This coincidentally occured after an article by ACT Jacksonville exposed Kharrum Wahid of CVA-PAC and Emerge USA and their ties to CAIR/HAMAS and it's attempt to influence local elections for the Jacksonville City Council, which was also immediately scrubbed from the CVA-PAC site once this went public.

CVA-PAC endorsed members who were not just sympathetic or voted for Parvez Ahmed (Former CAIR/HAMAS National Chairman) for Human Rights Commissioner, but who acted as advocates, like John Cresembeni and Bill Bishop (now V.P. of City Council).

ACT Jacksonville also shined light on the fact Kharrum Wahid acted as the CAIR/HAMAS Lawyer in Florida and Nationally as well as his Hotline in the article below, which has been dubbed by some as the Terrorist Hotline. His most famous case was that of Abu Ali, who is serving life for the attempted assination of President Bush and is currently representing Imam Khan of south Florida in a current terrorism case.

Kharrum, seems to be the Go To lawyer for the most high profile terrorist cases and is a frequent speaker at KNOWN MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD FRONT GROUPS, which is a disturbing pattern when his bias become evident.

Volunteer lawyers offer legal advice to anyone who may be questioned about the Sept. 11 attacks.
TALLAHASSEE -- A toll-free hotline offering legal help became available Sunday for individuals sought by Florida authorities for questioning about terrorism activity.
The 24-hour toll-free phone number provides advice to people of Muslim, Arab and South Asian descent targeted for questioning about the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
Hotline calls were forwarded to volunteer attorneys, Florida American Civil Liberties Union spokeswoman Alessandra Soler said Sunday.
"We want anybody who has been contacted by any law enforcement agency to know they're entitled to legal representation," Soler said. "Anybody who knows somebody who has been contacted, a family member or friend, should put us in touch with them."
The ACLU and Council on American-Islamic Relations are also distributing brochures in English, Spanish and Arabic advising people about their rights.
Working with the U.S. Justice Department, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is seeking "voluntary" interviews with 546 men in the state on nonimmigrant visas who "fit the criteria of persons who might have knowledge of foreign-based terrorists."
"We want to make sure that once they're there and cooperating there's someone looking after their interest as well because clearly the investigators have their own agenda," said Khurrum Wahid, director of civil rights for CAIR's Florida office.
The FDLE also promised that its agents wouldn't bring INS agents with them and wouldn't question individuals about their immigration status.
"None of the individuals to be interviewed are suspected of involvement in any crime, and they will not be treated as criminals," FDLE Commissioner James T. "Tim" Moore said in a letter to community leaders. "Interviews will be consensual and our officers will respect each individual's rights, culture and religious beliefs."
The U.S. Justice Department provided the state with a list of men ages 18 to 33 who come from the Middle East and other countries and entered the United States after Jan. 1, 2000.
But the state has experienced difficulty getting more information from the INS, which said local officers do not have the authority to detain someone just because they are in the country illegally.
"We have suspended way too many civil rights already," said John Ovink, a Tampa immigration attorney.

Shortly after CAIR launched a nationwide "Islamophobia" wing. The OIC host entity is comprised of the kings and heads of state of all Islamic countries (the OIC numbers its membership at 57 states by including the non-existent state of Palestine) and claims to speak for the Muslim world or UMMAH and is a Political Entity and 2nd largest Organization behind the U.N., and the largest voting block in the U.N. It has a "10 year plan to make all speech against Islam and the Prophet" a crime and has enacted such legislation each year as well as authored the "CAIRO Declaration of Human Rights", which makes all rights in accordance with the barbaric laws of SHARIA. Obama, after being elected, made his 1st call to the head of with strong leadership ties to Palestinian Authority and HAMAS ...Abbas, first one on one interview with Al Aribiya T.V., scheduled the closure of GITMO, set aside $900 million for "Palestinian Refugees" (most from all nations combined since Israel became a nation), and set aside $20.3 million to fly "Palestinian Refugees" (HAMAS) to America. All of this occurred in the first few weeks of his administration. In addition, many of his appointees are in fact MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD operatives in the highest levels of DHS and other government offices, some openly stating support for groups like Hizbollah and HAMAS. Khan– along with Grover Norquist– is a board member of the American Conservative Union, the organization that hosts the yearly Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The ACU, plagued by allegations of corruption and rocked by the Heritage Foundation and other conservative organizations pulling out of CPAC, should finally have to come up with some answers about Khan’s radical ties.

Suhail Khan’s associations with radicals, terrorists, and groups linked in a federal court to both the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas can’t be easily wiped-away. Among the troubling clips showing Khan sharing the stage with terrorists and Islamists, a video obtained by the Post shows Khan in 1999 addressing the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing trial:

“The early Muslims loved death, dying for the sake of almighty Allah, more than the oppressors loved life,” said an impassioned Khan, who wiped away tears throughout his speech. “This must be the case when we are fighting.”

He added: “What are our oppressors going to do with a people like us? We are prepared to give our lives for the cause of Islam.”

It’s alarming that Khan used the “loving death more than life” figure of speech; it’s a pretty standard exhortation of the Mujaheddin and Islamists. Perhaps the best-known examples of the phrase: a slide by the Fort Hood jihadist, Maj. Nidal Hasan; the al Qaeda tape claiming responsibility for the 2004 Madrid bombings; and the speeches of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah; and the words of Osama Bin Laden.


Also in the speech (posted in full here), Khan notes proudly his own father’s role in founding ISNA and his time with the Muslim Student Association, the first Muslim Brotherhood front created in the United States. This story is told in detail in Shariah: The Threat to America. As Paul Sperry notes in The Post:

“Khan’s father also helped found the Muslim Community Association in Santa Clara, Calif. This Khan family mosque is listed in the Muslim Brotherhood’s own documents as one of “our organizations.” In the 1990s, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, it hosted Ayman al-Zawahiri – now al Qaeda’s No. 2 — as he toured the US raising money.

For years, Frank Gaffney, Michelle Malkin and others have written in detail about the troubling Islamist and Muslim Brotherhood associations of both Norquist and Khan, only to be attacked ad hominem as bigots. Tellingly, Khan and Norquist sought refuge not with the conservative movement– but at Politico, Salon, and with Andrew Sullivan and others; over the course of years, the only answer to these accusations has been to shout, “Islamophobe!”

Conservatives– and, indeed, paying attendees at CPAC– should be reminded of the attacks leveled by these same media outlets against the Tea Party, Andrew Breitbart and others, and sense that something’s fishy here.

WASHINGTON – A federal judge has determined that the Justice Department provided "ample evidence" to designate the most prominent Muslim group in America as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator.

According to a federal court ruling unsealed Friday, the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations has been involved in "a conspiracy to support Hamas," a federally designated terrorist group that has murdered at least 17 Americans and injured more than 100 U.S. citizens.

The 20-page order, signed by U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis, cites "ample evidence" that CAIR participated in a "criminal conspiracy" led by the Holy Land Foundation, Hamas's main fundraising arm in the U.S. As a result, the judge refused CAIR's request to strike its name from documents listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.

"The four pieces of evidence the government relies on do create at least a prima facie case as to CAIR's involvement in a conspiracy to support Hamas," Solis wrote in his July 2009 ruling.

The evidence includes documents introduced by the government showing CAIR and its founding chairman Omar Ahmad have operated as key members of Hamas' U.S. wing, known as the "Palestine Committee." In addition, FBI wiretaps and agent testimony have placed both Ahmad and CAIR's acting executive director – Nihad Awad – at a secret meeting last decade with Hamas leaders in Philadelphia. Meeting in a hotel room, participants hatched a scheme to disguise payments to Hamas suicide bombers and their families as charity.

"The attendees agreed not to mention the word Hamas but to refer to Hamas as 'Samah,' which is Hamas spelled backwards," Solis said. "The Philadelphia conference essentially laid out the path that the Palestine Committee would take to accomplish its goal of supporting Hamas in the future."

During the meeting – which was organized and led by CAIR founder Ahmad – the Hamas operatives agreed to form CAIR as an outwardly benign front group skilled in media manipulation. "They did not want to be viewed as being aligned with terrorist groups," he said.

The judge did not dispute "press accounts and blog entries" that "CAIR is a criminal organization that supports terrorism," according to the ruling.

The government's evidence undermines CAIR's public face as a "civil-rights advocacy organization," while corroborating the findings of the bestselling book, "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America." The book chronicles the undercover investigation of P. David Gaubatz and his son, who interned at CAIR's national headquarters.

CAIR has sued the Gaubatzes for trespassing, but has not denied any of the book's explosive findings tying CAIR closer to terrorism.

According to Politico.com, a federal grand jury in Washington is actively hearing evidence against CAIR emerging from the Holy Land trial, while also reviewing the thousands of pages of evidence gathered in the "Muslim Mafia" investigation. Prosecutors subpoenaed the evidence shortly after the book was published last fall.

CAIR, which has not been charged with a crime, denies allegations it works for Hamas – even as it refuses to condemn the terrorist group by name.

"CAIR is not a front group for Hamas," insisted CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper, "or any of the other false and misleading associations our detractors seek to smear us with."

CAIR maintains it is simply a Muslim-rights group, but the Justice Department says it is a front group not only for Hamas, but for its parent the radical Muslim Brotherhood – a worldwide jihadist movement that prosecutors say has a secret plan to impose Shariah law on the U.S.

"From its founding by Muslim Brotherhood leaders, CAIR conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists," said assistant U.S. Attorney Gordon Kromberg in a separate court filing.

In 2007, U.S. prosecutors first named CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal scheme led by the Holy Land Foundation to funnel more than $12 million to Hamas suicide bombers and their families. A jury in 2008 convicted the charity and its leaders on all 108 felony counts.

"CAIR has been identified by the government at trial as a participant in an ongoing and ultimately unlawful conspiracy to support a designated terrorist organization – a conspiracy from which CAIR never withdrew," said assistant U.S. Attorney Jim Jacks, who recently won an award from Attorney General Eric Holder for convicting the Holy Land terrorists.

The Holy Land revelations prompted the FBI to sever ties with CAIR until it can demonstrate it is not a terror front.

"Until we can resolve whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and Hamas, the FBI does not view CAIR as an appropriate liaison partner," advised assistant FBI Director Richard Powers in a 2009 letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Media outlets – including Fox News, which is financed by the same Saudi prince funding CAIR – continue to invite Awad and other CAIR leaders on the air to argue against airport profiling and other issues on CAIR's agenda. Fox has offered CAIR guests full segments unopposed by critics and without viewer caveats regarding CAIR's court-documented terror connections.

Very timely article... seeing the RICK WARREN of Saddleback Church is now embracing ChrISLAM along with Charles Schuller... and churches like these are putting Bible and Qurans side by side in pews under the guise of interfaith dialogue.

The Dialogue of course is a one way street...just as the Islamist who approach these well meaning but misguided ministers know all to well. Sayyid Qutb, one of a couple ideologues of the Muslim Brotherhood which promotes most of the Interfaith Dialogue in America, said "The chasm between the Jahaliya (unbelievers) and Islam is vast, we are building "BRIDGES" (always be wary the Muslim building bridges), not so the two may mix... but so we can bring the Jahaliya to Islam.

Interfaith Dialogue is funded mostly by Saudi Arabia a country which has a death penalty for those who proselytize other than Islam, and funnel $$$ to groups like ISNA, ICNA, MSA, CAIR and other for interfaith outreach. Is it working... Read this article and see.
