2003 on bank fraud charges.[20] “At the time of his arrest,” the Associated Press reported, “he was community affairs director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group based in Washington.”[21] In September 2003, he pleaded guilty to bank and visa fraud[22] and agreed to be deported to Egypt.[23]
I. Brief on The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)
It offers a benign mission statement - "to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding." But a closer look at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) raises a host of troubling questions about its history and purpose.
Born of an effort to scuttle hopes for a negotiated Middle East peace, CAIR was listed among organizations tied to the Muslim Brotherhood's American network. Its founders emerged from a separate Islamic organization that two courts have found played a supporting role for the terrorist group Hamas.
The Washington, D.C.-based organization purports to be a "leading advocate for justice and mutual understanding" and claims to speak for the majority of American Muslims. However, after a careful review of the history, activities, statements, and causes of and by CAIR, it seems that its primary goals are to silence and de-legitimize its critics and redefine what it means to be a moderate Muslim. And when it comes to U.S. efforts to crack down on terrorists and their financiers, CAIR takes an almost visceral stand in opposition. This has the effect of undermining the legitimate security-related concerns and campaigns of the United States and its allies. These conclusions and the summary immediately below are based upon the evidence and examples that follow in this report; beginning with CAIR's very founding.
The full dossier "CAIR Exposed," can be found here: http://www.investigativeproject.org/documents/misc/122.pdf
From the Hamas ties of its founders in 1994 to its solicitous stance toward accused terrorists today, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has demonstrated that its actual mission is far removed from the civil rights advocacy it claims to pursue.
Still standing as perhaps the clearest evidence of CAIR's insidious role, two key leaders of the group attended a 1993 meeting in Philadelphia called by Hamas members and supporters to devise a strategy for torpedoing the Oslo Accords aimed at Middle East peace.
An analysis of secret recordings of the meeting led the FBI to conclude that the gathering was held "to determine… [the participants'] course of action in support of Hamas' opposition to the [Oslo] peace plan and to decide how to conceal their activities from the scrutiny of the United States government."
Coupled with their support for the jihad in the Middle East, the attendees recognized the critical importance of domestic lobbying in the United States. One discussed encouraging the Islamic community "to be involved in the political life of this country," adding, "We should assist them in this task. This will be an entrance for us to put, through the Islamic community, pressure on the Congress and the decision makers in America."
That's where CAIR came in. Participants in that 1993 meeting discussed tailoring their message to an American audience, speaking of outright deception at times and of softening their rhetoric at others, as the following exchange between CAIR founders Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad shows:
Awad: What is important is that the language of the address is there evenfor the American. But, the issue is how to use it.....Omar Ahmad: There is a difference between you saying "I want to restore the '48land" and when you say "I want to destroy Israel".....Awad: Yes, there are different but parallel types of address. Thereshouldn't be contradiction. Address people according to their minds. When I speak with the American, I speak with someone who doesn't knowanything. As for the Palestinian who has a martyr brother or something, I know how to address him, you see?
This context helps explain why federal authorities have tied the CAIR to Hamas in three separate court filings in the past year. Prosecutors place CAIR on the Muslim Brotherhood's "Palestine Committee." An internal Palestine Committee document in 1994 lists CAIR as one of its "working organizations" along with IAP. Other records show that committee was created to advance the Hamas agenda within the United States.
Among the highlights in today's report:
• CAIR was incorporated less than a year after the Philadelphia meeting by three officials of the now-defunct Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), long a central player in Hamas' U.S. support network and a group that the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service deemed in a 2001 memo to be "part of Hamas' propaganda apparatus."
• As recently as the summer of 2007, the Dallas trial charging the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) with providing material support for Hamas produced extensive evidence that IAP -- CAIR's parent -- played a central role in the Muslim Brotherhood's Palestine Committee. Much of that evidence relates to Mousa Abu Marzook, now deputy political chief of Hamas, who served on the board of directors of IAP in 1989.
The trial exhibits included a memo taken from the home of Ismail Elbarrasse, a former assistant to Marzook (Convicted Terrorist, defended by Parvez Ahmed and other CAIR members), which defines in chilling fashion the role the Muslim Brothers play in North America:
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means. The Ikhwan (Brotherhood) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack….
• CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial. While the group contested that designation in court papers, and later filed to have the designation removed, they lost in court and have remained a co-conspirator.
• IAP clearly subscribed to a Jihadist view of what was needed in the Middle East. The December 1988 edition of Ila Filastin, the group's Arabic-language publication, carried this statement: "The call for Jihad in the name of Allah is the only path for liberation of Palestine and all the Muslim lands … We (Hamas) promise Allah, in continuing the Jihad way and with the martyrdom's way."
Meanwhile, IAP's English-language Muslim World Monitor and Arabic periodical Al-Zaitounah, frequently praised Hamas terror attacks. An October 1994 Al-Zaitounah headline, for example, blared, "In Its Greatest Operation, Hamas Takes Credit for the Bombing of an Israeli Bus in the Center of Tel Aviv."
• IAP (NOW Designated Terrorist Group) promoted the Hamas agenda at its annual conferences, with members of the terrorist group making frequent appearances. It raised substantial funds at these conferences for HLF, then Hamas' primary fundraising arm in the United States. All proceeds from IAP's convention in 1996, for example, went to HLF. Rafeeq Jaber, one of CAIR's founders, had become IAP president earlier that year. In a 2003 civil deposition, Jaber acknowledged IAP's contract with HLF required them "to promote [HLF] in every way we can."
• Declining an opportunity to distance CAIR from IAP in September 2003 Senate testimony, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad opted instead to defend the group as "a grassroots organization which continues to function legally and has only been ‘linked' through allusion and no charge of criminality has been brought against the organization."
• It was Awad and CAIR founding chairman Omar Ahmad who had attended the Hamas-organized Philadelphia session in 1993 -- though proof of their participation was not revealed publicly until years later. Both men insisted, as late as 2003, that they could not recall having attended.
Omar Ahmad: “ Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith, but to be dominant. The Qur’an should be the highest Authority in America, and Islam the only religion on earth.”
II. CAIR the Foreign Agent
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) describes itself as a non-profit grassroots membership organization devoted to promoting justice, mutual understanding and empowerment on behalf of American Muslims. CAIR has so successfully cultivated its image as “America’s largest Muslim civil rights organization” that – despite a long history of ties to suspect groups in America and abroad – it is still seen as the indispensable representative of the American Muslim community by some mainstream media outlets.
Cursory research will reveal many questionable actions on the part of CAIR, but the unifying concept is that CAIR is acting as a foreign agent. The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) requires any agent of a foreign principal- including any foreign states, political parties, corporations, non-governmental organizations and individuals- to register with the U.S. government as a foreign agent.
Many documents now show CAIR taking money from foreign principals, having meetings with foreign principals, and attempting to influence United States policy on behalf of those foreign principals. An American entity engaged in such activities is required to register under FARA. Indeed thousands of American entities have registered under FARA and continued to do business legally, but CAIR has operated in this capacity since its founding in 1994 and has failed to properly identify itself as such to the Department of Justice and the American public.
The initial result of ongoing investigation’s is “CAIR and the Foreign Agents Registration Act”, an analysis of public-source evidence dating from the foundation of the organization in 1994 through the present day.
The analysis in its current version documents that CAIR has:
Received at least $2,192,203 in Contributions, Income and Money from foreign principals in the form of 10 distinct transactions
Received a $2,106,251 mortgage loan from a foreign principal for their Washington, D.C. headquarters
Secured the promise of at least $54,500,000 in pledges from foreign principals
Met and coordinated with foreign principals on at least 30 occasions
Engaged in at least 51 political influence operations on behalf of foreign principals in the United States
Additional evidence exists that cannot be made public at this time documenting an additional $2.4 million in foreign donations and loans given to CAIR since 2000
CAIR is not alone in representing the interests of the Muslim Brotherhood in America. Many other groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and the Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA) were identified as “joint venturers” in the Holy Land Foundation terror-funding trial.
III. Foreign Funding Statements
Public Statements About Foreign Funding: CAIR’s positions about receiving foreign funds have changed over time from flat denials to carefully-worded admissions. They are useful as a comparison to the actual facts and as a comparison to the wording in the FARA law. In FARA 611 (b) defining a foreign principal, that foreign principal can be “a government of a foreign country and a foreign political party… a person outside of the United States… a partnership, association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of or having its principal place of business in a foreign country…”
IV. Foreign Funding Transactions
Foreign Funding Transactions: We argue that CAIR qualifies under FARA as a foreign agent in part because it has taken cash, loans, pledges of donations and real property from foreign principals. View all source documents at the above link or view separate categories for Donations, Pledges and Endowments from foreign principals.
CAIR Influence Operations
Influence Operations: CAIR has consistently acted in its role as a foreign agent to influence agencies and officials of the United States government. They have had extensive relationships with law enforcement including numerous education and “sensitivity training” programs on dealing with the Muslim community. CAIR has also publicly censured and criticized government representatives and officials who have expressed opposition to their OIC-inspired activities in the United States. CAIR has intimidated corporations who violate OIC-approved conduct regarding Muslim employees and customers. By means of lawsuits and threats of lawsuits, boycotts and threats of boycotts, letter-writing campaigns, and other tactics they have chilled open debate about Sharia-compliance. CAIR has also participated in various media campaigns to influence US public opinion on behalf of foreign principals.
V. Meetings and Coordination
Meetings and Coordination: CAIR has acted as a foreign agent of the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia-based Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), an association of 57 Islamic states promoting Muslim solidarity in economic, social, and political affairs. CAIR has also acted as a foreign agent for member states of the OIC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran and the UAE. The above link contains a selection of cases in which CAIR has coordinated with such foreign principals and failed to report these interactions as a registered foreign agent to the Department of Justice in contravention of the requirements of FARA.
· NOTE: Private documents exist indicating hundreds of contacts between CAIR and foreign principals including representatives of foreign governments, businesses, NGO’s and individuals, all of which potentially come under FARA. Due to ongoing litigation we cannot reproduce those documents here at this time.
Legislators
Many members of the Senate and House of Representatives have been diligent in raising concerns about CAIR’s activities with the U.S. government. The following is a short and by no means complete list of those who have shown exemplary leadership in protecting the country:
· Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK)
· Representative Paul Broun (R-GA)
· Representative Trent Franks (R-AZ)
· Representative Patrick McHenry (R-NC)
· Representative Sue Myrick (R-NC)
· Representative John Shadegg (R-AZ)
The above information was adapted from the CAIR Observatory. It was designed to establish a practical model to be reused and adapted when compiling evidence of the illegal behavior of any organization representing the Muslim Brotherhood or the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in the United States.

You're working with all of your media and all of your political address is like that. Even supporting Hamas. The [Islamic) Association (for Palestine - IAP) met with the FBI in
defense of Hamas. It was a clear talk then. Support to the Movement.”
Unidentified male: “Keep your voice down. May God be pleased with you.”
Note: The IAP (now defunct) was designated as a terrorist organization. The IAP was the parent organization of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was co-founded in 1994 by Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmed (IAP's Public Relations Director), and Ibrahim Hooper.

Omar Ahmed: “This is like one who plays basketball; he makes a player believe that he is doing this while he does something else. I agree with you. Like they say; politics is a completion of war.”

In 2008 the word guilty was read 108 times in a Dallas court room as a jury convicted the Holy Land foundation and other defendants of raising money to fund Hamas terrorism. At the same time the jury was also implicating IAP/CAIR. The supposed Human rights organization was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the case. Indeed one key piece of evidence was the Wiretap evidence that put IAP/CAIR's former executive director, Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmed, at a Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders. Since then the FBI cut off contact with CAIR because if its terrorist ties. That same year, Parvez Ahmed stepped down as Board Chairman of CAIR and began teaching at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL.

The work of the Association [IAP/CAIR] and Palestinian activism must become active in universities like the days when we were in universities. Adding parts in the educational curricula of MAS and ICNA to explain the meaning of the accord which took place and its secret articles. As for the young people's level, an educational material ought to be prepared to be taught in Islamic curricula. We don't want the children of the community who are raised here in schools and in Islamic schools and non-Islamic schools to grow up surrendering to the issue of peace with Jews and ... I mean, we don't see in ten years the growing generations in America surrendering to peace with Jews.

Parvez Ahmed faces new criticism from Jacksonville City Council member jacksonville.com
Patriots,
It is rare to find those in leadership to stand up for what is right and actually fulfill their Oath of Office to PROTECT AND DEFEND the constitution. Tia Mitchel cherry picks articles in the paper to make it appear as their is no basis for the facts against Parvez Ahmed and CAIR, despite the fact CAIR members were sentence to 65 years in prison for funding the families of Suicide bombers in the largest terror funding case in U.S. history.
Kimberly Daniels is aware of his terror connections and the financial drain of the redundant Human Rights Commission.
Please reveiw thes links and share with the city council and human rights commissions as well as call to ensure they are aware of this information and that you will hold them accountable.
In a previous article by Tia Mitchell referened in this article http://jacksonville.com/news/metro/2011-09-28/story/parvez-ahmed-faces-new-criticism-jacksonville-city-council-member , many links she gave were picked in order to try to paint Parvez and CAIR in a good light.
Such as this misleading statment "1st Trial ended in mistrial" and "CAIR was not found of any wrongdoing", In fact she left out the fact a second Trial ended in Guilty Veridict on 108 counts and CAIR members being sentenced to 65 years in prison for funding terrorism, specifically families of SUICIDE BOMBERS.

"Courting DIsaster" CIA Book exposes Obama... more damage to National Security in 1st 100 days than any president in history!!!
CIA book review
For the historical record...
As President George W. Bush's top speechwriter, Marc Thiessen was provided unique access to the CIA program used in interrogating top Al Qaeda terrorists, including the mastermind of the 9/11 attack, Khalid Sheikh Mohammad (KSM).
Now, his riveting new book, "Courting Disaster", How the CIA Kept America Safe (Regnery), has been published.
Here is an excerpt from "Courting Disaster":
Just before dawn on March 1, 2003, two dozen heavily armed Pakistani tactical assault forces move in and surround a safe house in Rawalpindi . A few hours earlier they had received a text message from an informant inside the house. It read: "I am with KSM."
Bursting in, they find the disheveled mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, in his bedroom. He is taken into custody. In the safe house, they find a treasure trove of computers, documents, cell phones and other valuable "pocket litter."
Once in custody, KSM is defiant. He refuses to answer questions, informing his captors that he will tell them everything when he gets to America and sees his lawyer. But KSM is not taken to America to see a lawyer Instead he is taken to a secret CIA "black site" in an undisclosed location.
Upon arrival, KSM finds himself in the complete control of Americans. He does not know where he is, how long he will be there, or what his fate will be.
Despite his circumstances, KSM still refuses to talk. He spews contempt at his interrogators, telling them Americans are weak, lack resilience, and are unable to do what is necessary to prevent the terrorists from succeeding in their goals. He has trained to resist interrogation. When he is asked for information about future attacks, he tells his questioners scornfully: "Soon, you will know."
It becomes clear he will not reveal the information using traditional interrogation techniques. So he undergoes a series of "enhanced interrogation techniques" approved for use only on the most high-value detainees. The techniques include waterboarding.
His resistance is described by one senior American official as "superhuman." Eventually, however, the techniques work, and KSM becomes cooperative-for reasons that will be described later in this book.
He begins telling his CIA de-briefers about active al Qaeda plots to launch attacks against the United States and other Western targets. He holds classes for CIA officials, using a chalkboard to draw a picture of al Qaeda's operating structure, financing, communications, and logistics. He identifies al Qaeda travel routes and safe havens, and helps intelligence officers make sense of documents and computer records seized in terrorist raids. He identifies voices in intercepted telephone calls, and helps officials understand the meaning of coded terrorist communications. He provides information that helps our intelligence community capture other high-ranking terrorists, KSM's questioning, and that of other captured terrorists, produces more than 6,000 intelligence reports, which are shared across the intelligence community, as well as with our allies across the world.
In one of these reports, KSM describes in detail the revisions he made to his failed 1994-1995 plan known as the "Bojinka plot" to blow up a dozen airplanes carrying some 4,000 passengers over the Pacific Ocean.
Years later, an observant CIA officer notices the activities of a cell being followed by British authorities appear to match KSM's description of his plans for a Bojinka-style attack.
In an operation that involves unprecedented intelligence cooperation between our countries, British officials proceed to unravel the plot.
On the night of Aug. 9, 2006 they launch a series of raids in a northeast London suburb that lead to the arrest of two dozen al Qaeda terrorist suspects. They find a USB thumb-drive in the pocket of one of the men with security details for Heathrow airport, and information on seven trans-Atlantic flights that were scheduled to take off within hours of each other:
* United Airlines Flight 931 to San Francisco departing at 2:15 p.m.;
* Air Canada Flight 849 to Toronto departing at 3:00 p.m.;
* Air Canada Flight 865 to Montreal departing at 3:15 p.m.;
* United Airlines Flight 959 to Chicago departing at 3:40 p.m.;
* United Airlines Flight 925 to Washington departing at 4:20 p.m.;
* American Airlines Flight 131 to New York departing at 4:35 p.m.;
* American Airlines Flight 91 to Chicago departing at 4:50 p.m.
They seize bomb-making equipment and hydrogen peroxide to make liquid explosives. And they find the chilling martyrdom videos the suicide bombers had prepared.
Today, if you asked an average person on the street what they know about the 2006 airlines plot, most would not be able to tell you much.
Few Americans are aware of the fact al Qaeda had planned to mark the fifth anniversary of 9/11 with an attack of similar scope and magnitude.
And still fewer realize the terrorists' true intentions in this plot were uncovered thanks to critical information obtained through the interrogation of the man who conceived it: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
This is only one of the many attacks stopped with the help of the CIA interrogation program established by the Bush Administration in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Editor's Note: For other foiled terrorist plots, see page 9 of "Courting Disaster."
In addition to helping break up these specific terrorist cells and plots, CIA questioning provided our intelligence community with an unparalleled body of information about al Qaeda Until the program was temporarily suspended in 2006, intelligence officials say, well over half of the information our government had about al Qaeda-how it operates, how it moves money, how it communicates, how it recruits operatives, how it picks targets, how it plans and carries out attacks-came from the interrogation of terrorists in CIA custody.
Former CIA Director George Tenet has declared: "I know this program has saved lives. I know we've disrupted plots. I know this program alone is worth more than what the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency put together have been able to tell us."
Former CIA Director Mike Hayden has said: "The facts of the case are that the use of these techniques against these terrorists made us safer. It really did work."
Even Barack Obama's Director of National Intelligence, Dennis Blair, has acknowledged: "High-value information came from interrogations in which those methods were used and provided a deeper understanding of the al Qaeda organization that was attacking this country."
Leon Panetta, Obama's CIA Director, has said: "Important information
was gathered from these detainees. It provided information that was
acted upon."
And John Brennan, Obama's Homeland Security Advisor, when asked in an interview if enhanced-interrogation techniques were necessary to keep America safe, replied : "Would the U.S. be handicapped if the CIA was not, in fact, able to carry out these types of detention and debriefing activities? I would say yes."
On Jan. 22, 2009, President Obama issued Executive Order 13491, closing the CIA program and directing that, henceforth, all interrogations by U.S. personnel must follow the techniques contained in the Army Field Manual.
The morning of the announcement, Mike Hayden was still in his post as CIA Director, He called White House Counsel Greg Craig and told him bluntly: "You didn't ask, but this is the CIA officially nonconcurring". The president went ahead anyway, over ruling the objections of the agency.
A few months later, on April 16, 2009, President Obama ordered the release of four Justice Department memos that described in detail the techniques used to interrogate KSM and other high-value terrorists. This time, not just Hayden (who was now retired) but five CIA directors -including Obama's own director, Leon Panetta -- objected. George Tenet called to urge against the memos' release. So did Porter Goss. So did John Deutch. Hayden says: "You had CIA directors in a continuous unbroken stream to 1995 calling saying, 'Don't do this.'"
In addition to objections from the men who led the agency for a collective 14 years, the President also heard objections from the agency's covert field operatives. A few weeks earlier, Panetta had arranged for the eight top officials of the Clandestine Service to meet with the President. It was highly unusual for these clandestine officers to visit the Oval Office, and they used the opportunity to warn the President that releasing the memos would put agency operatives at risk. The President reportedly listened respectfully-and then ignored their advice.
With these actions, Barack Obama arguably did more damage to America's national security in his first 100 days of office than any President in American history.
But how many people know this???

Do You HEAR....... what I HEAR? Introduction to Islamic Double Speak by Randy McDaniels
Do You HEAR…… what I HEAR?
An introduction to Islamic Double Speak by Randy McDaniels
Over the past few years I have devoted a great portion of my time to educating various TEA Party and other civic groups on “The Nature of the Threat” in regard to the Muslim Brotherhood and Islam.
Terms like terrorism and Jihad have become household names. Islamic groups like HAMAS, Al Qaeda, Taliban and more recently the Muslim Brotherhood are also becoming common topics of interest, especially in light of the collapse of Egypt and the wave of unrest unfolding in the Middle East today.
As a result of these events, Americans are becoming increasingly concerned and want to know more about Islam. Grassroots organizations like ACT! for America, Stop the Islamization of America and The UNITED WEST are answering the call. They are educating the public and confronting those within the Islamic Movement in America head on.
Due to successful outreach and the gravity of the situation, we are beginning to see more involvement from the TEA Party, 912, and other patriotic groups…..which leads me to the topic I want to discuss.
Do you HEAR what I HEAR?
When speaking on Islam, I often ask the audience if anyone has ever heard a Muslim
(or follower of Islam) say that Islam does not condone the killing of innocent civilians? Or that they condemn Terrorism? For that matter, have you heard similar statements?
What do you think when Imam Feisal Rauf (the proponent of the Ground Zero Mosque) says he condemns terrorism?
Do you think the Imam is sincere? If yes, isn’t Imam Rauf a “Moderate” or “good” Muslim?
How about when Feisal Rauf brings up the fact that American Muslims also died on 911, when the WTC towers fell? How does this make you feel? After all, weren’t Muslims victims of the same attack? Are not their dead being mourned by the Islamic community as well?
There is a duality in Islam that we in the West have a hard time wrapping our head around. This fact, accompanied with our society’s tolerant and accepting nature as a whole as well as our Constitutional freedoms, leaves us very vulnerable to goals of the Muslim Brotherhood in accordance with Islamic Doctrine.
When an Islamist speaks, there is often one statement, but there are two messages or meanings, one for the non-Muslim and another for the Muslim.
When an Islamist or even an Islamic Terrorist at times, say they do not condone the killing of innocent civilians, they 100% absolutely mean what they are saying.
However, they do not mean what WE think THEY mean.
For example, according to Islamic Doctrine;
Innocent Civilian: A non-Muslim is not considered innocent merely for the fact they are not a Muslim. Quite contrary to what we HEAR, it is actually an obligation for “good” Muslims to fight and kill disbelievers (refer to the Koran -- Sura 9:5 the final verse on the subject).
Take for instance: Terrorism is defined as the unjust killing of a Muslim ONLY!
So naturally, as a Muslim, wouldn’t I condemn the killing of my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters, or myself for that matter? Does this actually make a believer a “Moderate Muslim”?
Regarding Muslims who perished on that horrific day, forever known as 911, just how do faithful Muslims view their deaths in accordance with Islamic Doctrine?
First, you must understand ALL Muslims killed waging Jihad (Warfare against non-Muslims to establish the religion) go directly to paradise, to include those “good” Muslims who died in the towers.
But what about those Muslims who were NOT considered “good” Muslims or faithful?
Those Muslims were considered Apostates and therefore they were justified in killing them along with other disbelievers or Infidels.
In retrospect, wouldn’t a “Terrorist” or even a “good” Muslim consider this a win – win situation in accordance to Islamic Doctrine?
So I ask…..do Americans really misunderstand Islam?
Does the Media in most cases understand Islam or do they often go the route of political correctness to silence our opinions about these matters?
Americans are being attacked in many ways. The physical ones are easy to identify... (e.g. when an airplane crashes into buildings). The cunning ones are not so easy to detect, but are very real...which is why it is imperative that we educate ourselves to the threats we face.
If we don’t -- our enemies will continue to use stealth JIHAD to attack us in small increments via our social sector, community activism, and demands of cultural acceptance which are diametrically opposed to our Constitutional foundation.

American Conservative Union Board Member: ‘We Are Prepared to Give Our Lives for the Cause of Islam’
Posted by Dave Reaboi Jan 10th 2011 at 12:00 pm in Islamic extremism, sharia Comments (34)Today’s New York Post carried a story about GOP activist Suhail Khan’s connections with known terrorists and organizations with close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Khan– along with Grover Norquist– is a board member of the American Conservative Union, the organization that hosts the yearly Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The ACU, plagued by allegations of corruption and rocked by the Heritage Foundation and other conservative organizations pulling out of CPAC, should finally have to come up with some answers about Khan’s radical ties.
Suhail Khan’s associations with radicals, terrorists, and groups linked in a federal court to both the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas can’t be easily wiped-away. Among the troubling clips showing Khan sharing the stage with terrorists and Islamists, a video obtained by the Post shows Khan in 1999 addressing the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing trial:
“The early Muslims loved death, dying for the sake of almighty Allah, more than the oppressors loved life,” said an impassioned Khan, who wiped away tears throughout his speech. “This must be the case when we are fighting.”
He added: “What are our oppressors going to do with a people like us? We are prepared to give our lives for the cause of Islam.”

It’s alarming that Khan used the “loving death more than life” figure of speech; it’s a pretty standard exhortation of the Mujaheddin and Islamists. Perhaps the best-known examples of the phrase: a slide by the Fort Hood jihadist, Maj. Nidal Hasan; the al Qaeda tape claiming responsibility for the 2004 Madrid bombings; and the speeches of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah; and the words of Osama Bin Laden.
Also in the speech (posted in full here), Khan notes proudly his own father’s role in founding ISNA and his time with the Muslim Student Association, the first Muslim Brotherhood front created in the United States. This story is told in detail in Shariah: The Threat to America. As Paul Sperry notes in The Post:
“Khan’s father also helped found the Muslim Community Association in Santa Clara, Calif. This Khan family mosque is listed in the Muslim Brotherhood’s own documents as one of “our organizations.” In the 1990s, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, it hosted Ayman al-Zawahiri – now al Qaeda’s No. 2 — as he toured the US raising money.
For years, Frank Gaffney, Michelle Malkin and others have written in detail about the troubling Islamist and Muslim Brotherhood associations of both Norquist and Khan, only to be attacked ad hominem as bigots. Tellingly, Khan and Norquist sought refuge not with the conservative movement– but at Politico, Salon, and with Andrew Sullivan and others; over the course of years, the only answer to these accusations has been to shout, “Islamophobe!”
Conservatives– and, indeed, paying attendees at CPAC– should be reminded of the attacks leveled by these same media outlets against the Tea Party, Andrew Breitbart and others, and sense that something’s fishy here.

Indiana Grandma on Terrori Watchlist....wants to wage JIHAD
Terror
Indiana Grandma on Watchlist
By Jana Winter

| FoxNews.com
PrintEmailShareComments A 46-year-old, blue-eyed grandmother and U.S. citizen from Indianapolis, Indiana is being monitored by international law enforcement who are concerned that she’ll become the next ‘Jihad Jane,’ FoxNews.com has learned.
Intelligence sources told FoxNews.com that the Muslim-convert, Kathie Smith, married a known German jihadist on the U.S. no fly list—and that she’s become increasingly violent in her online anti-American, pro-terrorist rhetoric. She also has been training in martial arts—and was taken to court for still owing an Indiana Karate instructor thousands of dollars.
On Facebook, YouTube and Islamist forums Smith—now known as Zabaida—has posted videos by Anwar al Awlaki, written in support of the Sept. 11 terror attacks and suicide attacks while repeatedly calling for jihad against the West and the deaths of American citizens and members of the U.S. military in Afghanistan and Iraq.
On MySpace she wrote, “As salamu alaikum akhi.. it is time for Jihad and it is now Fard ayn for ALL Muslims whether their in the United Snakes or else where...Insha'Allah!!!!”
Intelligence sources tell FoxNews.com she returned to Germany on Dec. 6 to visit her husband, but her current whereabouts are unclear.
Law enforcement is concerned that she’s gone operational after being radicalized by her husband and is or will soon be providing material support to help her husband plan terrorist attacks against the U.S. and is rallying support from within the U.S. and elsewhere to help—which is exactly what Philadelphia native Colleen LaRose “Jihad Jane” was charged with.
In an ongoing and lengthy email exchange with FoxNews.com, Smith, writing from an unknown location, alternatively defended her online postings, denied being anti-American, called the Sept. 11 attacks an inside job, the U.S. a terrorist organization and invited this reporter to listen to the sermons of Anwar al Awlaki.
Earlier this month, Smith appeared alongside her husband, known online as Salahudin Ibn Ja'far, in a video uploaded on his YouTube account that featured a montage of terrorist propaganda and leaders.
It also features members of the German cell of Islamic Jihad Union, a U.S. designated terror organization, who were convicted in March for plotting terror attacks three years ago against U.S. targets in Germany, including Ramstein Air Force Base, and calls for jihad against the West.
(In an email to FoxNews.com Smith described the men in the video—known members of Islamic Jihad Union convicted in terror plots against U.S. —as childhood friends of her husband.)
Indiana Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Emily Norcross told FoxNews.com that the video is being investigated by the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center, a joint agency counterterror center, and would passed along to appropriate enforcement for further investigation.
Norcross recommended contacting the FBI for more information.
FBI spokeswoman Jenny Shearer said:
“As you’re aware, FBI and DOJ policy precludes us from confirming or denying the existence of an investigation.”
In the nearly six-minute video, Smith and her husband appear wielding machine guns and swords, posing amid a montage of known terrorists. Included in the photo array is an Anwar al Awlaki sermon album cover, photos of convicted Ramstein plotters Daniel Martin Schneider, Eric Breininger and Houssain Al-Malla, among other men who appear to have left for jihad.
In an email to FoxNews.com, Smith said of the Ramstein plotters featured in her video:
“The so-called "jihadists" you have mentioned are actually personal friends of my husband from childhood. In the video he was expressing his love and gratitude to his friends, who have died fighting for freedom. Just like any other American or European citizen who displays pictures of soldiers who have died on their videos. There is no difference in gratitude and love. It is just that your government has deemed these noble men as "terrorists" because they are not on the same side. Least us not forget the Mujahideen who fought the Russians for the US. They were deemed "heroes" and lead by Osama Bin Laden at that time, and now because the government says so..they are "terrorists.””
Intelligence sources tell FoxNews.com that the see Smith’s increasingly hostile online rhetoric as a sign of radicalization and fear she as traveled to Germany to
provide material support to her husband’s terrorist plots—and that she and her husband may be on their way to jihadist training camps in Pakistan.
On Facebook, Smith “likes” Anwar Awlaki, is friends with Sheikh Faisal, the spiritual leader of Revolution Muslim; Yousef al-Khatab, Revolution Muslim’s co-founder; Ansar al Jundullah, the group tied to suicide bombings earlier this month in Iran; supporters of Al Shabaab. Her pro-jihadist postings are numerous.
But in email messages, Smith told FoxNews.com she was just speaking her mind.
“I am exercising my right, as an American citizen to freedom of speech, religion, and the right to bare arms. I have the right in America to say what ever I want. That is what makes America so great, right?”
Her husband posted in support of Usama bin Laden and Anwar al Awlaki, and earlier this month posted videos including one claiming to show exercises at a Taliban training camp in Pakistan, and another outlining orders for the wives of jihadist soldiers who go off to fight.
Smith wrote via email:
“I live a simple life, a life where I fear Allah first and try hard to do what is right for mankind. I am not some "horribly misguided, or brainwashed" individual. I have lived a long life and have seen many things. And I will always stand up for what is right, no matter who is trying to say the contrary.
“The US and its Ally's are abusers. They live only for the almighty dollar and power. I must ask you to think of it this way. When you are an abuses woman, you are either going to lay down and take it. Or your going to get up and fight the abuser. The Muslim community has been abused for far too long…Does this sound like Democracy to you or the American way? I would hope not but it is sad but true. And the American population needs to stand up to such tyrany.
“As a human being with a conscious, I can not idly stand by and watch "innocent" people being tortured and genocide which is what is happening to the Islamic world. This includes Palistine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indoneasia, Somaila to name a few.”

Muslims in Christian Schools: Religious Friction 101 :: Islamist Watch
Very timely article... seeing the RICK WARREN of Saddleback Church is now embracing ChrISLAM along with Charles Schuller... and churches like these are putting Bible and Qurans side by side in pews under the guise of interfaith dialogue.
The Dialogue of course is a one way street...just as the Islamist who approach these well meaning but misguided ministers know all to well. Sayyid Qutb, one of a couple ideologues of the Muslim Brotherhood which promotes most of the Interfaith Dialogue in America, said "The chasm between the Jahaliya (unbelievers) and Islam is vast, we are building "BRIDGES" (always be wary the Muslim building bridges), not so the two may mix... but so we can bring the Jahaliya to Islam.
Interfaith Dialogue is funded mostly by Saudi Arabia a country which has a death penalty for those who proselytize other than Islam, and funnel $$$ to groups like ISNA, ICNA, MSA, CAIR and other for interfaith outreach. Is it working... Read this article and see.
P.S. Ingrid Mattson, Obama prayer leader, is former President of ISNA a Co-Conspirator in largest terrorism case in U.S. history (U.S. vs HLF 2008) and also President of HARTFORD SEMINARY...so you figure it out!

Rebuttal to PARVEZ AHMED OP ED in FL Times
Mr William S. Morris IVPresident & CEOMorris Publishing Group Dear Mr Morris:
This letter must be read in Rich Text (HTML) in order to utilize the imbedded links.
The recent Parvez Ahmed OpEd in the Florida Times-Union begins as an essay on US-India economic affairs, but wastes no time injecting make-believe Muslim grievances.
This is to be expected, since Mr Ahmed is an Islamic missionary. However, the Times-Union should know better – by now you know that Hamas-linked Ahmed is fulfilling the Muslim Brotherhood’s goal of “strengthening [Hamas’] influence . . . by infiltrating the American media outlets, universities and research centers” (transcribed from the FBI wiretaps); he is doing well on all counts, and, with your conscious assistance, is using the Times-Union as his propaganda tool.
Mr Ahmed begins his article on-topic, but then descends into Islamic grievance – the constant torment of the unhappy Muslim psyche. Grievance, real or imagined, is a compulsory element of all Ahmed articles. Here are examples:
· “Obama did not visit the [Sikh] Temple . . . fear[ing] that a head covering would further fuel . . . persistent rumors that he is a Muslim. Caving into fear-mongers only emboldens them.”
Reply. Mr Ahmed claims that this conjecture is fact. However, we have no idea why Obama skipped the Sikh temple (just as the cost of the Obama excursion is unknown, as Ahmed points out). And, Team Obama certainly would never offer the reason Mr Ahmed claims. This is merely an opportunity to fabricate a Muslim grievance.
Ahmed could have addressed a real affront: Obama shunned the Jewish Chabad House whose inhabitants were among the few Americans butchered by Muslims during the 2008 Mumbai attack. And, Mr Ahmed could have mentioned that, in India and in Pakistan, his Sunni Muslim sect persecutes the Ahmadiyya (Ahmadi) Muslim sect – that is factual, and a true grievance.
· “Sikhs . . . have been targets of anti-Muslim discrimination in the U.S. A few days after Sept. 11, 2001, a Sikh-American was killed in Arizona by a man who mistook him for a Muslim.”
Reply. The events surrounding Mr Balbir Singh Sodhi’s death are described correctly. Nevertheless, in this nation of 350 million people, such occasions are rare. According to the latest FBI hate crime statistics, there were 1,732 offenses motivated by religious bias in 2008. Of those, 66.1 percent targeted Jews; 8.7 percent targeted Christians, and 7.5 percent targeted Muslims.
American Jews were 9 times more likely to be victims of hate crimes than Muslims. Yet, no Jewish economist would ever commandeer a professional Times-Union forum to denounce grievances against his ethnic group (as Mr Ahmed does).
In addition, crimes against Muslims have declined dramatically since 911. A 2008 survey by Human Rights First, entitled “Violence Against Muslims”, found only two assaults based on anti-Muslim sentiment in 2007 and 2008. Nearly all "backlash" against Muslims, following acts of domestic Islamic terrorism, has consisted of unkind blog postings, added scrutiny of mosques and enhanced airport security.
Even the Sikh Coalition, which encourages the reporting of anti-Sikh “hate crimes”, cites relatively few violent events since 1975 – most acts are perceived harassment. The Sikh Coalition records can be searched at http://www.sikhcoalition.org/ListReports.asp. Mr Ahmed is, of course, a Muslim missionary, and Islamic grievance is his bread and butter.
In Europe, most attacks against Jews are perpetrated by Muslims. Entire Jewish communities are fleeing Muslim-caused assaults, depopulating whole Jewish neighborhoods. And, often the news agencies censor the Islamic ethnicity of the perpetrators. The European pattern will occur here. The new anti-Semitism is transported to Europe by means of the new wave of Middle East immigration, which is coming this way.
· “Many Muslims took refuge during their arduous migration to Pakistan.”
Reply. Of course, this is a biased Muslim perspective. A similar number of non-Muslims suffered during the migration. And, the cause of the Partition and subsequent migration can be placed squarely upon the shoulders of Muslims, who opposed the leadership of the India independence movement. Gandhi and his adherents struggled to avoid Partition, and, in the process, enraging both Hindu Nationalists and Indian Muslim nationalists. Gandhi was assassinated soon after Partition by a Hindu nationalist, who believed that Gandhi had appeased Muslims at the cost of Hindus.
· “Prior to colonial rule, India was the world's economic superpower.”
I have a small point to make regarding this Angus Maddison theorem. Please refer to the Post Script.
Former CAIR chairman Parvez Ahmed LIED to your editorial board (an Islamic mandate called “taqiyya”) during your staff’s three-hour meeting with him – the meeting which endorsed his appointment to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission.
Your related editorial reports Mr Ahmed’s deceit: “Ahmed denies he has supported terrorism or advocated violence in any way, either before, during or after his involvement with CAIR” (emphasis added). On the contrary, Mr Ahmed, a CAIR leader since the mid-1990’s, and national chairman of CAIR (a Muslim Brotherhood organization), has defended terrorists with zeal.
During the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trials, in 2007 and 2008, he defended the criminals (who were later convicted on all 108 counts), stating: "The case against HLF was a political witch-hunt that had nothing to do with America's security”. According to Ahmed, the HLF trial was a "classic case of guilt by association [a false argument he uses in his own local defense] and a political vendetta against American [Muslim] citizens to carry out the agenda of a special interest group, the Israel Lobby." CAIR, which Parvez Ahmed led as Chairman during the two trials, was a co-conspirator in the Hamas-funding conspiracy, which, according to the Court, was an “ unlawful conspiracy . . . from which CAIR never withdrew”.
Further, Parvez Ahmed sought to defend the conspirators by means of his Hungry for Justice organization, which he co-founded and for which he served as media contact. Mr Ahmed was not a novice to CAIR and its operations. He joined in the early 1990’s, knew of CAIR’s origins, and knew well its founders: Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad, both of whom were present at CAIR’s 1993 founding meeting with Hamas leaders (in fact, Ahmed replaced Omar Ahmad as the organization’s second national chairman). The 25-member gathering, including both Ahmad and Awad, represented, according to the FBI, “a meeting . . . among senior members of Hamas, the HLFDR and IAP [Islamic Association for Palestine]”. A FBI analysis noted: “all attendees of this [1993 Philadelphia] meeting are Hamas members”.
CAIR founder Nihad Awad in a 2000 AMEU article (who collaborated with Parvez Ahmed) admits to the IAP (and thus Hamas) origins of CAIR. Awad describes how he “worked closely with IAP president Omar Ahmad”; how “Ibrahim Hooper . . . join[ed] the project”, and how together they “open[ed] the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) . . . in June 1994.” More on CAIR’s Hamas origins at the Investigative Project on Terrorism and at CAIR Observatory, a division of the prestigious Center of Security Policy.
According to retired FBI special agent John Vincent, “There is no question CAIR funds Hamas”. A new report maintains that CAIR's national organization in late 1995 contributed at least $40,000 to a Holy Land Foundation (HLF) subsidiary, InfoCom Corp, just months before HLF wired exactly $40,000 to the Islamic Relief Committee, a conduit to Hamas in the Palestinian territories.
Only the Times-Union and the ultra-liberal Huffington Post regularly run Mr Ahmed’s essays. Mr Ahmed is a charming fellow, and he likely has had many meetings and direct conversations with your staff, to gain its trust. He is charming, because that is his job as an Islamic missionary.
It is clear that Mr Ahmed has become an informal member of the editorial staff. And, the Times-Union staff assists Mr Ahmed in “infiltrating the American media outlets” by sanitized his background – hiding his enormously significant CAIR and Hamas connections, and the fact that he is a Muslim missionary. This furtiveness is unprofessional, subversive journalism, and it needs a full evaluation within the local and parent Morris staffs. There is just so much of this Leftist activism and deception that your readers will tolerate before they cancel their subscriptions.
Best Regards,
Post Script. A point of clarification. Ahmed condemns colonialism (and the West, of course) by stating: “Prior to colonial rule, India was the world's economic superpower”. No doubt, colonialism of itself was not a good thing. However, bad institutions sometimes produce significant worthwhile results for the subject peoples, as in the case of Rome’s subjugation of Gaul which benefited from the Pax Romana which followed (and enjoys those benefits till the present time).
Colonialism was the unexpected vehicle which brought to India the blessings of Western civilization, among them the language of freedom – and the tools by which Indians were encouraged to rebel against the British, and eventually gained independence. The Indian leaders were products of Western Civilization. Gandhi studied in England and South Africa; Nehru, India’s first prime minister, was a product of Harrow and Cambridge. By exposing Indians to the ideas of the West, British colonialism prepared India for the global economy and the freedoms of the 21st century.
A common language, roads, shipping docks, railroads, irrigation systems, and government buildings were all British legacies, as well as the British legal system, with all its procedural novelties, like "innocent until proven guilty".
The colonialists brought things to India that have immeasurably enriched the lives of the descendants of colonialism. It is doubtful that India would have acquired those good things by themselves or as quickly. It was the British who, applying a universal notion of human rights, in the early 19th century abolished the ancient Indian institution of suttee – the custom of tossing widows on their husbands' funeral pyres.
Most of the British (and thus Indian) social thought was derived from Christian values. In contrast to the Hindu caste system, Christianity's precept of "universal brotherhood" altered the Indian psyche.
In contrast, Islam adopted Western thought for only a brief 90-year period, during the Mu’tazilah episode of the 9th century, when books of Western philosophy were captured during Islamic conquest, and their ideas adopted. Then, after this short time, Islam banned Mu’tazilah philosophy upon pain of death, and abandoned Western thought forever (as did Pakistan a millennium later).
Contrast India with Pakistan (or Israel with the remainder of the Middle East), and there you have a revealing laboratory experiment: Peoples of the same or similar origins, but different religions. The Outcome: The backwardness of Islamic nations versus the freedom, progress and prosperity of the West.
Of course, missionaries like Parvez Ahmed will complain that this backwardness is caused by a West determined to undermine Islam – with foreign occupations, neglect, affronts to Islamic ideology, personages and literature, and Islamophobia – the never-ending train of grievances from an unhappy people (and unhappy people are predisposed to evil and violence).
A sampling of the West vs Islam disparity (upon request I will send all source links):
· Despite their oil wealth the gross domestic product (GDP) of the 22 Arab nations combined is little more than that of Spain (the smallest economy in Europe), and less than half that of Italy. Italy has 55 million people, whereas Arabs number 300 million.
· The illiteracy rate in the Arab world is higher than that of the backward developing world, and more than three times higher than that of Latin America and the Caribbean. And, illiteracy in the Arab world is increasing.
· In the entire Arab world approximately 330 books are translated into Arabic each year, whereas little Greece translates over 1,500 books into Greek, and Spain translates 100,000 books into Spanish, each year.
· Scientific research and technical developments in the Arab world are less than one percent of the world’s total. Between 1980 and 2000, a total of 370 technology patents were granted to the entire Arab world, while South Korea alone was awarded over 16,000 patents during the same period.
· Although Muslims represent 25 percent of earth’s population, Muslims have won only two Nobel Prizes for science. Jews, which represent 0.2 percent of the world’s population, have been awarded one-fourth of all Nobel science prizes. The entire Muslim world contributes barely 1,000 research articles out of a total 2,000,000 research articles published each year.
· What of Islam’s “historic contribution to science . . . math and engineering”, claimed by the Obama administration? NASA Administrator was instructed by the president to help Muslims “feel good” about their historic contributions to technical.
But, the evidence suggests a minuscule contribution. Toby E. Huff, chancellor professor of policy studies at University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and author of studies in the rise of science, writes: “Islamic science was almost totally dependent upon translations, frequently made by non-Muslims of the achievements of pre-Islamic cultures, Greeks, Egyptians, Indians, etc. Moreover, a striking number of Muslim thinkers were Persians who owed more of their pre-Islamic heritage than they did to Islam.”
Professor Stanley L. Jaki, author of many books on science, observes that Islamic additions to the Greek body of scientific knowledge were “never substantial.” David Storobik, editor of Global Politician, the journal of international politics, has stated: “[It is] an historical fact that the scientific revolution happened in Europe, not India, China, or the Middle East. There was also nothing quite like the medieval university in the Roman Empire. Whatever existed of real science in Roman times was almost entirely of Greek origin. The medieval [European] University then represented a real innovation.”
· Take away their oil exports (which the West discovered and developed), and what does the Arab world export other than terrorism, suicide bombers and grief – and the celebrations of the deaths of Americans and Jews. While the West pursues labor-saving technology, cures for dreadful diseases and the rescue of earthquake and tsunami victims, oil-rich Saudi sheikhs, instead of alleviating suffering, spend millions on self-aggrandizing mosques, Islamic schools and higher education centers which promote a radical ideology which threatens to cause vast destruction in the Western world.
Education centers? Arab museums, such as the Palestinian Museum at al-Najah University in Nablus, display pictures of savagely mutilated bodies and severed heads in pools of blood, and show videos that glamorize booby traps, spilled blood, and martyrs enjoying the bliss of heaven. The Middle East is lagging behind, not because Arabs are created unequal in God’s eyes. It is lagging because of social and religious values.
