The City Council of Jacksonville is about to consider Parvez Ahmed as 1 of 18 Human Rights
Commissioners. This Council must weigh this decision extremely carefully due to the following
reasons:
1. Professor Ahmed has direct ties and associations with known Islamic extremist groups,
which have been designated as unindicted co-conspirators in funding terrorism. Groups such
as CAIR (Council on America Relations) where he served as Chairman of the Board from
2005 – 2008. In this position, Dr. Ahmed was in direct personal contact with many listed
unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The Holy Land Foundation
was convicted on 108 counts of supporting and funding international terrorism during Mr.
Ahmed.s tenure with CAIR. Detail of the HLF trail may be found at
(www.txnd.uscourts.gov/judges/hlf2.html). For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination
should be rejected.
2. Professor Ahmed.s continued support for convicted terrorist Sami Al-Arain. Al-Arian
pleaded guilty to "Conspiracy to make or receive contributions of funds, goods or services to
or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), a Specially Designated Terrorist. At a
rally, Al-Arian can be seen exhorting attendees, in English, to donate $500 so that a
Palestinian terrorist could be financed to kill an Israeli Jew. In an article posted 4/16/2008 on
the CAIR website Prof. Parvez Ahmed and Dr. Agha Saeed posted an OP-ED titled SAMI
AL-ARIAN MUST BE FREED which never stated the above mentioned facts. For this
reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination should be rejected.
3. Ahmed Parvez is currently under (2) Subpoena.s to appear in RICO and Fraud Case
stemming from activity while he was CAIR Chairman. Saiyed v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00022
and Lopez v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00023. Moreover, if Mr. Ahmed.s is selected as human
rights commissioner and is convicted of any wrongdoing in these clear cases of fraud and
racketeering, the city of Jacksonville will also be labeled as completely incompetent for
placing such an individual as a “Human rights Commissioner.” This could cause
considerable embarrassment and potentially devastating for the political career of any
member who voted in favor of this appointment.. For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed.s
nomination should be rejected.
For these reasons, and many more listed below, ACT for America, The Florida Security Council,
Former Muslims United, members of the Tea Party and 9/12 groups in Jacksonville, scores of
investigation security analyst and researchers, former FBI agents, noted authors, including Dave
Gaubatz “Muslim Mafia” which details an undercover investigation into CAIR, and David
Beamer (father of Todd Beamer “Let.s Roll” flight 93 9/11) resident of Jacksonville, are
strongly recommending the rejection of Professor Parvez Ahmed.s nomination. To place Parvez
Ahmed on the Human Rights Commission would be a monumentally bad decision for any
elected official – a decision which one would repeatedly pay for in any consideration for higher
office.

I. Statement to UAE Foreign Ministers in Dubai
Parvez Ahmed: After Dubai lost the Bid to control 6 major Ports to include JAX Port, as a
CAIR Rep he went to Dubai and asked for $50 Million Dollars…. speaking to foreign finance
ministers said quote: “Do not think about your contributions as donations. Think about it
from the perspective of rate of return,” “The investment of $50 Million will give you billions of
dollars in return for fifty years,” if a sufficiently Arab-friendly environment can be created in
America to allow Sheiks to buy up key U.S. assets. Arab Press 2006
II. Lawsuits; RICO & Fraud under Parvez
Ahmed’s leadership as Charmin of CAIR
national
Five former clients of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) have filed two
separate lawsuits in federal court alleging criminal fraud and breach of fiduciary duty against
CAIR, a self-described Muslim public interest civil rights law firm. These two lawsuits follow an
earlier lawsuit which had also alleged that CAIR.s fraudulent conduct amounted to racketeering,
a federal RICO crime. In that case, the court dismissed the RICO counts concluding that CAIR.s
conduct as alleged was fraudulent but not a technical violation of RICO. The plaintiffs in that
case have appealed and are awaiting the Circuit Court.s briefing schedule.
The two new federal civil complaints were filed in the federal district court for the District of
Columbia on January 6, 2010, and served on January 13, 2010.
Both lawsuits arise out of the same facts. The lawsuits allege that Morris Days, the "Resident
Attorney” and "Manager for Civil Rights” at the now defunct CAIR MD/VA chapter in Herndon,
Virginia, was in fact not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who
came to CAIR for legal representation. CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with
Days to keep the CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being mishandled
or not handled at all.
III. Film Panelist or Islamic Apologist “Inside Islam:
What a Billion Muslims Really Think”
Parvez Ahmed, sat as a panelist at the film hosted by Amity Turkish Cultural Center recently at
the Time Union Center. Ahmed, refused to answer or questions as to why the film should be
taken seriously in light of the quotes and ties the authors have in support or terrorism and his
own. When questioned by Several ACT for America members, he said we were entitled to our
opinions. When reproached that these were documented facts entered into evidence in the HLF
trials by the FBI, he became visibly upset and silent.
Dalia Mogahed: "...Many have claimed that terrorists have 'hijacked Islam'. I disagree.
I think Islam is safe and thriving in the lives of Muslims around the world. What the
terrorists have been allowed to take over are Muslim grievances.” Interview 28
April, 2009 on martyrdom/terror-supporter Yusef Qaradawi's Qatar-based Islamonline
John Esposito: regarding convicted USF terrorist “a very good friend of mine…and
you know, God help Sami Al-Arian in terms of this administration (Bush) and many other
who have to live through this,” and “one of the most impressive people I have met
under fire is Sami Al-Arian” at CAIR Dallas banquet August 2007, over a year after Al-
Arian pled guilty to supporting Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
And in 2006, Harvard International Review “most fundamental and important is the
Recognition that widespread anti-Americanism among mainstream Muslims and
Islamists results from what the United States does- its policies and actions.”
IV. Defense of Hamas and Hezbollah
In a May 2008 at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., then CAIR national board chairman Parvez
Ahmed encouraged cooperation with Hamas, painting the organization as a legitimate and benevolent entity:
“Our posture of diplomacy, our policies have to be significantly altered from
where we are today so that we address all issues. If we look at the State
Department.s list of terrorist organizations, it lists many groups that are part of
political processes, like Hamas and Hezbollah. They.re part of the political
processes in their societies, just like the IRA was part of political process in their
society. And part of Al Qaeda.s rage come from the un-interest or the lack of
progress towards peace in the Middle East.”1

V. On Suicide Bombings
At the National Press Club in Washington D.C. in May of 2008 Ahmed said:
“Suicide bombings are the product of modern political violence.
Suicide bombings by Muslims are not the result of any Islamic
ideology, but rather they are the result of social political conditions of
occupations.”2
This wasn.t Ahmed.s first attempt at suicide bombing apologetics. At an event at the Islamic
Center at NYU in October of 2007 Ahmed said:
“Our going to Iraq caused terrorism the same way terrorism by some Palestinians is not
the reason Israel keeps Palestine occupied. But it is the occupation that breeds
resentment and enables terrorism to fester.”3

VI. War on Terrorism is a War on Islam
“The new perception is that the United States has entered a war with Islam itself,” CAIR national
board chairman Parvez Ahmed said July 17, 2007 at a National Press Club Forum.4
In July 2007, in an op-ed for the Dallas Morning News, Ahmed wrote, “As a nation, we can ill
afford the perception that we are at war with a faith practiced by more than a billion people
accounting for more than a fifth of humanity today,” 5 arguing that “Islamophobia” was on the
rise in America.
In 2004, Parvez Ahmed wrote an article for the Seattle Times in which he wrote:
“Public silence confirms an uncomfortable truth that since 9-11, the civil rights of some
Americans have been compromised while the majority remains oblivious to the dangers
that lurk around the corner.”6
He added:
“The onus of a severe curb on civil liberties fell largely on Muslims and Arabs, many of
whom were nonvoters. A voiceless and defenseless group of people was soon to become
the collateral damage of the war on terror. Since 9-11, this group has been subjected to
special interviews, registrations, automatic detentions and deportations. Many have been
tried in secret, while others had no trials afforded to them. Some have been detained
based on their political opinions, others for their political associations with disfavored
groups. Some Muslim charities have been shut down and many have been intimidated
into silence.”
In a 2004 article in the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed was quoted saying:
"Muslims in America have been made the scapegoats in the witch hunt that
ensued after 9-11. Our freedoms have been compromised by invoking fear and
paranoia."7
In a special to the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed wrote in 2004 that:
“Sept. 11 not only brought out the best of America but also its worst. Racial
profiling and massive dragnets discriminated, harassed, intimidated and deported
thousand of Arabs and Muslims who had nothing to do with the condemnable crimes of
terrorism.”8

VII. Criticism of Government Raids
In a 2002 letter to Congressman George Gekas Ahmed criticized government raid of the
International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) and the Muslim World League (MWL).
“Muslims nationwide are outraged over law enforcement raids on a number of Muslim
offices and homes in Virginia and Georgia. Targets of the raids included some of the
most respected leaders and organizations in the American Muslim community, including
the International Institute of Islamic Thought, the Graduate School of Islamic Social
Sciences, the Muslim World League and the Fiqh Council of North America.”9
The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is part of a complex web of companies,
charities and not-for-profit corporations known as the SAAR Network or the Safa Group, which
has been under investigation since 2002.10 IIIT has been under grand jury investigation for
suspected terrorist financing.11 In addition to this, recently declassified FBI documents identify
leaders of IIIT and the SAAR Foundation “as being members of the Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen
(Muslim Brotherhood).”12 The documents also note that “all the subsidiary and sponsoring
Muslim organizations under the control of the IIIT and the SAAR Foundation are in fact Ikhwan
organizations.”13
Founded in 1962 to “promote Islamic unity,” the Muslim World League (MWL) is one of the
largest of the Saudi Islamic evangelical charities. According to a government trial proffer in
2003, Osama bin Laden identified MWL as one of three Muslim charities that provided the
primary sources of Al Qaeda.s funds during conversations a decade earlier with former senior Al
Qaeda lieutenant Jamal Ahmed Al-Fadl. MWL.s U.S. office was raided in 2002 as part of a
massive terrorism financing probe.
VIII. Defense of the now Convicted Holy Land
Foundation
Parvez Ahmed, at a 2007 CAIR Dallas banquet likened the HLF trial to the entire American
Muslim community being “under fire,” citing the listing of many unindicted co-conspirators in
the trial:
“It is not the Holy Land Foundation that is under fire, but it is the entire American
Muslim community is under fire.”14

Ahmed expressed similar thoughts on the unindicted co-conspirators list during a 2007 program
on American Public radio:
“They.re pretty much alleging that pretty much every Muslim organization is part
of a conspiracy.”15
In an article entitled, “A Case „Strung Together with Macaroni Noodles,” Dr. Parvez Ahmed,
former Chairman of the Council on American Islamic Relations, attacked the American trial of
the HLF in an issue of The Message. He accused the US government of a witch-hunt and
Islamophobia, for trying officials of the charity organization who were linked to Hamas terrorists
responsible for killing American and Israeli civilians:
“The case against the HLF was more of a political witch-hunt than about America.s security. The
closure of HLF appears to be an attempt to block humanitarian assistance to one of the most
impoverished people in the world – Palestinians living under Israeli occupation and apartheid.”16
Ahmed also stated:
“Our faith of Islam teaches us to be compassionate and merciful. We act our faith when we send
money to feed the least fortunate among us. Those who cast doubt about our intentions and our
commitment to act our faith are guilty of promoting Islamophobia. They are the agents of
hopelessness. We should continue to remain the agents of hope and possibilities.” 17
IX. Defense of CAIR-linked Individuals
In 2004 Ahmed wrote-off the illegal actions of Bassem Khafagi and Randall Royer, saying that
there was “no terrorist crime.” He added that, “certainly no organization can be held responsible
for the personal activities of its employees or associates, especially after they leave or before
they join an organization.”18
Randall Royer was in fact still employed with CAIR when he committed the criminal action to
which he pled guilty. CAIR.s claim that Royer did not plead guilty to any charges of terrorism
conceals allegations against Royer for his ties to Lashkar-e-Taiba, a designated Foreign Terrorist
Organization and charges against Royer for conspiracy to levy war against the U.S. and
conspiracy to provide material support to Al Qaeda, another terrorist organization.
According to a biography posted on IslamOnline.net, Royer began working as a CAIR communication
specialist in 1997. According to media reports, he continued to work for CAIR at least through the beginning of
October 2001.19

Strictly speaking, CAIR is correct in saying Royer.s guilty plea to weapons charges did not
mention terrorism. On the other hand, he never contested prosecution claims that he had an AK-
47 style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition in his car during a September 2001 traffic stop, or
that he engaged in propaganda work for Lashkar-e-Taiba and “fired at Indian positions in
Kashmir.” Lashkar-e-Taiba was designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization on December 26,
2001.
CAIR claims that “Khafagi was never an „employee. of CAIR, but Executive Director Nihad
Awad acknowledges “[h]e was commissioned as an independent contractor for CAIR, effective
November 2, 2001.”
Khafagi also served as president of the Islamic Assembly of North America, which the
Washington Post reported in 2003 was suspected of being “a powerful engine for groups that
promote teachings and religious fatwas -- orders that advocate violence against the United States
-- issued by two radical Saudi clerics.”
Khafagi was arrested and indicted in January 2003 on bank fraud charges.20 “At the time of his
arrest,” the Associated Press reported, “he was community affairs director of the Council on
American-Islamic Relations, a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group based in Washington.”21
In September 2003, he pleaded guilty to bank and visa fraud22 and agreed to be deported to
Egypt.23
I. Brief on The Council on American-
Islamic Relations (CAIR)
It offers a benign mission statement - "to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage
dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that
promote justice and mutual understanding." But a closer look at the Council on
American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) raises a host of troubling questions about its history
and purpose.
Born of an effort to scuttle hopes for a negotiated Middle East peace, CAIR was listed
among organizations tied to the Muslim Brotherhood's American network. Its founders
emerged from a separate Islamic organization that two courts have found played a
supporting role for the terrorist group Hamas.
The Washington, D.C.-based organization purports to be a "leading advocate for justice
and mutual understanding" and claims to speak for the majority of American Muslims.
However, after a careful review of the history, activities, statements, and causes of and
by CAIR, it seems that its primary goals are to silence and de-legitimize its critics and
redefine what it means to be a moderate Muslim. And when it comes to U.S. efforts to
crack down on terrorists and their financiers, CAIR takes an almost visceral stand in
opposition. This has the effect of undermining the legitimate security-related concerns
and campaigns of the United States and its allies. These conclusions and the summary
immediately below are based upon the evidence and examples that follow in this report;
beginning with CAIR's very founding.

From the Hamas ties of its founders in 1994 to its solicitous stance toward accused
terrorists today, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has demonstrated
that its actual mission is far removed from the civil rights advocacy it claims to pursue.
Still standing as perhaps the clearest evidence of CAIR's insidious role, two key leaders
of the group attended a 1993 meeting in Philadelphia called by Hamas members and
supporters to devise a strategy for torpedoing the Oslo Accords aimed at Middle East
peace.
An analysis of secret recordings of the meeting led the FBI to conclude that the
gathering was held "to determine… [the participants'] course of action in support of
Hamas' opposition to the [Oslo] peace plan and to decide how to conceal their activities
from the scrutiny of the United States government."
Coupled with their support for the jihad in the Middle East, the attendees recognized the
critical importance of domestic lobbying in the United States. One discussed
encouraging the Islamic community "to be involved in the political life of this country,"
adding, "We should assist them in this task. This will be an entrance for us to put,
through the Islamic community, pressure on the Congress and the decision makers in
America."
That's where CAIR came in. Participants in that 1993 meeting discussed tailoring their
message to an American audience, speaking of outright deception at times and of
softening their rhetoric at others, as the following exchange between CAIR founders
Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad shows:
Awad: What is important is that the language of the address is there even
for the American. But, the issue is how to use it.
....
Omar Ahmad: There is a difference between you saying "I want to restore the '48
land" and when you say "I want to destroy Israel".
....
Awad: Yes, there are different but parallel types of address. There
shouldn't be contradiction. Address people according to their minds.
When I speak with the American, I speak with someone who doesn't know
anything. As for the Palestinian who has a martyr brother or something, I know how to
address him, you see?
This context helps explain why federal authorities have tied the CAIR to Hamas in three
separate court filings in the past year. Prosecutors place CAIR on the Muslim
Brotherhood's "Palestine Committee." An internal Palestine Committee document in
1994 lists CAIR as one of its "working organizations" along with IAP. Other records
show that committee was created to advance the Hamas agenda within the United
States.
Among the highlights in today's report:
• CAIR was incorporated less than a year after the Philadelphia meeting by three
officials of the now-defunct Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), long a central player
in Hamas' U.S. support network and a group that the U.S. Immigration and
Naturalization Service deemed in a 2001 memo to be "part of Hamas' propaganda
apparatus."
• As recently as the summer of 2007, the Dallas trial charging the Holy Land Foundation
for Relief and Development (HLF) with providing material support for Hamas produced
extensive evidence that IAP -- CAIR's parent -- played a central role in the Muslim
Brotherhood's Palestine Committee. Much of that evidence relates to Mousa Abu
Marzook, now deputy political chief of Hamas, who served on the board of directors of
IAP in 1989.
The trial exhibits included a memo taken from the home of Ismail Elbarrasse, a former
assistant to Marzook (Convicted Terrorist, defended by Parvez Ahmed and other CAIR
members), which defines in chilling fashion the role the Muslim Brothers play in North
America:
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means.
The Ikhwan (Brotherhood) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand
Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging"
its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated
and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of
understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for
Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and
wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny
except for those who chose to slack….
• CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial. While the group contested that
designation in court papers, and later filed to have the designation removed, they lost in
court and have remained a co-conspirator.
• IAP clearly subscribed to a Jihadist view of what was needed in the Middle East. The
December 1988 edition of Ila Filastin, the group's Arabic-language publication, carried
this statement: "The call for Jihad in the name of Allah is the only path for liberation of
Palestine and all the Muslim lands … We (Hamas) promise Allah, in continuing the
Jihad way and with the martyrdom's way."
Meanwhile, IAP's English-language Muslim World Monitor and Arabic periodical Al-
Zaitounah, frequently praised Hamas terror attacks. An October 1994 Al-Zaitounah
headline, for example, blared, "In Its Greatest Operation, Hamas Takes Credit for the
Bombing of an Israeli Bus in the Center of Tel Aviv."
• IAP (NOW Designated Terrorist Group) promoted the Hamas agenda at its annual
conferences, with members of the terrorist group making frequent appearances. It
raised substantial funds at these conferences for HLF, then Hamas' primary fundraising
arm in the United States. All proceeds from IAP's convention in 1996, for example, went
to HLF. Rafeeq Jaber, one of CAIR's founders, had become IAP president earlier that
year. In a 2003 civil deposition, Jaber acknowledged IAP's contract with HLF required
them "to promote [HLF] in every way we can."
• Declining an opportunity to distance CAIR from IAP in September 2003 Senate
testimony, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad opted instead to defend the group as
"a grassroots organization which continues to function legally and has only been ‘linked'
through allusion and no charge of criminality has been brought against the
organization."
• It was Awad and CAIR founding chairman Omar Ahmad who had attended the
Hamas-organized Philadelphia session in 1993 -- though proof of their participation was
not revealed publicly until years later. Both men insisted, as late as 2003, that they
could not recall having attended.
Omar Ahmad: “ Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith, but to be
dominant. The Qur’an should be the highest Authority in America, and Islam the only
religion on earth.”
II. CAIR the Foreign Agent
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) describes itself as a non-profit
grassroots membership organization devoted to promoting justice, mutual
understanding and empowerment on behalf of American Muslims. CAIR has so
successfully cultivated its image as “America’s largest Muslim civil rights organization”
that – despite a long history of ties to suspect groups in America and abroad – it is still
seen as the indispensable representative of the American Muslim community by some
mainstream media outlets.
Cursory research will reveal many questionable actions on the part of CAIR, but the
unifying concept is that CAIR is acting as a foreign agent. The Foreign Agents
Registration Act (FARA) requires any agent of a foreign principal- including any foreign
states, political parties, corporations, non-governmental organizations and individuals-
to register with the U.S. government as a foreign agent.
Many documents now show CAIR taking money from foreign principals, having
meetings with foreign principals, and attempting to influence United States policy on
behalf of those foreign principals. An American entity engaged in such activities is
required to register under FARA. Indeed thousands of American entities have
registered under FARA and continued to do business legally, but CAIR has operated in
this capacity since its founding in 1994 and has failed to properly identify itself as such
to the Department of Justice and the American public.
The initial result of ongoing investigation’s is “CAIR and the Foreign Agents Registration
Act”, an analysis of public-source evidence dating from the foundation of the
organization in 1994 through the present day.
The analysis in its current version documents that CAIR has:
. Received at least $2,192,203 in Contributions, Income and Money from foreign principals in the
form of 10 distinct transactions
. Received a $2,106,251 mortgage loan from a foreign principal for their Washington, D.C.
headquarters
. Secured the promise of at least $54,500,000 in pledges from foreign principals
. Met and coordinated with foreign principals on at least 30 occasions
. Engaged in at least 51 political influence operations on behalf of foreign principals in the United
States
. Additional evidence exists that cannot be made public at this time documenting an additional
$2.4 million in foreign donations and loans given to CAIR since 2000
CAIR is not alone in representing the interests of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.
Many other groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the North
American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and the Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA) were
identified as “joint venturers” in the Holy Land Foundation terror-funding trial.
III. Foreign Funding Statements
. Public Statements About Foreign Funding: CAIR’s positions about receiving foreign funds have
changed over time from flat denials to carefully-worded admissions. They are useful as a
comparison to the actual facts and as a comparison to the wording in the FARA law. In FARA
611 (b) defining a foreign principal, that foreign principal can be “a government of a foreign
country and a foreign political party… a person outside of the United States… a partnership,
association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the
laws of or having its principal place of business in a foreign country…”
IV. Foreign Funding Transactions
. Foreign Funding Transactions: We argue that CAIR qualifies under FARA as a foreign agent in
part because it has taken cash, loans, pledges of donations and real property from foreign

CAIR Influence Operations
. Influence Operations: CAIR has consistently acted in its role as a foreign agent to
influence agencies and officials of the United States government. They have had
extensive relationships with law enforcement including numerous education and
“sensitivity training” programs on dealing with the Muslim community. CAIR has also
publicly censured and criticized government representatives and officials who have
expressed opposition to their OIC-inspired activities in the United States. CAIR has
intimidated corporations who violate OIC-approved conduct regarding Muslim
employees and customers. By means of lawsuits and threats of lawsuits, boycotts and
threats of boycotts, letter-writing campaigns, and other tactics they have chilled open
debate about Sharia-compliance. CAIR has also participated in various media campaigns
to influence US public opinion on behalf of foreign principals.
V. Meetings and Coordination
. Meetings and Coordination: CAIR has acted as a foreign agent of the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia-
based Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), an association of 57 Islamic states
promoting Muslim solidarity in economic, social, and political affairs. CAIR has also acted as a
foreign agent for member states of the OIC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran and the UAE.
The above link contains a selection of cases in which CAIR has coordinated with such foreign
principals and failed to report these interactions as a registered foreign agent to the
Department of Justice in contravention of the requirements of FARA.
. NOTE: Private documents exist indicating hundreds of contacts between CAIR
and foreign principals including representatives of foreign governments,
businesses, NGO’s and individuals, all of which potentially come under FARA.

In 2008 the word guilty was read 108 times in a Dallas court room as a jury convicted the Holy Land
foundation and other defendants of raising money to fund Hamas terrorism. At the same time the jury
was also implicating IAP/CAIR. The supposed Human rights organization was named an unindicted co-
conspirator in the case. Indeed one key piece of evidence was the Wiretap evidence that put IAP/CAIR's
former executive director, Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmed, at a Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders.
Since then the FBI cut off contact with CAIR because if its terrorist ties. That same year, Parvez Ahmed
stepped down as Board Chairman of CAIR and began teaching at the University of North Florida in
Jacksonville, FL.

The City Council of Jacksonville is about to consider Parvez Ahmed as 1 of 18 Human Rights
Commissioners. This Council must weigh this decision extremely carefully due to the following
reasons:
1. Professor Ahmed has direct ties and associations with known Islamic extremist groups,
which have been designated as unindicted co-conspirators in funding terrorism. Groups such
as CAIR (Council on America Relations) where he served as Chairman of the Board from
2005 – 2008. In this position, Dr. Ahmed was in direct personal contact with many listed
unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The Holy Land Foundation
was convicted on 108 counts of supporting and funding international terrorism during Mr.
Ahmed.s tenure with CAIR. Detail of the HLF trail may be found at
(www.txnd.uscourts.gov/judges/hlf2.html). For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination
should be rejected.
2. Professor Ahmed.s continued support for convicted terrorist Sami Al-Arain. Al-Arian
pleaded guilty to "Conspiracy to make or receive contributions of funds, goods or services to
or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), a Specially Designated Terrorist. At a
rally, Al-Arian can be seen exhorting attendees, in English, to donate $500 so that a
Palestinian terrorist could be financed to kill an Israeli Jew. In an article posted 4/16/2008 on
the CAIR website Prof. Parvez Ahmed and Dr. Agha Saeed posted an OP-ED titled SAMI
AL-ARIAN MUST BE FREED which never stated the above mentioned facts. For this
reason alone, Dr. Ahmed’s nomination should be rejected.
3. Ahmed Parvez is currently under (2) Subpoena.s to appear in RICO and Fraud Case
stemming from activity while he was CAIR Chairman. Saiyed v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00022
and Lopez v. CAIR, Case: 1:10-cv-00023. Moreover, if Mr. Ahmed.s is selected as human
rights commissioner and is convicted of any wrongdoing in these clear cases of fraud and
racketeering, the city of Jacksonville will also be labeled as completely incompetent for
placing such an individual as a “Human rights Commissioner.” This could cause
considerable embarrassment and potentially devastating for the political career of any
member who voted in favor of this appointment.. For this reason alone, Dr. Ahmed.s
nomination should be rejected.
For these reasons, and many more listed below, ACT for America, The Florida Security Council,
Former Muslims United, members of the Tea Party and 9/12 groups in Jacksonville, scores of
investigation security analyst and researchers, former FBI agents, noted authors, including Dave
Gaubatz “Muslim Mafia” which details an undercover investigation into CAIR, and David
Beamer (father of Todd Beamer “Let.s Roll” flight 93 9/11) resident of Jacksonville, are
strongly recommending the rejection of Professor Parvez Ahmed.s nomination. To place Parvez
Ahmed on the Human Rights Commission would be a monumentally bad decision for any
elected official – a decision which one would repeatedly pay for in any consideration for higher
office.

I. Statement to UAE Foreign Ministers in Dubai
Parvez Ahmed: After Dubai lost the Bid to control 6 major Ports to include JAX Port, as a
CAIR Rep he went to Dubai and asked for $50 Million Dollars…. speaking to foreign finance
ministers said quote: “Do not think about your contributions as donations. Think about it
from the perspective of rate of return,” “The investment of $50 Million will give you billions of
dollars in return for fifty years,” if a sufficiently Arab-friendly environment can be created in
America to allow Sheiks to buy up key U.S. assets. Arab Press 2006
II. Lawsuits; RICO & Fraud under Parvez
Ahmed’s leadership as Charmin of CAIR
national
Five former clients of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) have filed two
separate lawsuits in federal court alleging criminal fraud and breach of fiduciary duty against
CAIR, a self-described Muslim public interest civil rights law firm. These two lawsuits follow an
earlier lawsuit which had also alleged that CAIR.s fraudulent conduct amounted to racketeering,
a federal RICO crime. In that case, the court dismissed the RICO counts concluding that CAIR.s
conduct as alleged was fraudulent but not a technical violation of RICO. The plaintiffs in that
case have appealed and are awaiting the Circuit Court.s briefing schedule.
The two new federal civil complaints were filed in the federal district court for the District of
Columbia on January 6, 2010, and served on January 13, 2010.
Both lawsuits arise out of the same facts. The lawsuits allege that Morris Days, the "Resident
Attorney” and "Manager for Civil Rights” at the now defunct CAIR MD/VA chapter in Herndon,
Virginia, was in fact not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who
came to CAIR for legal representation. CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with
Days to keep the CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being mishandled
or not handled at all.
III. Film Panelist or Islamic Apologist “Inside Islam:
What a Billion Muslims Really Think”
Parvez Ahmed, sat as a panelist at the film hosted by Amity Turkish Cultural Center recently at
the Time Union Center. Ahmed, refused to answer or questions as to why the film should be
taken seriously in light of the quotes and ties the authors have in support or terrorism and his
own. When questioned by Several ACT for America members, he said we were entitled to our
opinions. When reproached that these were documented facts entered into evidence in the HLF
trials by the FBI, he became visibly upset and silent.
Dalia Mogahed: "...Many have claimed that terrorists have 'hijacked Islam'. I disagree.
I think Islam is safe and thriving in the lives of Muslims around the world. What the
terrorists have been allowed to take over are Muslim grievances.” Interview 28
April, 2009 on martyrdom/terror-supporter Yusef Qaradawi's Qatar-based Islamonline
John Esposito: regarding convicted USF terrorist “a very good friend of mine…and
you know, God help Sami Al-Arian in terms of this administration (Bush) and many other
who have to live through this,” and “one of the most impressive people I have met
under fire is Sami Al-Arian” at CAIR Dallas banquet August 2007, over a year after Al-
Arian pled guilty to supporting Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
And in 2006, Harvard International Review “most fundamental and important is the
Recognition that widespread anti-Americanism among mainstream Muslims and
Islamists results from what the United States does- its policies and actions.”
IV. Defense of Hamas and Hezbollah
In a May 2008 at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., then CAIR national board chairman Parvez
Ahmed encouraged cooperation with Hamas, painting the organization as a legitimate and benevolent entity:
“Our posture of diplomacy, our policies have to be significantly altered from
where we are today so that we address all issues. If we look at the State
Department.s list of terrorist organizations, it lists many groups that are part of
political processes, like Hamas and Hezbollah. They.re part of the political
processes in their societies, just like the IRA was part of political process in their
society. And part of Al Qaeda.s rage come from the un-interest or the lack of
progress towards peace in the Middle East.”1

V. On Suicide Bombings
At the National Press Club in Washington D.C. in May of 2008 Ahmed said:
“Suicide bombings are the product of modern political violence.
Suicide bombings by Muslims are not the result of any Islamic
ideology, but rather they are the result of social political conditions of
occupations.”2
This wasn.t Ahmed.s first attempt at suicide bombing apologetics. At an event at the Islamic
Center at NYU in October of 2007 Ahmed said:
“Our going to Iraq caused terrorism the same way terrorism by some Palestinians is not
the reason Israel keeps Palestine occupied. But it is the occupation that breeds
resentment and enables terrorism to fester.”3

VI. War on Terrorism is a War on Islam
“The new perception is that the United States has entered a war with Islam itself,” CAIR national
board chairman Parvez Ahmed said July 17, 2007 at a National Press Club Forum.4
In July 2007, in an op-ed for the Dallas Morning News, Ahmed wrote, “As a nation, we can ill
afford the perception that we are at war with a faith practiced by more than a billion people
accounting for more than a fifth of humanity today,” 5 arguing that “Islamophobia” was on the
rise in America.
In 2004, Parvez Ahmed wrote an article for the Seattle Times in which he wrote:
“Public silence confirms an uncomfortable truth that since 9-11, the civil rights of some
Americans have been compromised while the majority remains oblivious to the dangers
that lurk around the corner.”6
He added:
“The onus of a severe curb on civil liberties fell largely on Muslims and Arabs, many of
whom were nonvoters. A voiceless and defenseless group of people was soon to become
the collateral damage of the war on terror. Since 9-11, this group has been subjected to
special interviews, registrations, automatic detentions and deportations. Many have been
tried in secret, while others had no trials afforded to them. Some have been detained
based on their political opinions, others for their political associations with disfavored
groups. Some Muslim charities have been shut down and many have been intimidated
into silence.”
In a 2004 article in the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed was quoted saying:
"Muslims in America have been made the scapegoats in the witch hunt that
ensued after 9-11. Our freedoms have been compromised by invoking fear and
paranoia."7
In a special to the Sun-Sentinel Ahmed wrote in 2004 that:
“Sept. 11 not only brought out the best of America but also its worst. Racial
profiling and massive dragnets discriminated, harassed, intimidated and deported
thousand of Arabs and Muslims who had nothing to do with the condemnable crimes of
terrorism.”8

VII. Criticism of Government Raids
In a 2002 letter to Congressman George Gekas Ahmed criticized government raid of the
International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) and the Muslim World League (MWL).
“Muslims nationwide are outraged over law enforcement raids on a number of Muslim
offices and homes in Virginia and Georgia. Targets of the raids included some of the
most respected leaders and organizations in the American Muslim community, including
the International Institute of Islamic Thought, the Graduate School of Islamic Social
Sciences, the Muslim World League and the Fiqh Council of North America.”9
The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is part of a complex web of companies,
charities and not-for-profit corporations known as the SAAR Network or the Safa Group, which
has been under investigation since 2002.10 IIIT has been under grand jury investigation for
suspected terrorist financing.11 In addition to this, recently declassified FBI documents identify
leaders of IIIT and the SAAR Foundation “as being members of the Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen
(Muslim Brotherhood).”12 The documents also note that “all the subsidiary and sponsoring
Muslim organizations under the control of the IIIT and the SAAR Foundation are in fact Ikhwan
organizations.”13
Founded in 1962 to “promote Islamic unity,” the Muslim World League (MWL) is one of the
largest of the Saudi Islamic evangelical charities. According to a government trial proffer in
2003, Osama bin Laden identified MWL as one of three Muslim charities that provided the
primary sources of Al Qaeda.s funds during conversations a decade earlier with former senior Al
Qaeda lieutenant Jamal Ahmed Al-Fadl. MWL.s U.S. office was raided in 2002 as part of a
massive terrorism financing probe.
VIII. Defense of the now Convicted Holy Land
Foundation
Parvez Ahmed, at a 2007 CAIR Dallas banquet likened the HLF trial to the entire American
Muslim community being “under fire,” citing the listing of many unindicted co-conspirators in
the trial:
“It is not the Holy Land Foundation that is under fire, but it is the entire American
Muslim community is under fire.”14

Ahmed expressed similar thoughts on the unindicted co-conspirators list during a 2007 program
on American Public radio:
“They.re pretty much alleging that pretty much every Muslim organization is part
of a conspiracy.”15
In an article entitled, “A Case „Strung Together with Macaroni Noodles,” Dr. Parvez Ahmed,
former Chairman of the Council on American Islamic Relations, attacked the American trial of
the HLF in an issue of The Message. He accused the US government of a witch-hunt and
Islamophobia, for trying officials of the charity organization who were linked to Hamas terrorists
responsible for killing American and Israeli civilians:
“The case against the HLF was more of a political witch-hunt than about America.s security. The
closure of HLF appears to be an attempt to block humanitarian assistance to one of the most
impoverished people in the world – Palestinians living under Israeli occupation and apartheid.”16
Ahmed also stated:
“Our faith of Islam teaches us to be compassionate and merciful. We act our faith when we send
money to feed the least fortunate among us. Those who cast doubt about our intentions and our
commitment to act our faith are guilty of promoting Islamophobia. They are the agents of
hopelessness. We should continue to remain the agents of hope and possibilities.” 17
IX. Defense of CAIR-linked Individuals
In 2004 Ahmed wrote-off the illegal actions of Bassem Khafagi and Randall Royer, saying that
there was “no terrorist crime.” He added that, “certainly no organization can be held responsible
for the personal activities of its employees or associates, especially after they leave or before
they join an organization.”18
Randall Royer was in fact still employed with CAIR when he committed the criminal action to
which he pled guilty. CAIR.s claim that Royer did not plead guilty to any charges of terrorism
conceals allegations against Royer for his ties to Lashkar-e-Taiba, a designated Foreign Terrorist
Organization and charges against Royer for conspiracy to levy war against the U.S. and
conspiracy to provide material support to Al Qaeda, another terrorist organization.
According to a biography posted on IslamOnline.net, Royer began working as a CAIR communication
specialist in 1997. According to media reports, he continued to work for CAIR at least through the beginning of
October 2001.19

Strictly speaking, CAIR is correct in saying Royer.s guilty plea to weapons charges did not
mention terrorism. On the other hand, he never contested prosecution claims that he had an AK-
47 style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition in his car during a September 2001 traffic stop, or
that he engaged in propaganda work for Lashkar-e-Taiba and “fired at Indian positions in
Kashmir.” Lashkar-e-Taiba was designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization on December 26,
2001.
CAIR claims that “Khafagi was never an „employee. of CAIR, but Executive Director Nihad
Awad acknowledges “[h]e was commissioned as an independent contractor for CAIR, effective
November 2, 2001.”
Khafagi also served as president of the Islamic Assembly of North America, which the
Washington Post reported in 2003 was suspected of being “a powerful engine for groups that
promote teachings and religious fatwas -- orders that advocate violence against the United States
-- issued by two radical Saudi clerics.”
Khafagi was arrested and indicted in January 2003 on bank fraud charges.20 “At the time of his
arrest,” the Associated Press reported, “he was community affairs director of the Council on
American-Islamic Relations, a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group based in Washington.”21
In September 2003, he pleaded guilty to bank and visa fraud22 and agreed to be deported to
Egypt.23
I. Brief on The Council on American-
Islamic Relations (CAIR)
It offers a benign mission statement - "to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage
dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that
promote justice and mutual understanding." But a closer look at the Council on
American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) raises a host of troubling questions about its history
and purpose.
Born of an effort to scuttle hopes for a negotiated Middle East peace, CAIR was listed
among organizations tied to the Muslim Brotherhood's American network. Its founders
emerged from a separate Islamic organization that two courts have found played a
supporting role for the terrorist group Hamas.
The Washington, D.C.-based organization purports to be a "leading advocate for justice
and mutual understanding" and claims to speak for the majority of American Muslims.
However, after a careful review of the history, activities, statements, and causes of and
by CAIR, it seems that its primary goals are to silence and de-legitimize its critics and
redefine what it means to be a moderate Muslim. And when it comes to U.S. efforts to
crack down on terrorists and their financiers, CAIR takes an almost visceral stand in
opposition. This has the effect of undermining the legitimate security-related concerns
and campaigns of the United States and its allies. These conclusions and the summary
immediately below are based upon the evidence and examples that follow in this report;
beginning with CAIR's very founding.

From the Hamas ties of its founders in 1994 to its solicitous stance toward accused
terrorists today, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has demonstrated
that its actual mission is far removed from the civil rights advocacy it claims to pursue.
Still standing as perhaps the clearest evidence of CAIR's insidious role, two key leaders
of the group attended a 1993 meeting in Philadelphia called by Hamas members and
supporters to devise a strategy for torpedoing the Oslo Accords aimed at Middle East
peace.
An analysis of secret recordings of the meeting led the FBI to conclude that the
gathering was held "to determine… [the participants'] course of action in support of
Hamas' opposition to the [Oslo] peace plan and to decide how to conceal their activities
from the scrutiny of the United States government."
Coupled with their support for the jihad in the Middle East, the attendees recognized the
critical importance of domestic lobbying in the United States. One discussed
encouraging the Islamic community "to be involved in the political life of this country,"
adding, "We should assist them in this task. This will be an entrance for us to put,
through the Islamic community, pressure on the Congress and the decision makers in
America."
That's where CAIR came in. Participants in that 1993 meeting discussed tailoring their
message to an American audience, speaking of outright deception at times and of
softening their rhetoric at others, as the following exchange between CAIR founders
Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad shows:
Awad: What is important is that the language of the address is there even
for the American. But, the issue is how to use it.
....
Omar Ahmad: There is a difference between you saying "I want to restore the '48
land" and when you say "I want to destroy Israel".
....
Awad: Yes, there are different but parallel types of address. There
shouldn't be contradiction. Address people according to their minds.
When I speak with the American, I speak with someone who doesn't know
anything. As for the Palestinian who has a martyr brother or something, I know how to
address him, you see?
This context helps explain why federal authorities have tied the CAIR to Hamas in three
separate court filings in the past year. Prosecutors place CAIR on the Muslim
Brotherhood's "Palestine Committee." An internal Palestine Committee document in
1994 lists CAIR as one of its "working organizations" along with IAP. Other records
show that committee was created to advance the Hamas agenda within the United
States.
Among the highlights in today's report:
• CAIR was incorporated less than a year after the Philadelphia meeting by three
officials of the now-defunct Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), long a central player
in Hamas' U.S. support network and a group that the U.S. Immigration and
Naturalization Service deemed in a 2001 memo to be "part of Hamas' propaganda
apparatus."
• As recently as the summer of 2007, the Dallas trial charging the Holy Land Foundation
for Relief and Development (HLF) with providing material support for Hamas produced
extensive evidence that IAP -- CAIR's parent -- played a central role in the Muslim
Brotherhood's Palestine Committee. Much of that evidence relates to Mousa Abu
Marzook, now deputy political chief of Hamas, who served on the board of directors of
IAP in 1989.
The trial exhibits included a memo taken from the home of Ismail Elbarrasse, a former
assistant to Marzook (Convicted Terrorist, defended by Parvez Ahmed and other CAIR
members), which defines in chilling fashion the role the Muslim Brothers play in North
America:
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means.
The Ikhwan (Brotherhood) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand
Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging"
its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated
and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of
understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for
Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and
wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny
except for those who chose to slack….
• CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial. While the group contested that
designation in court papers, and later filed to have the designation removed, they lost in
court and have remained a co-conspirator.
• IAP clearly subscribed to a Jihadist view of what was needed in the Middle East. The
December 1988 edition of Ila Filastin, the group's Arabic-language publication, carried
this statement: "The call for Jihad in the name of Allah is the only path for liberation of
Palestine and all the Muslim lands … We (Hamas) promise Allah, in continuing the
Jihad way and with the martyrdom's way."
Meanwhile, IAP's English-language Muslim World Monitor and Arabic periodical Al-
Zaitounah, frequently praised Hamas terror attacks. An October 1994 Al-Zaitounah
headline, for example, blared, "In Its Greatest Operation, Hamas Takes Credit for the
Bombing of an Israeli Bus in the Center of Tel Aviv."
• IAP (NOW Designated Terrorist Group) promoted the Hamas agenda at its annual
conferences, with members of the terrorist group making frequent appearances. It
raised substantial funds at these conferences for HLF, then Hamas' primary fundraising
arm in the United States. All proceeds from IAP's convention in 1996, for example, went
to HLF. Rafeeq Jaber, one of CAIR's founders, had become IAP president earlier that
year. In a 2003 civil deposition, Jaber acknowledged IAP's contract with HLF required
them "to promote [HLF] in every way we can."
• Declining an opportunity to distance CAIR from IAP in September 2003 Senate
testimony, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad opted instead to defend the group as
"a grassroots organization which continues to function legally and has only been ‘linked'
through allusion and no charge of criminality has been brought against the
organization."
• It was Awad and CAIR founding chairman Omar Ahmad who had attended the
Hamas-organized Philadelphia session in 1993 -- though proof of their participation was
not revealed publicly until years later. Both men insisted, as late as 2003, that they
could not recall having attended.
Omar Ahmad: “ Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith, but to be
dominant. The Qur’an should be the highest Authority in America, and Islam the only
religion on earth.”
II. CAIR the Foreign Agent
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) describes itself as a non-profit
grassroots membership organization devoted to promoting justice, mutual
understanding and empowerment on behalf of American Muslims. CAIR has so
successfully cultivated its image as “America’s largest Muslim civil rights organization”
that – despite a long history of ties to suspect groups in America and abroad – it is still
seen as the indispensable representative of the American Muslim community by some
mainstream media outlets.
Cursory research will reveal many questionable actions on the part of CAIR, but the
unifying concept is that CAIR is acting as a foreign agent. The Foreign Agents
Registration Act (FARA) requires any agent of a foreign principal- including any foreign
states, political parties, corporations, non-governmental organizations and individuals-
to register with the U.S. government as a foreign agent.
Many documents now show CAIR taking money from foreign principals, having
meetings with foreign principals, and attempting to influence United States policy on
behalf of those foreign principals. An American entity engaged in such activities is
required to register under FARA. Indeed thousands of American entities have
registered under FARA and continued to do business legally, but CAIR has operated in
this capacity since its founding in 1994 and has failed to properly identify itself as such
to the Department of Justice and the American public.
The initial result of ongoing investigation’s is “CAIR and the Foreign Agents Registration
Act”, an analysis of public-source evidence dating from the foundation of the
organization in 1994 through the present day.
The analysis in its current version documents that CAIR has:
. Received at least $2,192,203 in Contributions, Income and Money from foreign principals in the
form of 10 distinct transactions
. Received a $2,106,251 mortgage loan from a foreign principal for their Washington, D.C.
headquarters
. Secured the promise of at least $54,500,000 in pledges from foreign principals
. Met and coordinated with foreign principals on at least 30 occasions
. Engaged in at least 51 political influence operations on behalf of foreign principals in the United
States
. Additional evidence exists that cannot be made public at this time documenting an additional
$2.4 million in foreign donations and loans given to CAIR since 2000
CAIR is not alone in representing the interests of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.
Many other groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the North
American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and the Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA) were
identified as “joint venturers” in the Holy Land Foundation terror-funding trial.
III. Foreign Funding Statements
. Public Statements About Foreign Funding: CAIR’s positions about receiving foreign funds have
changed over time from flat denials to carefully-worded admissions. They are useful as a
comparison to the actual facts and as a comparison to the wording in the FARA law. In FARA
611 (b) defining a foreign principal, that foreign principal can be “a government of a foreign
country and a foreign political party… a person outside of the United States… a partnership,
association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the
laws of or having its principal place of business in a foreign country…”
IV. Foreign Funding Transactions
. Foreign Funding Transactions: We argue that CAIR qualifies under FARA as a foreign agent in
part because it has taken cash, loans, pledges of donations and real property from foreign

CAIR Influence Operations
. Influence Operations: CAIR has consistently acted in its role as a foreign agent to
influence agencies and officials of the United States government. They have had
extensive relationships with law enforcement including numerous education and
“sensitivity training” programs on dealing with the Muslim community. CAIR has also
publicly censured and criticized government representatives and officials who have
expressed opposition to their OIC-inspired activities in the United States. CAIR has
intimidated corporations who violate OIC-approved conduct regarding Muslim
employees and customers. By means of lawsuits and threats of lawsuits, boycotts and
threats of boycotts, letter-writing campaigns, and other tactics they have chilled open
debate about Sharia-compliance. CAIR has also participated in various media campaigns
to influence US public opinion on behalf of foreign principals.
V. Meetings and Coordination
. Meetings and Coordination: CAIR has acted as a foreign agent of the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia-
based Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), an association of 57 Islamic states
promoting Muslim solidarity in economic, social, and political affairs. CAIR has also acted as a
foreign agent for member states of the OIC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran and the UAE.
The above link contains a selection of cases in which CAIR has coordinated with such foreign
principals and failed to report these interactions as a registered foreign agent to the
Department of Justice in contravention of the requirements of FARA.
. NOTE: Private documents exist indicating hundreds of contacts between CAIR
and foreign principals including representatives of foreign governments,
businesses, NGO’s and individuals, all of which potentially come under FARA.

In 2008 the word guilty was read 108 times in a Dallas court room as a jury convicted the Holy Land
foundation and other defendants of raising money to fund Hamas terrorism. At the same time the jury
was also implicating IAP/CAIR. The supposed Human rights organization was named an unindicted co-
conspirator in the case. Indeed one key piece of evidence was the Wiretap evidence that put IAP/CAIR's
former executive director, Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmed, at a Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders.
Since then the FBI cut off contact with CAIR because if its terrorist ties. That same year, Parvez Ahmed
stepped down as Board Chairman of CAIR and began teaching at the University of North Florida in
Jacksonville, FL.

Osama Bin Lauden's Death.... will it be the Catalyst to LOSING the "War on Terror"?
Will Osama Bin Lauden's death be the catalyst to losing the "War on Terror"?
It may be a strange question to ask... at a time when such an evil man has been brought to justice. But is it a legitimate question? I think it is when you consider the following few examples:
First I would like to salute all my fellow warriors in the fight for the very survival of the west, and my deepest gratitude for all those who made the ultimate sacrifices for our freedoms.
My biggest fear is these men are fighting and dying overseas, while our citizens, by their ignorance and apathy are giving those same freedoms away here at home....
Much of our leadership is also either IGNORANT, IN BED, or Incompetent in regard to understanding the nature of the threat and the Muslim Brotherhood.... and you only need to look to our own Human Rights Commissioner and former CAIR/HAMAS Leader Parvez Ahmed to see an example of the STEALTH or "CULTURAL JIHAD (Their word) being waged to subvert and destroy America from within... as their uncovered SECRET documents have layer out in their methodical plan.
While we should rightly celebrate this evil man’s death...... we are not as our government would have you believe.... at war with Al Qaeda. At least not only at war with Al Qaeda....
WE ARE AT WAR WITH POLITICAL ISLAM or aptly SHARIAH COMPLIANT ISLAM....... which has NO TOLERANCE for other Peoples, Religions, MAN MADE governments, or Speech against Islam or the Prophet.. To name a few.
These groups include, Al Qaeda, Taliban, Hamas, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Palestine.... the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) whose goals are simple and twofold:
1. Establish Shariah (Islamic) Law worldwide.
2. Re-establish the GLOBAL ISLAMIC STATE or CALIPHATE.
Other Islamist with these same Goals who are working in America include CAIR, ISNA, MSA (Muslim Student Association), ICNA, NAIT, and most other major Islamic groups in N. America as designated in the US vs. HLF Trial.. The largest terrorist trial in US history.
Our European friends have now embraced the reality they may fall to the FLAG OF ISLAM and the president of France has said they will we become an ISLAMIC NATION in the next 15-20 years.... due to Political Correctness, MULTICULTURALISM (CULTURAL JIHAD), immigration, emigration, and massive births and polygamy.
America is a mere 20-25 years behind Europe... and folks may scoff, because we have less than a 1% Muslim population.... but Kaddafi CORRECTLY PREDICTED we (Muslims) would take Europe without firing a shot in the next 50 years... (that was ONLY 20 years ago).
While we have killed OBL... I have already heard on the news in the last 20 minutes that
1. maybe we can now wrap things up ...meaning the war.
2. That though we are celebrating...we don't want to rub the death of Bin Lauden in their faces, to minimize any backlash or attacks from the Muslim world.
Both show we do not understand who the enemy is, the threat doctrine of the enemy, and we have already become Sharia compliant and dhimmi’s to Islam.
General Petraus, I commend for his efforts in the fight, but when this top general in the war goes on T.V. to condemn the burning of the Quran by Terry Jones as Bigoted, Intolerant, Hateful while the US Government recently burnt the BIBLE as trash for fear of Muslim Backlash on the "BATTLEFIELD" and have military directives at GITMO on how to handle the Quran with Reverence and respect... As an ACT of US POLICY, then is not America becoming SHARIA COMPLIANT?
In addition don't these ACTS....
1. Violate the establishment clause by giving the Quran a special place above other religious books/religions... regardless if out of fear of Muslim Backlash.
2. He spoke against our most basic 1st Amendment rights as did Lindsay Graham, who went as far as saying he wanted to enact laws to ensure this would not happen.
3. He referred to the Quran as the "HOLY" Quran... which show ignorance of its contents. The Quran is anything but "HOLY" and it content is only 14% religious in nature.... 86% of its text is political, Social, or military in nature, with over 60% dealing with other religions and peoples, how they should be dealt with... with all final and authoritative verses lacking any tolerance of ANY Other Religion or peoples... stating to kill ALL UNBELIEVERS and to FORCEFULLY CONVERT them when the POPULATION allows it...as Egypt recently experienced and is transforming to enforce the religion as we speak.
Europe is in the beginning stages of this agitation by ISLAMIST... America will follow... in fact Choudry and other Muslims called for the replacement of our Constitution with Sharia Law just months ago and CAIR leaders have openly said the Koran and Sharia law should rule America!

Parvez Ahmed: UNF Professor & Apologist for Egyptians who Gang Raped Reporter Laura Logan

Abuse of women is sadly endemic

Amidst all the euphoria about Egypt’s peaceful revolution, the news of CBS news reporter Lara Logan being sexually assaulted fell like a ton of bricks.
Parvez Ahmed makes the statement that the Assault fell like a ton of bricks yet a simple Google search of the assault shows nothing to support this statement… not a word of condemnation from CAIR, Egypt, or the Muslim Brotherhood in the mainstream media. I think the Bricks are beginning to fall on the Propaganda Parvez has been spewing for years via the FTU and Huffington Post, as well as his blogs.
The people of Egypt, especially its youth, have been such an inspiration that any hint of deviant behavior understandably elicits gasps and should provoke soul searching. Sadly, the incident is not that isolated.
Now the glorification and apologetics begin. Parvez speaks of the gasps when all we in the west hear is silence and the most he recommends is soul searching.
A 2008 survey by the Egyptian Center for Women’s Rights shows that 98 percent of foreign women and 83 percent of Egyptian women reporting being sexually harassed.
Notice how Parvez states the facts (which are staggering and appalling statistics of a morally corrupt culture) and then minimizes these attacks and rapes as simple assaults. Not quite what one would expect from a Human Rights Commissioner.
Six in 10 men admitted to such behavior. How is it that in Muslim societies, which often pontificate about conservative values and use such values to advocate gender segregation, women are denied the most basic of dignities?
Parvez, now poses the question in a manner that this is somehow not related to Islam and begins the scriptural apologetics…. As a good Muslim Brother he begins using Taqiyya or Holy Deception which is obligatory Islamic Doctrine to further cultural Jihad in the host Country.
The Islamic scripture is unequivocal that the proper treatment of women is a cornerstone in developing personal piety and societal harmony. In chapter 9 verse 71, the Quranic paradigm is clear: “The believers, men and women, are protectors, one of another: they enjoin what is just and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers, practice regular charity, and obey God and His Messenger. On them will God pour His Mercy: for God is Exalted in power, Wise.”
Parvez selectively uses a benign verse from the Koran which tells the non-Muslim that men and women are protectors of one another, forbid evil… it does not address the specific treatment of women per sacred scriptures such as the few that follow:
Ishaq:496 "Ask the slave girl; she will tell you the truth.' So the Apostle called Burayra to ask her. Ali got up and gave her a violent beating first, saying, 'Tell the Apostle the truth.'"
Qur'an 24:34 "Force not your slave-girls to whoredom (prostitution) if they desire chastity, that you may seek enjoyment of this life. [And here's the freedom-to-pimp card:] But if anyone forces them, then after such compulsion, Allah is oft-forgiving."
Qur'an 4:15 "If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; if they testify, confine them to houses until death [by starvation] claims them."
Qur'an 24:6 "And for those who launch a charge against their wives, accusing them, but have no witnesses or evidence, except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, (swearing four times) by Allah that he is the one speaking the truth."
“Tabari IX:113 "Allah permits you to shut them in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely. If they abstain, they have the right to food and clothing. Treat women well for they are like domestic animals and they possess nothing themselves. Allah has made the enjoyment of their bodies lawful in his Qur'an."
Tabari I:280 "Allah said, 'It is My obligation to make Eve bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.' Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of this world menstruate and are stupid."
Expounding on the subject of gender relations, noted Islamic scholar Jamal Badawi writes:
“Under no circumstances does the Quran encourage, allow or condone violence (against women). In extreme cases … it allows for a husband to administer a gentle pat to his wife that causes no physical harm to the body nor leaves any sort of mark. …. In the event that dispute cannot be resolved equitably between husband and wife, the Quran prescribes mediation between the parties through family intervention on behalf of both spouses.”
Badawi is attempting to contextualize the Quranic verse 4:34. And yet many Muslim religious leaders do not place this verse into its proper context, making it ripe for abuse both at the hands of Muslim men and by those who blame Islam for all that ails the Muslim world.
Jamal Badawi is a senior Muslim Brother member and sits on the Fiqh Council of North America which has its seal of a approval on the Umdat Al Salik or Reliance of The Traveler, which is the desktop codex to Sacred Islamic Law…. an accepted translation into english of sacred Islamic Law first translated in 1991, Which discusses Jihad, Treatment of Non-Muslims, Muslims, Women, Stoning and more. We have video of Badawi refusing to denounce this Islamic Law manual or any of these barbaric laws.

In Turkey, four out of 10 women are physically abused by their husbands, according to a recent study titled “Domestic Violence against Women in Turkey.”

In fact, Islamic apologist will systematically use earlier peaceful verses to obfuscate later verses which have authority or have abrogated earlier verses to deceive the western audience.
The fact is that the Umdat al Salik or Sacred Islamic Law manual is derived from the Quran (word of ALLAH), the Hadith (Traditions of Muhammad), Sira (Biography of Muhammad), Ijtihad (Human Reasoning in regard to the reliability of all the hadith RE: are they false, weak, or strong hadith (Bukari and Muslim being the strongest or most reliable), and finally these were given Ijma or Consensus. Since, then no laws are allowed to be changed or annulled.
Fatwas which are often used to confuse the facts regarding Islamic law are edicts or religious legal rulings in compliance within the confines of the laws previously discussed.
To be fair, abuse of women is not exclusively a Muslim problem. The same day that the Lara Logan story broke, news media also reported that female members of the US Navy were alleging the cover up of widespread rape. A US Justice Department study shows that one in six American women are raped during their lifetimes. Nearly half of all murders of women in the US are committed by a romantic partner. Abuse of women is just as problematic in conservative Muslim societies as they are in the liberal West. This underscores the need for less finger-pointing and ought to provide the impetus to collectively address the issue.
Parvez uses this technique above often…. Look it’s not just Islam, everyone is doing it, with little regard to how disparaging the differences between the particular group he mentions is; in this case 98% Egyptian Muslim abuses against women vs. 16% in America.
The abuse of women in Muslim societies is particularly jolting because of its stark contrast with the normative teachings of Islam. I often have the privilege of speaking to people of other faiths about Islam and Muslims. Such contradictions are what most troubles my audience and why they continue to harbor negative opinions about Islam and Muslims.
Here Parvez again deceives his readers about the normative teachings of Islam regarding women which was clearly shown with just a few of the Islamic teachings he failed to report above. He then paints Muslims as victims of negative or bigoted opinions.
Islamophobia cannot be overcome by merely preaching Islam. It will require Muslims to live Islam and their societies to reflect Islam’s values and ethics.
Parvez, then uses the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) talking points and the word they coined in their “10 Year Plan” Islamophobia. Islamophobia is part of the OIC strategy to make speech critical of Islam or the Prophet a crime. It has worked over the past six years wonderfully as the UN has just passed their resolution to do just that.
While Muslim preachers rail against those who prevent women from wearing headscarves or hijab, they are largely silent on the endemic abuse of women.
In western Society in general, we have freedom to wear what we want with few exceptions, like say driver licenses and school dress codes at some private schools. The wearing of the Hijab is a way to insinuate Sharia Law in America via law fare. It is strictly enforced in many Islamic Countries by Dress Code Police with sever punishments and many women do not have a choice or are beaten. However, Parvez paints them as victims who are not allowed this freedom.
While Muslim countries, particularly in the Middle East, are quick to defend gender segregation as a way to “protect” women, they have taken few measures to stem the pervasive mistreatment of women in their own backyards.
This is an interesting term “Protect” and quite different than how it is perceived in the west. Under Islam women are property which is to be protected and they are always under the “Protection” of a Muslim Male. The Husband, Son, or other male relative.
"Protection" is used similarly when addressing people of the book (Christian and Jews) who live as Dhimmi (3rd class citizens) under the “Protection” of their Muslim conquerors by paying the Jizya or Poll Tax. The Jizya allows Christians and Jews to practice their religion as long as they pay the Tax with WILLING SUBMISSION.
It is akin to a Mafia type “Protection” and really extortion, and once the monies run out or the dhimmie are no longer useful they are forced to convert or die as other who were not of the book were forced to do so.
In the general gloom and doom of the Middle East, once again it is the educated and enlightened Muslim youth that is providing a ray of hope. Visit the Facebook page titled “Lara Logan: An apology from Egypt.” The messages of apology seem heartfelt. Many Egyptians are rightfully ashamed of this ignominy. My fervent hope is that they turn this moment of shame into motivation for positive change that eradicates this “social cancer.” Can Arabs and Muslims once again turn their hopeful eyes towards Egypt in leading the path to civilization? CNN producer and camerawoman Mary Rogers gives voice to the hope of many, “Perhaps it will be people power -- the same people power that brought down a regime -- that will successfully combat sexual harassment. But the only real protection women can have is when the attitudes of men change.”
In this final paragraph Parvez puts the hope of the Arab world in the hands of the enlightened Muslim youth… the same youth who overwhelmingly support Sharia law and Jihad according to both Gallup and Pew polls.
He makes the unequivocal statement most Egyptian are rightfully ashamed, yet has no way to confirm this assertion other than a single face-book page and no mainstream media or polls to corroborate or offer any type of back up.
Then Parvez talks about Egypt leading the path to “Civilization”. This statement sounds benign until you realize the context in which the Muslim Brotherhood in America understands it.
In a previously secret document “The Strategic Goals for the Group in North America” the Muslim Brotherhood laid out its plan to wage a “Civilization Jihad” and went further to state:
“The process of settlement [of Islam in the United States] is a "Civilization-Jihadist" process with all the word means. The Ikhwan (Brotherhood) must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all religions.”

Such contradictions are what most troubles my audience and why they continue to harbor negative opinions about Islam and Muslims.
Here Parvez again deceives his readers about the normative teachings of Islam regarding women which was clearly shown with just a few of the Islamic teachings he failed to report above. He then paints Muslims as victims of negative or bigoted opinions.
Islamophobia cannot be overcome by merely preaching Islam. It will require Muslims to live Islam and their societies to reflect Islam’s values and ethics.
Parvez, then uses the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) talking points and the word they coined in their “10 Year Plan” Islamophobia. Islamophobia is part of the OIC strategy to make speech critical of Islam or the Prophet a crime. It has worked over the past six years wonderfully as the UN has just passed their resolution to do just that.
While Muslim preachers rail against those who prevent women from wearing headscarves or hijab, they are largely silent on the endemic abuse of women.
In western Society in general, we have freedom to wear what we want with few exceptions, like say driver licenses and school dress codes at some private schools. The wearing of the Hijab is a way to insinuate Sharia Law in America via law fare. It is strictly enforced in many Islamic Countries by Dress Code Police with sever punishments and many women do not have a choice or are beaten. However, Parvez paints them as victims who are not allowed this freedom.
While Muslim countries, particularly in the Middle East, are quick to defend gender segregation as a way to “protect” women, they have taken few measures to stem the pervasive mistreatment of women in their own backyards.
This is an interesting term “Protect” and quite different than how it is perceived in the west. Under Islam women are property which is to be protected and they are always under the “Protection” of a Muslim Male. The Husband, Son, or other male relative.
"Protection" is used similarly when addressing people of the book (Christian and Jews) who live as Dhimmi (3rd class citizens) under the “Protection” of their Muslim conquerors by paying the Jizya or Poll Tax. The Jizya allows Christians and Jews to practice their religion as long as they pay the Tax with WILLING SUBMISSION.
It is akin to a Mafia type “Protection” and really extortion, and once the monies run out or the dhimmie are no longer useful they are forced to convert or die as other who were not of the book were forced to do so.
In the general gloom and doom of the Middle East, once again it is the educated and enlightened Muslim youth that is providing a ray of hope. Visit the Facebook page titled “Lara Logan: An apology from Egypt.” The messages of apology seem heartfelt. Many Egyptians are rightfully ashamed of this ignominy. My fervent hope is that they turn this moment of shame into motivation for positive change that eradicates this “social cancer.” Can Arabs and Muslims once again turn their hopeful eyes towards Egypt in leading the path to civilization? CNN producer and camerawoman Mary Rogers gives voice to the hope of many, “Perhaps it will be people power -- the same people power that brought down a regime -- that will successfully combat sexual harassment. But the only real protection women can have is when the attitudes of men change.”
In this final paragraph Parvez puts the hope of the Arab world in the hands of the enlightened Muslim youth… the same youth who overwhelmingly support Sharia law and Jihad according to both Gallup and Pew polls.
He makes the unequivocal statement most Egyptian are rightfully ashamed, yet has no way to confirm this assertion other than a single face-book page and no mainstream media or polls to corroborate or offer any type of back up.
Then Parvez talks about Egypt leading the path to “Civilization”. This statement sounds benign until you realize the context in which the Muslim Brotherhood in America understands it.
In a previously secret document “The Strategic Goals for the Group in North America” the Muslim Brotherhood laid out its plan to wage a “Civilization Jihad” and went further to state:
“The process of settlement [of Islam in the United States] is a "Civilization-Jihadist" process with all the word means. The Ikhwan (Brotherhood) must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all religions.”

keep in mind Parvez Ahmed led CAIR Florida for several years before becoming its National Chairman for four years. CAIR was designated a Muslim Brotherhood entity in the largest terror funding trial in U.S. history.
You must do your own unbiased reasoning to come to a rational conclusion of probability and ask yourself…. Is Parvez Ahmed a mild mannered professor or a soft spoken stealth Jihadist promoting Sharia Compliant Finance or Jihad with Money as the Muslim Brotherhood refer to it?

The same Tyson Food Plant that enacted a paid MUSLIM Holiday EID AL FITR in Place of 113 year old Labor Day, which was overturned in large part from pressure from ACT for America in 2008, is once again embroiled in controversy.
2 days prior to Christmas a women's bathroom was set on fire and the words "ALL AMERICANS MUST DIE" was written on the walls. This would not be so disturbing if it were not that TYSON foods is one of the largest food producers in the the nation which is a viable way for a Jihadi to kill untold numbers of Americans if the food source was poisoned.

Next the fact that 1/3rd of your twelve man union bargaining committee were Muslim Somali's which helped vote for the REPLACEMENT of Labor Day for Eid al-Fitr an American Holiday of well over a hundred years for a Muslim Holiday is not a surprise. It would not also surprise me that more members of the committee were Muslim than the three Somali's mentioned.
The fact that it was a union contract negotiated last fall ... some how makes it OK? Sounds like Tyson has a motto similar one of the Mob's..."it's not personal.... it's only business"
The fact that it was a negotiation means Tyson had the right to not accept this proposal no matter if 100% of the workers were Muslim and they all voted for it.
Then you go onto act as if Tyson had no choice in hiring these employees/refugees... or ... you were trying to earn Kudu's for doing what was socially responsible... I wasn't really sure which point you were trying to make?
By the way...no one is bashing Tyson for hiring these individuals and refugee's.
The Fact of the matter is this:
Tyson foods is an American business. As American's we should have more of what our founding fathers and other great Patriots over the years had.... the integrity and fortitude to what is right at any cost. Many businessmen and country men put their personal fortunes at stake to found this great nation. Actions by irresponsible companies which try to act as if they have no decision in the matter and then try to make excuses or blame others for their irresponsible actions...seems the norm in this day and age.
Tyson had the option to not accept this un-PATRIOTIC demand, but choose to cave to these demands for the all mighty buck. The fact...well it's just one plant...does not make this decision any less reprehensible. It's like a Chemical Plant saying we have only one plant dumping toxic waste into our local rivers... but the other 118 are really doing the right thing.... they are still causing damage to our rivers.
It is actions like this one by Tyson Foods... which are contributing to the destruction this Great Nation from within... they diminish our heritage and ties to our founding American values for one's which have no meaning to our Heritage by a people bent on replacing our culture and government on piece at a time.
I will continue with my boycott and will lobby every other grass roots organization to follow suit.
p.s. In an effort not to misrepresent myself or Act for America... I would like to let you know that our organization is over 40,000 strong... 50,000 was typing error. Members of my chapter and other chapters have expressed that they will also boycott Tyson Foods, however I can not speak for Act for America as a whole or all the other chapters, however ACT for America corporate has sent out copies of this article to all chapter's and as we share the same PATRIOTIC values I am sure they share my sentiment.

I was part of an e-mail thread with the Sarasota County School Board staff about a new educational program being offered at Sarasota High School. The new program is titled the Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE). AICE offers an international diploma that students can earn via an advanced academic curriculum and assessment program written and administered by a non-profit department (CIE) of the University of Cambridge in England. This program is touted on the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) website. According to the FDOE:
The Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Program is an international curriculum and examination program modeled on the British pre-college curriculum and "A-Level" exams. Florida's public community colleges and universities provide college credit for successfully passed exams. Students in Florida's public secondary schools enrolled in AICE courses do not have to pay to take the exams.
This all sounds so wonderful, that is until you go to the AICE website at the University of Cambridge and find out who are this programs partners.
There are six partners listed. I only looked into three of them - British Council, iNet and the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization. From a cursory following of the links and some quick Google searches I found some disturbing information. I only wish the FDOE and our School Board would have done the same.
First let's look at British Council. When you search for the name Soros on the British Council website you get dozens of connections to guess who - George Soros and his Open Society Foundations. Just one of these programs provides scholarships available at British Council offices in places like Amman, Jordan, Tbilisi, Georgia, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Damascus, Syria.
Now let's research iNet. Well iNet, according to their brochure primarily works with Communist China. iNet "focuses on school transformation around the world." iNet has three offices located in London, Beijing and Melbourne, Australia.
Finally, we have Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization. According to the Middle East Forum, Talal Abu Ghazaleh International was the audit firm for the Palestine International Bank (PIB). In an article by Issam Abu Issa in the Middle East Quarterly titled, "Arafat's Swiss Bank Account":
"Rather than use donor funds for their intended purposes, Arafat regularly diverted money [from PIB] to his own accounts. It is amazing that some U.S. officials still see the Palestinian Authority as a partner even after U.S. congressional records revealed authenticated PLO papers signed by Arafat in which he instructed his staff to divert donors' money to projects benefiting himself, his family, and his associates. . .The PLC investigated the seizure of the bank after I lodged a complaint in 2000 about the PIB's unlawful takeover. The PMA governor then threatened the [PIB] bank's auditing firm, Talal Abu Ghazaleh International (TAGI), for revealing facts and figures that implicated the Palestinian leadership." [My emphasis]
So there you have it. Fifteen minutes of work to connect this new program touted by the Florida Department of Education and Sarasota County School Board to George Soro's Open Society Foundations, Communist China and last but not least Yasser Arafat.
Maybe the School Board needs a lesson in how to Google the organizations they associate our kids with? What do you think?

From a cursory following of the links and some quick Google searches I found some disturbing information. I only wish the FDOE and our School Board would have done the same.
First let's look at British Council. When you search for the name Soros on the British Council website you get dozens of connections to guess who - George Soros and his Open Society Foundations. Just one of these programs provides scholarships available at British Council offices in places like Amman, Jordan, Tbilisi, Georgia, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Damascus, Syria.
Now let's research iNet. Well iNet, according to their brochure primarily works with Communist China. iNet "focuses on school transformation around the world." iNet has three offices located in London, Beijing and Melbourne, Australia.
Finally, we have Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization. According to the Middle East Forum, Talal Abu Ghazaleh International was the audit firm for the Palestine International Bank (PIB). In an article by Issam Abu Issa in the Middle East Quarterly titled, "Arafat's Swiss Bank Account":
"Rather than use donor funds for their intended purposes, Arafat regularly diverted money [from PIB] to his own accounts. It is amazing that some U.S. officials still see the Palestinian Authority as a partner even after U.S. congressional records revealed authenticated PLO papers signed by Arafat in which he instructed his staff to divert donors' money to projects benefiting himself, his family, and his associates. . .The PLC investigated the seizure of the bank after I lodged a complaint in 2000 about the PIB's unlawful takeover. The PMA governor then threatened the [PIB] bank's auditing firm, Talal Abu Ghazaleh International (TAGI), for revealing facts and figures that implicated the Palestinian leadership." [My emphasis]
So there you have it. Fifteen minutes of work to connect this new program touted by the Florida Department of Education and Sarasota County School Board to George Soro's Open Society Foundations, Communist China and last but not least Yasser Arafat.
Maybe the School Board needs a lesson in how to Google the organizations they associate our kids with? What do you think?

Lambs to the Slaughter
The Lamb of God church serves congregation as main course in the name of interfaith dialogue. Pastor Walter Fohs of the Lamb of God Church in Estero, Florida invites the wolves to dine and proposes future dinners at the “Table of Abraham” outreach program.
The church allowed the showing of a propaganda film “Inside Islam: what a billion Muslims really think” by Unity Productions, however what was most disturbing is the fact that Imam Shaker Elsayed of the Falls Church, Va. Mosque “Dar Al Hijrah”, was the guest speaker.
Dar Al Hijrah Mosque is well known for its ties to Al Qeada. Former Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki is currently on a U.S. capture kill list, and other former members include two of the 911 hijackers, Major Nidal Hassan of the Fort Hood Massacre, and Ahmed Omar Abu Ali who attempted to assassinate President Bush to name a few.
The guest speaker, Imam Elsayed, is an Islamic Law scholar and former Secretary General of the Muslim American Society; a co-conspirator in US vs. HLF trial and DOJ designated Muslim Brotherhood front group. Elsayed also served as the unofficial spokesman in defense of Ahmed Omar Abu Ali who is serving a life sentence.
A coalition of national security activist from ACT! for America and the Florida Security Council, have done extensive research on the authors of the book and film, as well as extensive research on Muslim Brotherhood front groups operating throughout Florida and the nation.
Throughout the film, the information and polling data is questionable and at times, very distorted. The authors Dalia Mogahed and John Esposito have made statements in support of terrorism or sit on boards of groups who advocate the destruction of capitalism and imposition of Islamic (Sharia) law world wide as the rule of government.

Esposito was a defense witness in what turned out to be the largest terrorism funding case in U.S. history “US vs. HLF” trial in Dallas Texas, resulting in 108 guilty verdicts. Esposito also sits on the board for the Institute for Islamic Political Thought, which calls for the imposition of Sharia law in place of manmade laws, has likens Yasser Arafat’s calls for jihad to social initiatives such as the “fight against AIDS”, and calls convicted terrorist Sami al-Arian “a good friend and consummate professional.”
After the Film, Imam Elsayed, an Islamic Law scholar gave a PowerPoint presentation comparing the prophets Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed.
ElSayed had the temerity to present a narrative in a Christian church which ultimately nullified Christianity and portrayed Jesus as a mere man and poor example of a prophet. During this comparison he had the arrogance to say “If your ears do not like the words they are hearing, do not blame me… this is your book” referring to Isaiah in the old testament in a play on the meaning of word, while simultaneously denigrating Jesus.
The Coalition leaders Alan Kornman and Randy McDaniels of Act for America, Tom Trento of The Florida Security Council, and videographer J. Mark Campbell capture the event on film and will be releasing it to the public soon.
ACT Jacksonville and Orlando previously protested the film in Tampa and Jacksonville, The Tampa film was promoted by former CAIR member Ahmed Bedier currently of United Voices of America.
The Jacksonville showing was hosted by Akif Ayden of the Amity Turkish Cultural Center, who also conducts interfaith outreach via the “Table of Abraham”, and featured former CAIR national chairman Parvez Ahmed as a panelist.
CAIR is currently under a federal grand jury investigation resulting from over 12,000 pages of evidence linking them to terrorism and other nefarious activities and is in fact the propaganda arm of Hamas in America, a designated Muslim Brotherhood front group and a co-conspirator in the U.S. vs. HLF trial.
In attendance at various showings, were Nation of Islam members and Muslims of the America’s whose leader Sheik Mubarak Giulani, who currently operates 35 terrorist training camps on U.S. soil and allegedly connected to the abduction and beheading of Wall Street journalist Daniel Pearl.
“The Prince Alwaleed bin Talal center for Muslim-Christian Understanding” at Georgetown University, where Dalia Mogahed and John Esposito work was gifted over $20 million dollars by the prince to establish this center. The Prince, also funds a great deal of the Middle East Studies programs, interfaith outreach, the building of Mosques in America, and adheres to Islamic Law and concepts of re-establishment of a worldwide Caliphate.
At all events, answers we received were often deceptive or evasive. In Tampa former CAIR member and United Voices for America president Ahmed Bedier canceled the scheduled Q & A, due to our presence and knowledge of his support of terrorism.
Former CIA director James Woolsey, while speaking at the ACT! for America national conference in Washing, D.C. in June said (paraphrased) while there are 1.3 billion Muslims worldwide, approximately 2% are the radical extremist willing to use violence, this is a large number in itself, but what is alarming is that this 2% controls approximately 90% of the worlds Mosques and Institutions. In other words those who espouse extremist ideologies, essentially control the message.
This type of deceptive outreach has gone on unchallenged for too long. Church and community leaders need to understand that America has an enemy hostile to its very existence and its core beliefs.
The Islamists, who promotes these ideologies, are in many cases congenial, disarming and well educated, but make no mistake these wolves in sheep’s clothing have a well thought out and documented plans they are following in compliance with the doctrines of political Islam.
The memorandum by Mohammad Akram, “The Strategic Goals for the Group in North America” lays out how the Muslim Brotherhood will “Invade the western heartland and destroy its miserable house from within “by their hands (Americans due to political correctness) and those of the believers”
These strategies are being implemented by those who follow the teachings in books such as “Milestones” by Sayyid Qutb and “Methodology of Dawah” or outreach by Siddiqi.
How did America get to the point where men who openly support terrorism are conducting religious outreach, holding political offices, infiltrating our Military and Intelligence communities, and educating our children?
How did America get to the point where men like Imam Darsani are in “Charge” of the church? As he said to us with Pastor Fohs sheepish nod of approval, and how can an Imam come into a Christian house of worship and tell a room full of sheeple, so docile they don’t even oppose the nullification of their religion and denigration of their Savior?.....I can only think of three words “LACK OF LEADERSHIP”
How did America get to the point that opposition to Islamist Ideologies or the men who support them is met with accusations of “Islamophobia”, “Racism”, or “Bigotry” by not only the Islamist but the community as well, often times in disregard to the facts?
I'll give you a hint…… a well educated adversary (insurgency) with a documented plan to implement Sharia Law worldwide and establish a worldwide Caliphate.
Adversaries, like Hitler, who spelled out in writing what they believed, what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it…. Yet the world keeps asking…. What do they mean when people like Omar Ahmed of CAIR say “Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to be dominant, the Qur’an should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only religion on earth”? I think they mean exactly that!
Our community leaders have become dhimmi’s to Islamist across this nation. Pastor Fohs is just one example of the dhimmitude so prevalent in America today. We need leadership who is educated and courageous enough to address the truth before them… even if it is unpopular and may cause discomfort or ridicule.
