Parvez Ahmed is once again given a mega phone by the Huffington HO... oops POST...in his diatribe putting down Fox News and pumping up Public Television who will soon show a documentary titled, "Islamic Art: Mirror of the Invisible World" narrated by Susan Sarandon.

Its the same old mantra by this Jacksonville "Human Rights" Commissioner and UNF Professor who paints Muslims as oppressed victims (a claim that is in fact not supported by DOJ/FBI hate crime statistics) and diminishes legitimate concerns by non-Muslims regarding Jihadist activities which are almost always in accordance with authoritative scripture and Sharia Law.  Instead he paints these Jihadist as Muslims are off the reservation, when in fact they are almost always sharia compliant. 

Parvez seems to be fulfilling some of his former duties as a National Hamas leader, because his writings are consistent with the objectives and talking points of  the Muslim Brotherhood.

In fact, one of Parvez Ahmed's disinformation campaigns was exposed by ACT for America's Jacksonville Chapter last year.  Parvez Ahmed lied (see Video)  during a lecture  at the Fleming Island Library in Orange Park Florida stating to the audience that  "Sharia was literally a path to a watering hole and NOT LAW", however a few months later he wrote a memo to Osama Bin Laden (Post Humanous) in which he stated Bin Laudens killing was justified in accordance with International Law, American Law, and SHARIA Law... you know the one that does not exist.   It seems that Parvez continues to follow the edicts of Holy Deception (Taqiyya) and/or lying by Omission (kitman) which is obligatory if the action is obligatory in accordance with quranic scripture and law to paint Islam in the best possible light.

According to Parvez, The documentary is a timely reminder about the many contributions made by Muslims to art and culture. he said "As an educator, I am looking forward to this documentary as it adds to a growing collection of well-made documentaries that provide a semblance of balance to the general propensity in the media to stereotype Muslims."

The fact is there are numerous historical flaws, and some outright embellishments with his historical dissertation, the most egregious being that in regard to 10 minutes of flight by a Muslim 1,000 years before the wright brothers.
The word stereotype is a favorite of this former CAIR/HAMAS leade, who goes on to talk about how FOX NEWS Viewers in America "perceive" that Muslims want Islamic (Sharia Law)...as if this were some right wing conspiracy theory with no validity.

The Fact is CAIR was founded by Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad to quote "hide their secret work" being conducted to support HAMAS in Palestine, and the furtherance of Sharia Law in America.  One year after this clandestine meeting among Sr. Hamas Leaders in the U.S. at a hotel in Philadelphia (which the FBI was secretly wire tapping) CAIR was formed.

Several National CAIR/HAMAS Leaders have openly stated they want Sharia to be the Law of the Land in America.  This is a clearl violation of Article VI of the Constitution...which says it shall be the supreme law of the land... and NOT SHARIA.

Parvez Ahmed was a vocal activist to free Sami Al Arian and stated there were political prisoners in America, and Sami Al Arian was one of them. 

However, this is not the first time he has been on the wrong side of the legal spectrum when it comes to his fellow Jihadis:

Parvez also made a statement to the effect that the Holy Land Foundation trials where a which hunt against Muslim's and Muslim Organizations.  The Holy Land Foundation was the largest successfully prosecuted terror finance trial in US history and CAIR/HAMAS operatives were sentenced up to 65 years in prison as a result of funneling $12.4 Million to Hamas and more specifically the family of suicide bombers.

Of course as the former National Chairman of CAIR/HAMAS, Parvez would know where this money was going due to the fact CAIR accepts ZAKAT or Islamic form of giving in which one mandatory catagory to fund is those fighting in the cause of Allah (JIHAD).  CAIR website says their Zakat is Fi Sabilillah... meaning all their zakat/charity goes to JIHAD, which is defined under Sharia Law as Islamic warfare against non-Muslims to establish the religion.

Omar Ahmad, his predecessor was to be prosecuted along with (9) other individuals and organizations in April of 2010, however Eric Holder quashed these prosecution over the objections of prosecutors and despite the fact that all previous defendants were successfully convicted on 108 seperate counts.

The controversy surrounding Parvez Ahmed is voluminous...yet the media and community leaders continue to engage these Islamist and lend them credibility, thus facilitating their work to subvert our nation from within and without.  Will America and the progressive left ever wake up?

ACT Jacksonville should seriously consider giving these men it's own award to both Mayor Peyton and former Mayor Delaney ( current President of UNF) which would appropriately be named the "Dhimmi of the Year Award".

Despite a mountain of evidence supplied to the Mayor and City Council (prior to Ahmed's appointment) by National Security Experts who are on the leading edge of the fight against the Muslim Brotherhood and Stealth Jihad in America, The current and former Mayor, have stood behind their appointment of former CAIR/HAMAS leader Parvez Ahmed as a "HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONER".

These men may soon live to regret their decisions if the current hearings by Rep Pete King and Congresswoman Sue Myrick continue. Many elected officials, according to some sources, could actually fit into the category of "Material Support for Terrorism" charges if it can be proven they were supplied the evidence and choose to ignore it, in regard to working with groups or individuals with know terror ties.

This same evidence supplied to the Mayor and City Council has now prompted hearings on Islamic Radicalization in America, and a recent letter from Representative Peter King to A.G. Eric Holder for his apparent and possibly criminal behavior in halting the prosecution of the US vs. HLF Trial, the largest terrorism finance case in U.S. History. This trial successfully led to the convictions of all (5) defendants on (108) counts, with CAIR members and others being sentenced up to 65 years in prison.

CAIR and it's co-founder, Omar Ahmad were to be prosecuted in April of 2010, with an additional 246 defendants designated to be tried. Parvez Ahmed, replaced Omar Ahmad as the National Chairman, after Omar's statement went public; "Islam is not in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant, the Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth".

It is important to note the following in regard to several petitions submitted by ISNA, CAIR, and NAIT requesting removal from the Co-Conspirators list in the HLF Trial:

• A memorandum filed by the prosecutors in response to defendant petitions on 7/10/08 stated: “ISNA and NAIT, in fact, shared more with HLF than just a parent organization. They were intimately connected with the HLF and its assigned task of providing financial support to HAMAS.

The appeals court upheld the lower courts unindicted co-conspirator designation of ISNA, NAIT, and CAIR ordering the list to be subsequently sealed.

• Following further petitions to the court by ISNA, a 2009 ruling by U.S. Federal Judge Solis, unsealed in July 2010, stated as follows:

“During the early years of OLF/HLF’s operation, OLF raised money and supported Hamas through a bank account that it held with ISNA and NAIT. Indeed, OLF operated from within ISNA in Plainfield, Indiana where Defendant Baker was employed. ISNA checks deposited into the ISNA/NAIT account for OLF were often made payable to ‘the Palestinian Mujahedeen,’ the original name for the Hamas military wing.”

• “The Government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA, and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP), and with Hamas.”

Judge Solis did not remove ISNA, NAIT, or CAIR from the list of unindicted co-conspirators.

The Florida Times Union and OneJax continue to support Parvez Ahmed who appears to be continuing to his CAIR/HAMAS objectives of conducting influence operations in the Florida community.

Parvez Ahmed recently spoke at the Jacksonville Department of Children and Family Services, which has subsequently sponsored events in which he was a featured speaker.

While at DCF, Parvez Ahmed said he was conducting "Cultural" and "Sensitivity Training". He instructed the 100+ city worker's not to separate Muslim children from their parents due to "Cultural" differences. Could this subtle suggestion, if implemented be important in hampering a domestic violence or even a possible terrorism investigation?

I wonder, is this the same type of training Parvez Ahmed and Ahmed Bedier conducted "Sensitivity Training" for JSO, Jacksonville FBI, and other Florida Law Enforcement Agencies until 2009, when the formal position of the FBI was to cut ties with CAIR after the convictions the HLF Trial.

Despite all the evidence, current rumors suggest JSO has quietly started to conduct this "Sensitivity" training at the direction of Mayor Peyton.

We have a serious problem with elected officials and government agencies,not fulfilling their "OATH" to protect and defend America and it's citizens from all enemies, foreign and "DOMESTIC". These pubic servants need to start doing their due diligence to know who it is they are working with, and citizens need to do their due diligence, and then hold these officials accountable for their actions!

WASHINGTON – A federal judge has determined that the Justice Department provided "ample evidence" to designate the most prominent Muslim group in America as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator.

According to a federal court ruling unsealed Friday, the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations has been involved in "a conspiracy to support Hamas," a federally designated terrorist group that has murdered at least 17 Americans and injured more than 100 U.S. citizens.

The 20-page order, signed by U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis, cites "ample evidence" that CAIR participated in a "criminal conspiracy" led by the Holy Land Foundation, Hamas's main fundraising arm in the U.S. As a result, the judge refused CAIR's request to strike its name from documents listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.

"The four pieces of evidence the government relies on do create at least a prima facie case as to CAIR's involvement in a conspiracy to support Hamas," Solis wrote in his July 2009 ruling.

The evidence includes documents introduced by the government showing CAIR and its founding chairman Omar Ahmad have operated as key members of Hamas' U.S. wing, known as the "Palestine Committee." In addition, FBI wiretaps and agent testimony have placed both Ahmad and CAIR's acting executive director – Nihad Awad – at a secret meeting last decade with Hamas leaders in Philadelphia. Meeting in a hotel room, participants hatched a scheme to disguise payments to Hamas suicide bombers and their families as charity.

"The attendees agreed not to mention the word Hamas but to refer to Hamas as 'Samah,' which is Hamas spelled backwards," Solis said. "The Philadelphia conference essentially laid out the path that the Palestine Committee would take to accomplish its goal of supporting Hamas in the future."

During the meeting – which was organized and led by CAIR founder Ahmad – the Hamas operatives agreed to form CAIR as an outwardly benign front group skilled in media manipulation. "They did not want to be viewed as being aligned with terrorist groups," he said.

The judge did not dispute "press accounts and blog entries" that "CAIR is a criminal organization that supports terrorism," according to the ruling.

The government's evidence undermines CAIR's public face as a "civil-rights advocacy organization," while corroborating the findings of the bestselling book, "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America." The book chronicles the undercover investigation of P. David Gaubatz and his son, who interned at CAIR's national headquarters.

CAIR has sued the Gaubatzes for trespassing, but has not denied any of the book's explosive findings tying CAIR closer to terrorism.

According to Politico.com, a federal grand jury in Washington is actively hearing evidence against CAIR emerging from the Holy Land trial, while also reviewing the thousands of pages of evidence gathered in the "Muslim Mafia" investigation. Prosecutors subpoenaed the evidence shortly after the book was published last fall.

CAIR, which has not been charged with a crime, denies allegations it works for Hamas – even as it refuses to condemn the terrorist group by name.

"CAIR is not a front group for Hamas," insisted CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper, "or any of the other false and misleading associations our detractors seek to smear us with."

CAIR maintains it is simply a Muslim-rights group, but the Justice Department says it is a front group not only for Hamas, but for its parent the radical Muslim Brotherhood – a worldwide jihadist movement that prosecutors say has a secret plan to impose Shariah law on the U.S.

"From its founding by Muslim Brotherhood leaders, CAIR conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists," said assistant U.S. Attorney Gordon Kromberg in a separate court filing.

In 2007, U.S. prosecutors first named CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal scheme led by the Holy Land Foundation to funnel more than $12 million to Hamas suicide bombers and their families. A jury in 2008 convicted the charity and its leaders on all 108 felony counts.

"CAIR has been identified by the government at trial as a participant in an ongoing and ultimately unlawful conspiracy to support a designated terrorist organization – a conspiracy from which CAIR never withdrew," said assistant U.S. Attorney Jim Jacks, who recently won an award from Attorney General Eric Holder for convicting the Holy Land terrorists.

The Holy Land revelations prompted the FBI to sever ties with CAIR until it can demonstrate it is not a terror front.

"Until we can resolve whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and Hamas, the FBI does not view CAIR as an appropriate liaison partner," advised assistant FBI Director Richard Powers in a 2009 letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Media outlets – including Fox News, which is financed by the same Saudi prince funding CAIR – continue to invite Awad and other CAIR leaders on the air to argue against airport profiling and other issues on CAIR's agenda. Fox has offered CAIR guests full segments unopposed by critics and without viewer caveats regarding CAIR's court-documented terror connections.
